  Hi my lenovo B570 is 1 month old, when I turn it on it freezes until the user account is displayed... its stuck and just saying "Please wait" then I need to turn it off and turn it back on and until it works. • Help! Lenovo B570 random Shut off and Start Up problems

  My Lenovo laptop B570 has had problems lately. It is only a month, but has frequent problems.

  My first question is that it stops randomly no matter what I do. I will be checking my email or anything else online then the screen is black and the power light is off. Happened almost every day, and I'm going to College soon so I don't want to cut when I anymore.

  My second problem is that sometimes when I start the laptop, either normally or after the random shut off, it will not connect properly. Sometimes I use the fingerprint reader or type in the password. It will say 'Welcome', then it will say "Please wait", but it will not disappear no matter how long I wait, and I left for 20 minutes like that before.

  My third and final question is whether the laptop freezes sometimes or all programs cease to operate and remain unusable. When I am able to boot successfully and connect, I open any program, and it will open, then immediately, it will say "not responding". When this happens, and I click anywhere else, everything becomes unusable, even the start menu.

  My solution to all these problems was to hold down the power button until the laptop turns off, start it in Mode without failure, then restart. I installed McAfee antivirus and Malwarebyte anti-malware software and scanned the whole laptop, but there has been no detection with either. If anyone has had similar problems, or has a solution to my problem, I want to say thank you in advance.

• Lenovo E430 Touchpad issue

  Hi all

  I own a Lenovo E430. Now it is running Windows7, fully corrected and updated to date.

  My problem is with ultra high sensitivity touching the TouchPad. The TouchPad can react even to touch the fabric.

  This is a problem for me, because I use TrackPoint, I have no external keyboard and during the use of extra clicks unwanted lead to unforeseen events.

  So my question is how can I disable the Touchpoint. I have read several articles and there is no solution for me.

  If you go to the Control Panel and select mouse, a window should appear. In this window, one of the tabs at the top should say UltraNav, if you click on this tab, you should be able to uncheck the Activate touchpad, which allows to disable the TouchPad. Click apply and then click OK. The TouchPad should now be disabled.

  OK, here's the tragic story. One day my sister accidentally sank a whole Cup of water on my keyboard S12. So much water that when I turned on the computer in turn in the sink, there was water coming out of usb ports. I immediately stop the machine and thinking on the spot got my screwdriver. I opened it upwards so that I can dry. On the way I know I disconnected the ribbon cable from the touchpad to the motherboard, but I can't find the place where it connects. I think that this is possible because I had the same problem with the keyboard, but I fixed it. And the computer works great as im now use it with an external usb mouse.

  Hi unfortunately there is no HMM (Hardware Maintenance Manual)... and I didn't know anybody doesn't open its S12 more right now...

  But I think that there is no possible place... you will see the small connector with a small plastic latch... If you open the cover under the keyboard...

  There are only a few connectors onboard... keyboard, video, sound, speaker and touchpad...

  If you want to see how the connector should look to...? See the S10 Lenovo Service training how open or closed connectors...

  It's working now
  I have no idea how the problem was solved.
  That's what I did:
  1.I press OneKey Recovery, when I went to system recovery mode.
  2. the laptop reboot and entered into system recovery mode.
  3. I was asked for the rear... but I have nothing, everything came out of the application.
  4. laptop reboot new Hello.adb and load the operating system.
  5 Touchpad works perfectly now.

  I just wanted to know all it ended up being a bad diet. I tested it with a voltmeter and it was supposed to be of 20 v DC. NA not getting anything out of it. The flashing of the battery just said the battery was dead and could not power the laptop. Works fine now. Thank you very much for the help!
