  Hi, I tried to synchronize my favorites/tabs to my laptop to a new PC running windows 8 on my laptop and windows 7 on the PC. It took some time for one of the tabs to appear. When I checked the finally appeared on the PC in Firefox, bookmarks, but they do not match the years many lack the good site.   Get a cheap USB keyboard and see if it works.  You can buy those cheap for $10 or less.  The fact that the keyboard does not work in the BIOS means is not a Windows problem.

  I have a Satellite L50-B-2FN, bought just five months ago (February 2, 2016), and apart from a problem recurring with the lid doesn't close does not correctly, I now have a hardware problem: the keyboard stopped working fully, with most of the numbers keys does not respond as well as the letters R and Y.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.

  I guess you checked if the Tablet has been properly connected to the docking keyboard.

  Have you tried to unplug and plug the docking again?
  Note: there is a latch on the left you have to move and in order to remove the tablet.

  Perhaps there is a connection problem.

  This problem appeared after I left it on overnight. I have the feeling that it entered into hybernation mode, perhaps, and that it disturbed some important functions which he could not complete. Not sure if. Any help gratefully received.

  I firstly the LCD cable or secondary LED could be damaged, but if you don't see anything on an external monitor I tend to think it's a motherboard problem.

  Last thing you could try putting running a Live Distro Linux from a CD/DVD or USB drive, using Ubuntu or Linux Mint, for example.

  This problem is solved. I called HP support and they were very useful for the correction of a problem. They indicated it was a parameter in the pc that had to be changed.
