  spent all day trying to install even after reading and following the instructions on how to correct the Error 1935 and still no success with lightroom 4.1 heres the full error message

  Alright got it is solved the hard way. had tried the front steos of hand, but I had no protection against the virus. installed avg to find some of the files infected with a virus during good behaviour. Basically he pressed the action prevention programs install finilize. but nothing a reboot could not heal. Lightroom is now active elements 8 works fine now to put in place and get adobe more programs. Thanks for the responses and assistance.

  yesterday I bought total war shogun 2, and then installed steam (installed by using steam game) began a 7 step installation.

  I read a lot of FAQ about how to resolve this situation, but nothing helped. I also tried to install manually, but it's the same problem.

  I got to the point where I wanted to reset the laptop to the factory setting but I got a problem with that too.

  I don t know your laptop, but especially you can retrieve the computer laptop initial configuration using disk HARD recovery.

  1935 error is generally due to third-party applications.

  Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

  Method 1:

   

  Turn off all third-party programs and all startup items and install the game in a clean boot state.

• Install Error 1935 in the event log when trying to manually install the KB954430

  Vista Home Premium 32 German

  Automatic update of Vista tried every day to install the fix KB954430 (MSXML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2).
  
  To resolve this problem, I tried one of the suggestion of many to install this fix manually.

  So I downloaded msxml4-KB954430 - deu.exe Microsoft.com and all first I removed the patch, then I did a reboot and then I started the installation as an administrator.

  During the installation, I got the error in a message box:
  "During the Assemblierungskomponente {DA656E4D-45B9-3659-A06B-D6B9ABF34537} ein Fehler aufgetreten ist der installation. HRESULT: 0 X 80073715. »
  = during the installation of the component assembly... an error occurred...

  After a click on the ok button, the installation was cancelled.

  The event log entry:

• Lightroom 4 install error 1152

  Installation of Lightroom 4 on Windows 7 pro causes "1152: error extracting in the temporary location" and the installation will stop. I try to put it on a Toshiba laptop with 250 GB SSD. There are 117 GB of free hard disk. I tried to install it as an administrator. I deleted all the files in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp except 'C:\users\kevin\appdata\local\temp\fxsapidebuglogfile.txt' (it could not be deleted because it was used by IE). I checked "Environmental Variables" (variables TEMP and TMP go % USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp). I tried to install it from a folder on the laptop (copied the software for laptop and tried the installation of "Install Lightroom 4.exe"), and finally, I tried to install with a new account (with administrator privileges). None of these things worked. Someone has additional suggestions? I was able to install it on my other computer (desktop) so I don't think that the installation disc is bad. Thanks for your help.

  After a lot of time and effort, I found a solution:

  1. create the "TMP" folder in % USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local.

  2 lead the TMP variable to 'Environment Variables' (start > Control Panel > system > advanced system settings > Environmental Variables) in this folder "TMP" (on my computer that they were going to the 'Temp' folder before).  So the TMP 'Variable' is / are now directed to the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\TMP 'value '.

  Which fixed the problem so that LR 4 install.

• Install Error 1935 Adobe Premier elements 10 Windows 7 64

  Windows 7 looks so much like it's finish INSTALLATION first 10 items when I get an error message and Windows restores the installation.  I know that others could have had similar problems, but I have not found any kind of solution that works.

  I spent about 6 hours trying different things.  Try to use the safe mode and running without any additional service through MSconfig.

  I even tried to reinstall NET Framework and change the registry keys (that I could not do because he doesn't let me remove the key of .NET Framework, even with permissions.)

  I also downloaded the trial version of the first elements but it came with the same error message.

  Here is what I get now:

  

  I will call the hotline Monday, but I have a feeling that they will say that it is just something wrong with my computer.  Which I think is possible because I was able to install the trial of Vegas HD and other programs quite easily.

  I had installed it finally.

  Support Adobe guy tried to install 3 times after doing stuff like fixing the program Windows installation and update stuff.

  Did not work.

  I had to do a complete clean reinstall of Windows 7 and I was finally able to get Premiere Elements installed.

  Everything seems to work fine now.

  I'm trying to install Adobe Lightroom 5 on your Dell XPS 13 laptop running Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64 bit OS). When installing, Error 1935... HRESULT: 0 x 80070422 gets returned. I tried solutions through Support MS and Adobe Support nothing done. I tried, at least, the following:

  Uninstall the .NET Framework 4 and related components.
  Reinstall .NET Framework 4 (tried to start with 3.5 and earlier versions, but they install either)
  Clean Booting with .NET without .NET, with internet connectivity, without internet connection...
  Fix from MS tool
  Installed Windows updates
  Restarted at least a hundred times and after each step

  There are many other methods, suggested by the MS and Adobe to fix this problem and I've narrowed the problem Windows.

  Please, someone who has ideas about this don't hesitate to participate.

  I had the same problem. Turns out that my installer of Modules of Windows service has been disabled. Go to control panel, Administrative Services, local Services. Make sure that the startup type for the installer of Modules of Windows (TrustedInstaller) is set to automatic.

  This is my first post/discussion here. I am a new (or almost) Lightroom user and have not been able to install, despite several attempts.

  I bought LIghtroom 5 and was able to access the installer, but whenever I try to install on my Windows 7 computer, I get the following message in a pop-up window:

  Having had no chance of finding an answer in the places of the online help or in the manual, I hope someone here can tell me what this means and what I can do.
