Lenovo Solution Center PCI_EXPRESS_SYSTEM error on Lenovo y480

My solution on my y480 IdeaPad Lenovo Center gives me a message that a hardware scan has detected a failure. It is said that the PCI_EXPRESS_SYSTEM is the culprit, and it gives me the WPE001001-HI8X8I result code. Can someone tell me what this means and how I can fix this problem? Thanks for any help!

As much as I know this is just to inform you that a PCI-express slot is empty.

    I get an error message when I try to activate the Solution Center.  'Error in the file c:\Program Imaging\bin\hpqscloc\1033.xml HP analysis'

    I tried to remove and reinstall the entire software suite several times, but did not uninstall the Solution Center file.

    Start by downloading the full package of driver from here: HP Officejet full feature and driver software

    If you have recently downloaded this driver package, you may be able to skip this step. If you have problems with the steps below and impossible to find a directory, you must re-download the driver pack and launch the exe.

    1. disconnect the USB from the computer printer.

    2. now, go to start > run > and type folder

    3. search for any record label hp_web_release or 7z

    4 inside of this folder, navigate to the 'util' directory > directory 'ccc '.

    5. in there, run Uninstaller_L1 through L4 in order.

    6. check Add/Remove programs in the control panel for additional HP programs that have not been deleted and delete.

    7 remove the HP or Hewlett-Packard directory in Program Files.

    8 Goto Program Files > common files and remove the HP or Hewlett-Packard directory there as well.

    9. Select start > run and type "temp". inside this folder, delete all the files.

    10. Select start > run and type "%temp%". inside this folder, delete all the files.

    11. now restart and reinstall the driver using the driver from the web.

    Let me know if that solves the problem.

  • T440S corrupted after update solution center, no menu start

    My T440S has corrupt files and the various problems which all seem to have started (maybe) an update of the lenovo Solution Center. I have Windows 8.1, model number 20AQ-CTO1WW. Problems:-"Windows Start menu" anything when you click it doesn't. -You try to start the solution Center Gets error "this application requires a version of adobe air, which can not be found. -Try to update or reinstall adobe air gets the same error shown above. -Try to uninstall adobe air gets the same error shown above. -I can't begin to interface user of Norton Internet Security. I tried to go back to a repair system point before all this began, and the return seems to work, except that the problems are all still there. I tried to reinstall the solution Center, downloaded 2.4.003, page load version low said that t440s is taken in charge. However, when I try to install it, I get the error "this version of lenovo Solution Center program can only be installed on select lenovo computers. This installation cannot continue. "I can't find a download of 2.4.002 on the lenovo site. I can't start the user interface for the solution Center, I get the error of adobe air. I ran sfc/scannow and got the "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but could not solve some of them." I see several files in the log that must be replaced, but I don't know how to replace them. I don't have a win 8.1 installation media. And when I try to create the recovery partition recovery media, I get an error that the file is missing (or something like that, I'm sorry, could not capture the exact error). so... suggestions welcome! I'm not positive all started with the update of the solution Center, but it's my best guess. Thank you!

    Just to conclude this, I have my system working again. If it actually occurred during the update of the solution center or not, I can't be sure, but what it, caused repeated error saw afterwards was "the application could not start correctly (0xc0000142)", listed in a dialog box, for many applications (when I tried to get the start menu, when I tried to run some applications (but not others) When I tried to install something new. The steps that finally cleared up things were:

    ran-a ' sfc/scannow' in a guest of administration. SFC found errors, but could not fix them.

    -Ran chkdsk, some disk errors were found and corrected.

    ran-a ' sfc/scannow' in an administration invites once again, same error still there, could not be repaired.

    -ran "Dism/Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Online" in a prompt administrative., he finds errors and said they were repairable.

    -ran "Dism/Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Online" in a prompt administrative., he says he is able to repair the windows image. However, problems still occur.

    -run "sfc/scannow" in a guest of administration, and this time, it was able to repair the corrupted files. And after that, everything works again.

  • Error 1721 on repair/uninstall/reinstall of Lenovo Solution Center 8 64-bit Windows

    I'm looking for a solution to a problem with the solution Center Lenovo on Lenovo W530 running Win 8 64 bit machine.

    It was not updated warranty information, and so I tried an installation with the latest version of the program. He refused to uninstall. Lenovo support then decided that the best approach was to eliminate the directory that contains the program.

    Now, I still have the program listed in my programs installed, but there is nothing I can do with it. It does not appear on my desktop (which is not surprising) but does not uninstall and using the new package installation does NOT offer the option to install, but only for uninstall or repair, or who works - giving the error message 1721.

    Next steps? (Level 2 has been calling me more than 1 week ago - no call...).

    I solved my problem! I cancelled the folder that contains the LSC and then used the newly downloaded version. The uninstall worked and I could reinstall. He now recognizes my warranty. Writing message helped my find a solution!

  • Cannot install Lenovo Solution center 3.2

    I have a W520 I've updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Lenovo Solution Center gave some error messages about missing items, Solution Center 3.2 installer so downloaded. When I try to run the installer, it is said "the operating system is not enough to operate the Lenovo Solution Center". I uninstalled the 2.8 version to see if that was the problem, but got the same error message. I just reinstalled version 2.8 without any problems.

    Thanks, Aryeh, the 64-bit version worked. It is different from what is supposed to be the 64-bit http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds104501 version which is lscsetup_x64_32004.exe. On this page even though it says at top it is for 64 bit Windows 10, lower he says that the operating system that is supported is windows 10 32 - bit, so something mГЄlГ.

  • Cannot install / upgrade or remove the Lenovo Solution Center

    I am getting error during the installation/upgrade to level or during the withdrawal of the following lenovo Solution Center. I googled for error code & found links with windows install error issue. But my windows install is good work and could be able to install all applications except lenovo Solution Center.

    I tried to delete the directory and to install the most recent copy but still get this error.

    Kindly guide me to remove completely (maybe the registry items to delete) and get the freshly installed.

    What is your model number and the type of machine? Your other post indicated that under windows 7.

    Your machine is a recent purchase or did you have some time?  LSC installed properly on your machine in the past?

    First try the steps 1 and 2 and see if the problem clears up.  If the errors persist after a new MSI log.

    Lenovo came out with updates and the latest version of the Solution Center (3.0.0.3 from the website) and 3.0.0.4 upgrade all issues resolved.

    Hi thanks for the reply. I solved the problem. I use a wired connection and had no WI - FI enabled when you run diagnostic test. Turned on then ran test and everything is fine.
