"License for this product has stopped working" CS3 Windows 8.1

I used CS3 without problems so far. I have not changed anything, and now when I launch Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and DreamWeaver, I get this error.

Windows 8.1 does not include the instructions that I found

Before, when I had to reinstall the software, serial number did not because I install more than the allotted time. I called Adobe and they solve the problem. If I have to reinstall again, is there a phone number I can call? I can't find one on the Adobe Web site.
