  I grew up in the trial, entered serial number and get a message that the serial number is not valid.  I cut and pasted the serial number and double checked to make sure it is fair.

  I had 4 LR on the same computer, and I had my LR series 4, but not the ability to go anywhere.  When I entered the number of LR 5 series, is said just not valid.
