Lenovo T430 with intel graphic card can support two monitors without a dock?

I want to use my current T430 to connect two external monitors. I can do without a dock?

If you do not use the internal LCD screen, you can connect the two LCD external using the vga + mini Displayport connector.

Is AMD CrossfireX and Nvidia SLI is the only way to connect two VGA?

    Original title: graphics card...

It is not no need SLI or XFire to connect two monitors. SLI and XFire are mainly to
improve performance by connecting the two cards together.
SLI, to have the same model of card when you use Nvidia IE - two GTX560ti, but apparently, you can use different templates with XFire as long as they use the same gpu (it's because they sometimes "re-brand" a gpu a series on a new map in the following series).

You can connect two monitors to a card and run games on two monitors, but the seam in the
Middle is a problem, so it is really best to go three monitors or a larger screen.
You can also run a game on one monitor and have something to open on the other.
This can also be done with two cards of different model that are not related (Nvidia or ATI).
or your integrated graphics, if you and a single graphics card.
You can also use both outputs of an integrated graphics card to perform the duties of Office Basic
    two monitors.

To use a combination of graphics card integrated on my machine, I have to set the graphic option and dedicated North Bridge in the BIOS to "Onboard" or the integrated graphics card will not work.
Also, when you use a single monitor I have to choose one or the other in the BIOS as only won't work
at the same time when you use a single monitor.  It may be different on your system.

There are different ways to use two monitors and the Setup is different between Nvidia and ATI.
I've only played with Nvidia, ATI and Intel HD4000 options, so cannot really elaborate on
    the installation options.
It is probably better to play with the settings of your cards some time control panel to
get an idea of what is what and try again forum of the mfg graphics card for more details.

  • Can I hurt my graphics card by running two monitors?

I use a 15 Mid-2010 "MacBook Pro with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 MB. I usually run two monitors from 15 "when I'm using photoshop or to CAD drafting, but I'm considering upgrading to a 27" of 2560 x 1440 monitor. Is there a risk of damage to my computer or the graphics card by doing this? I would like a larger screen to work, but he also takes my computer to last a little longer and can't hurt it. Thank you!

I want to add a second monitor to my HP Pavilion s330f.  I think I'll have to add a video card that supports two monitors.  Since this is a slimline box, size is a matter in addition to compatibility.  What cards can be used?

I was unable to locate a "s330f" on HP support site. Please provide the number of name and/or product of full model specific aid. Assuming you have a HP Pavilion Slimline s3300f desktop PC, the power plant is only rated at 160 watts and there is no PCIe cards x 16 graphics in your computer's power market will be based.

  • HP PROBOOK 450 GB: Can I update my motherboard with a graphics card

    Hello

I have a hp probook 450 GB (i3, 8 GB ram, 1 TB), and I wonder if I cand update my motherboard with a graphics card. Is this possible? My motherboard is 1949 Hewlett - Packard (U3E1).

    Thank you!

The 450 G0 has either Intel HD 4000 or it can have switchable discrete Radeon 8750 M, but if you have the old, you will need to replace the whole motherboard to get one with Radeon graphics cards. Which may be prohibitive, but is theoretically possible. Can you replace your self? Parts will run a few hundred to a few hundred working (in dollars). You need the motherboard and a new radiator/cooling fan. Processor, wireless card memory could be reversed. Also your windows must be reactivated and eventually you will have to buy a new Windows license (which does not 100% the case) but Microsoft generally believes that it is a different computer if you swap out the motherboard.

If still interested we can guide you through the details.

  • How can I get the graphics in the games on screen and Intel graphics card?

    Hello:

I recently got a Compaq Presario CQ57-339wm laptop PC.

It has Win 7 HP 64 bit installed.

I've updated the memory up to 8 GB.

Intel Celeron 1.5 gb CPU B800

    Intel HD graphics card.

And there the new Chipset HM65.

    My question is this.

While I know it will run that high end games.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get "FULL SCREEN GRAPH" when you play simple games like Empire Earth, Dungeon Lords, Solitaire, chess, build a Lot, etc.?

On a laptop with Intel Graphics awhile back I could go in the graphical control panel and select the stretch to the size of the screen option and he would give me full screen graphics.

    BUT!

When I go into the graphics Control Panel now, I don't see this option.

    What gives?

I do not expect to run high-end graphics, but fucking hell, I should at least be able to enjoy full-screen display size of 1366 x 768 instead of graphic image format.

    I would appreciate any help...

    Hi again:

As I had not had a response to my question, I thought that I better go and to fend for myself.

So I went on a search engine Bing to find a solution to my problem and I did...  Admittedly simple so I thought for those who may have the same problem I would my Solutrion that I found so here you are.

    Intel full screen game Fix.

To set the Intel scaling of Glitch.

#1. Right-click on the desktop and choose screen resolution.   And change the resolution to 1024 x 768.

#2. GoTo Control Panel, click on Intel Graphics & Media. Scale option will now be avalible, select Stretch to full screen and save.

#3. Once again right click on the desktop. And change your resolution to the Native resolution, click on I accept... You should now be set for full screen graphics in games.

  • Lenovo C50 i3 CPU - graphics card?

I recently bought this product influenced by the prospect of a computer for the occasional game. It is said in the specifications the Lenovo C50 "all-in-one" includes card NVIDIA GeForce 820 chart a:. But through games and discovery of the computer, it seems that I can't find any evidence to suggest that this is.

My computer shows that there are Intel graphics but no NVIDIA.

I tried looking for some kind of Panel configuration NVIDIA or as such, but nothing helped. Is it possible that I have access to the control panel and, otherwise, what I have to change the settings to "activate" this graphics card, or is already active?

    Thank you very much.

Hi Megbro, welcome to the forum.

Which retailer you bought your system from?

The Amazon UK site has 2 C50, with the listed I3 processor:

    http://www.Amazon.co.UK/Lenovo-C50-30-23-inch-i3-4030U-Windows/DP/B00R2VRPI0

    http://www.Amazon.co.UK/Lenovo-i3-4005U-integrated-graphics-Windows/DP/B00R2VR9R2

Both have the graphics listed as:

    Graphics card description Integrated

    This means that Intel Graphics.

If you change the name of Style on these same pages C50, you can upgrade to the I5 processor and get the Nvidia GeForce 820.

Even Lenovo UK website has 2 listed models, two I5, and with these models, the 820 a Nvidia is listed. Please note: under the specification technical warning ' to the...» "is listed next to the description. This means that you can order special ones up to specifications, but only if you call Lenovo sales.

    http://shop.Lenovo.com/GB/en/desktops/Lenovo/c-series/C50-30/#tab-customize

It seems that with the I3, only integrated Intel graphics card is available.

    I'm sorry.

    See you soon

  • Update on Thinkpad T420 Intel graphics card

    Hello!

I have a Thinkpad T420 with Windows 7. When I try to update my driver Intel Graphics HD (version 8.15.10.2538) than the Lenovo Web (version 9.17.10.3347) site, I get the error message "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

Page Intel tells me that I have either the wrong driver (which should not be the question because I got from Lenovo driver support page) or the version of the OS (I advanced and tried both the 32 and 64 bit driver, nothing works) or that I don't have Intel graphics card (but I do).

Is my processor simply not taken in charge by the updated more? I have an Intel Core i5 - 2520M. Or does perhaps have problems with my NVIDIA graphics card?

  • Problems with the graphics card

Hey, so I spent recently to my laptop HP Pavilion of 15-n298sa of a windows 06:52 and she since has earned me an endless stream of problems, especially with my graphics card. As I am on break from uni I re-uploaded all my games on my computer and found that none of them bar those made before the middle of the 2000s, play for me and for all name them my graphics as being the problem - like solitaire spider fact etc. All have previously been playable, about a month ago, so I know that it shouldn't be a problem. I tried several times to install the graphics drivers (one-I can't remember their names - AMD would apparently install and that NVIDIA could not). When looking at the Info for the graphic drivers installed, "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" that it's 2006 so I guess that AMD, it has not actually installed / was done wrongly. I was wondering if someone could help me?

BTW, I'm a complete technophobe and total so if you have an idea of what to do, I would appreciate it if you could put it in other words, because I am a plonker when it comes of this.

    Hello:

See if this graphics driver works.  Your computer laptop is only the graphics card Intel HD 4400 so don't expect too much of it.

My photoshop is flashing, there are problems of compatibility with the graphics card. I tried to turn off the graphics card option in photoshop, uninstalled and installed several times, but still. Please, what should I do?

I have an Intel (R) Graphics 5500 HD and Nvidia GeForce 820 M.

I disabled the Nvidia because it seems to me that Photoshop is not supported.

    Hey Mohit and other colleagues!
