Lightning don't talk to Google Calendar - problem with cookies?

Execution of Thunderbird 31.1.0 with Lightning 1.0 and the module supplier of Google. I maintain four different calendars with google (work room, home, other, conf) account. When I woke up today all my calendars worked. They have been set up in lightning as calendars google network, which stressed their respective links to XML.

All of a sudden this afternoon, without me antics with any of the parameters GCal or lightning, calendars in the sidebar of the lightning stopped to talk with the platform of google calendar. All events always appear in google calendar thin and fine always sync up to my mobile device.

The problem is: the calendars are just sitting and showing the color of the light "synchronized." When I right click on one and try to activate it manually in lightning, it displays a prompt of password for google account. After entering my google login information, returns the window of dialogue: "Oops!" Your browser appears to have cookies disabled. Make sure that cookies are enabled, or try to open a new browser window. "

I can assure you that cookies have been enabled in my Chrome browser settings. Double even checked in Firefox, even though it isn't my default browser, they are activated too. There is no need to change the message "cookies disabled". I went up to erase all data of the chrome, by suggestion of the googles and no dice. Even uninstalled Chrome and re-installed and no luck.

I must be missing something. It shouldn't be so hard to make the switch from cookies and get these programs talk to once again...

    There is always a compatible version of the provider for Google calendar available on AMO. You need version 0.32 for 3.3 lightning.

    I have a Z3 with the latest f/w but I got calendar crashing on me for a year now through different Z3 2 and it has just occurred to me what is the problem.

    When you create an event on the phone, the maximum time of reminder, that you can set is 1 week.  When you create an online event in Google calendar you can set reminders later than 1 week before.  If you create an online event with say a reminder of 2 weeks and then try and change the reminder in the app, the app will crash.

    Have you tried to disable the calendar of Sony and replaced by the standard Google calendar app?

    It is essentially the only way forward when there is a serious bug in an application of Sony. The interest to fix is minimal (see the responses on this thread). Instead of trying to reproduce the bug (it takes 1 minute to do), they ask you to try safe mode, reset your phone, the Voodoo dance around your phone, etc.

    I'm disabling apps Sony one because bugs are never corrected (but apps to get a lot of new intrusive permissions to "improve the experience")...

    I'm at the Canada and for some reason, downloads for the two FF 3.6.12 and Thunderbird was last updated was the BritishVersions is why I UK search engines, not the US versions is maybe why I'm struggling with my email and addons. The other 2 computers in my house is the American version.

    What are your cookies settings? For example:

    Conservation rules: use the custom settings for history

    {X} accept cookies from sites
    Accept third-party cookies: always
    Keep until: I close Firefox

    Some sites may not work well if you have disabled the 'third party' cookies (I don't remember if Gmail is one of those).

    Have you deleted all existing Google cookies? You can do it from any page search on google.com. Here's how:

    While displaying a page on the site, try either:

    • Right click and select View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
    • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > 'view the Cookies '.
    • Click on the globe or padlock icon in the address bar > additional information > "View Cookies".

    In the dialog box that opens, google.com should be filled up automatically and you can delete cookies from the site individually.

    I just got my first BlackBerry (storm) and this is my first post on the forums.  I read around a lot and found pieces of this problem but no definitive answer (which I understand).  So, I know it's a delicate subject, but really hope that someone can help you.

    FYI, I use Windows Vista and Outlook 2003 with the connector Outlook synchronize my e-mail, contacts and calendar on my Windows Live Hotmail account.

    I installed the Desktop Manager software V.4.7 and crossed to set up > sync and selected Outlook for Contacts.  The wizard all seems to work OK but then when I press "Finish" I get the error message ' file is does more part of the system data source or the couldnot folder is located.

    I partially understand the idea that my Contacts are not in Outlook, they are in my hotmail/live account.  My question is how can I work around this problem and import my contacts to the BlackBerry?  It will not accept an exported .pst file or can it link directly to hotmail?

    (On the basis of the advice on the forum), I found is you go into Outlook and adjust the settings of your e-mail account to send incoming emails into "Personal folder" instead of "* @hotmail.co.uk ' then he manages to pass the error message, however, I found no data calendar or contact in my outlook personal folders for BlackBerry to synchronize with a time that I did."

    I'll try to do a few requests on a Microsoft forum on the features between Outlook and Hotmail to see if there is an easy way to get my data anywhere in the personal folders so that the BlackBerry it can sync from there.  I'm afraid to lose emails or functionalitly to the Outlook Connector on my PC to subsequently change the default e-mail folder.

    Just in case anyone else has this problem, I got a work around (not a solution, but it works).  In Outlook, go to Contacts - export to file and select: separation by comma (Windows). CSV file - save it to your PC.

    Then open a Yahoo mail account (if you have not already one) go to Classic view, Contacts and to the right of the screen, there is an option to import/export.  Select the location of the CSV file you saved on your PC and transfer it on Yahoo.

    You can now go through the DM Assistant and select sync with Yahoo.  It is ideal to add contacts to the phone for the first time.  Don't forget to make sure that everything is up-to-date and complete in Outlook Contacts before export to the CSV file.

    If you want to add contacts to the future, the best way is to add to Outlook first and then go through the process of exporting the CSV file again - this will ensure that all records are the same.  Although if you wanted too, you can also export from BB in Yahoo, then in Outlook as Yahoo also exported contacts to a CSV file.

    Uh, well... 3800 x 2500 and something of the images? Virtually all pixelated to text? It is not surprising, it is loading slowly. There is simply much large images and their dumping to the widget page full of Muse is not make things load faster, just as the pixelated text will of course lose its ability to adapt to spare screen sizes. I'm afraid you have to get back to the basics and redraw your page much more effectively. You yourself have lost in the aspect of Visual design without much thinking about specific requirements for the use of the web.

    There was a thread that I was helping out with previously who had something similar happen. There is the person should communicate with its carrier b/c a maintenance book has been away on their BlackBerry.

    So to confirm your watch 3G or EDGE signal? If you go in manage connections | "" The service state is say it is connected via the mobile network "BlackBerry Internet Service"? You can try resending service books to your device in 2 ways:

    1. Connect to the BIS of your operator and go site in the section Service books. There you should see a button to send the service directories
    2. On the BlackBerry, go to Options | Advanced options | The host routing table. In this screen press press the button menu and choose to register now. See if you get a message to record a few seconds later. Then try to reset your device by removing the battery for 30 seconds
  • Problem with Cookies

    I can't believe that I'll have to ask the following question... cookies are so incredibly easy to deal with, but fair, I'm stumped.

    Basically, in my application.cfm file I check the existence of a cookie. If it is not set, I put a default value.

    I then a SELECTION menu which passes a new (different for each option) value to a page that replaces the cookie I checked for the application.cfm with the value of the shape. It should be a very simple thing, I did many times in fact.

    But it's not working for some reason today any.

    In my tests, I delete cookies in IE7 and watch it creates one by default when loading my first page. I open the cookie file and of course, the default value has been set. I then send the form, open the cookie again, and it is always the default.

    However, here's the catch... I can actually call the cookie using CFOUTPUT on the page that follows the form and it does not reflect the present value of the SELECT tag, but yet once, the file of cookie on my computer records always somehow by default.

    I put a CFABORT inside isdefined in my application.cfm after the default cookie has been placed, just to make sure that it is not resetting here (somehow). I've tried other browsers. I'm only four or five heavy cookies on the site, so I'm not exceeding the limit of browser by any means. Maybe I just don't this for a bit, but I don't think I missed a thing.

    Too bad, a break is what I needed after all. I had a model missing error way down at the bottom of the page, I wasn't catching, and apparently ColdFusion is not properly write the cookie on a page with an error.

    When using google maps via Firefox, after asking a place which is not the General section of North America who comes up regularly, the firefox screen becomes white with a narrow banner at the top. However, the display is not recover and the message of the banner is that Firefox is not responding. When I go to restart Firefox if I'm about to restore, the page is still frozen.
    I don't think there is a problem with my computer because it doesn't happen if I used to go to google maps, then G-cards works normally.
    This phenomenon didn't happen before the last update Google or Firefox. I used Fiefox for some years and also Google Maps on previous computers and on this one and not had it before.
    It is a relatively young computer (Asus EeSlate 121) less than a year. I have used Firefox since I bought it and until recently had no problem with Google Maps.

    I solved it myself, after the 'note' that was FF/Mozilla, just as I finished my message, commenting on what it was that my system was, I wnnt back to check my plug-ins, etc. I downloaded the latest Java, the TWO 32-bit AND 64-bit versions and latest Firefox.
    Now everything works.

  • Change the colors on Google Calendar?

    I use the default Google Calendar comes with the phone app. When I look at the monthly view, appointment dates are bolded. Is it possible to change to show a different color?

    If not, is there another calendar application, which can be synchronized with my Gmail calendar that will give me more control over the way she looks?

    Bob, there are two calendar applications I used that work very well with Google Calendar and are very customizable.  There is "Calendar Pad" (and the version of tax 'Calendar Pad Pro') and my favorite, "Jorte" (free).  The two have several great widgets that display your calendar on a home screen.  Both will use the colors of your Google Calendar, or you can choose your own.  "Jorte" integrates even with Google tasks.  Good luck.  -MarkC

    When I place the securities in my videos and then review video, preview is very agitated when I placed the titles, and then will return to normal once the title is done, then it will start to be rough again when the video contains another title.


    One of the suggestions for me to try?  Maybe some weird that I don't know everything?  IM using a 2011 MacBook Pro i7 2.4 GHz with 8 GB of ram, so I don't think it's a problem with my machine.  And Im really new to video editing, so any help will be greatly appreciated.  It drives me crazy.

    Are making you your calendar when you see red lines above your clips (working in montage mode)? When you see red lines along the upper part of the chronology, press ENTER. When the sequences are rendered, the red lines becomes green and your reading should improve considerably.

  • Serious problem with CPU 'maximum frequency.

    I have a problem with my W510.

    I think that this problem has been around since I bought it, or at least for a month or two after I bought it.

    When I plug the power in, or out, it almost always affects maximum frequency of the processor, as seen in the Windows 7 resource monitor, as well as a program called CPU - Z which shows in fact the current speed of the base.

    When things work correctly, the basic speed is slightly more than 3,000 Mhz.

    However, this speed changes whenever I plug the power inside or outside.

    Usually, it changes for the worse when I plug IN power!

    Often, to plug in, the speed drops to about 1 000 Mhz. Then I Plug - and the speed goes back to 3 000 Mhz. Rebranchez_ the - 2 500 Mhz. out Plug - rest on 2 500 Mhz. Plug in French - 1 500 Mhz. out Plug - 2 500 Mhz. Plug in French - 3 000 Mhz. get out - 3,000 Mhz, etc.. Every once in a while, it even drops to 300 Mhz.

    It seems to be arbitrary and random. Sometimes, it takes me 10, 15 and even 20 times connect the power out and back in to run to 3,000 Mhz.

    The machine is new, there is no fan noise, and anyway, the changes are directly correlated to plug and power in and out and that they never occur themselves - is certainly not overheating or something like that.

    Also, I don't think it's a problem with the power itself, as happens to me in different countries and different places, and in any place if I try to re - plug power enough times - it will eventually be resolved (so of course that there is enough power).

    Is there someone who knows this problem? Any suggestions?

    I found that Throttlestop help me with my own problem speedstep. Speed moves much to light use because of speedstep, but when I use a cpu benchmark to load four hearts they set to max speed and do not move. You can give it a try.
