Lightroom 2015 5.5 lose selection field legend when moving from image to image
The latest version 2015 5.5 on mac, broke the ability for lightroom to have the field legend selected when moving the image to the image, to use the mouse to select again the caption field whenever I have switch from one image to another, this is not a major problem but does not slow down subtitle when have to write captions for a large number of images.
Can it be returned to the next version?

Lightroom CC crashes when opening preferences (Windows 10)
2015.5 CC Lightroom started crashing when I try to open the preferences. Ideas?
Thank you
John
Thanks John. The back of the trace is very useful.
In this case, Lightroom attempts to retrieve the path of the file system to the "My pictures" folder that is associated with your account on your computer local Windows and somehow he failed and could not retrieve the path.
Is there something unique about your installation? After doing some googling, I found this missing repair Windows 7 user records | Scottie Tech.Info that may be useful.

Hey there,
illustrator, After effects and indesign started crashing when I move objects. After that I restarted it's OK for a while, and then it starts crashing again. I read all the previous threads on this crash when moving issue, but none of the solutions seem to work.
Using indesign and illustrator CC 2014 on Mac os x 10.10.1.
any suggestions?
Thank you!

I found a solution that works, at least for me. I stopped using Chrome and since the problem disappeared. Something about her was causing programs to crash.

Firefox crashes when the flash is used.
Firefox crashes when the flash is used at all.
I've checked everything and it is only with flash 10.1.53.64 on the tree== a site using flash is open
I use Windows 7 and I have the same problem. When I went to 3.6.4, Firefox would be to lock up whenever I tried to play any flash video. I have tried several sites and it would lock up every time I have to close by the Task Manager. I've updated the Flash Player and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing could solve this problem.
I read that they supposedly separated the plugins like flash in a separate procedure to keep firefox crash if flash does, but apparently they didn't do this right. I had to go back to Firefox 3.6.3 worm and flash works without any problem in this version. Seems that firefox must correct 3.6.4 since it seems he's messed up video flash for many users, if not most. It is useless if it can't play flash since almost all Web sites use this format!

Hello! I have a 32-bit version of Windows 7 and I subscribed plan creative mgoe (CC 2015 Photoshop and Lightroom). Unfortunately when I try to use photoshop there is a ram (out of memory) error. I have a 8 giga of ram, and I have already raised the photoshop preference range.
It seems that the installation of a 32-bit version of Windows is your mistake. This limits each app to not more than 2-3 gigabytes, no matter how much RAM you install.

Built a new computer with an Nvidia video card and cc works very well... I don't think that adobe likes to ATI Radeon graphics cards.
PS: If you are having problems with LR and you have an ATI Radeon video card... Go out and get a new card from Nvidia.
Thanks for trying to help.

Lightroom CC crashes when you use the second monitor
I use Lightroom CC on a core 6 2010 Mac Pro with 24 GB of RAM and the application running on an SSD with OS10.9.5.
Until the other day, I've been using Lightroom 5.7.
I have two NEC 24 "monitors connected to my computer.
I paid about $1,000 for each, and I was happy with their color rendering and performance.
In the last two weeks, I had repeatedly when Lightroom stops working.
Usually after using edit in Photoshop command, or creating a web gallery, once the order has been issued, LR will go to one screen and frozen at this time, most of the controls does not work. Then I have to select exit from the menu and reopen the application. Needless to say it's a lousy way to work.
Tonight, I discovered that if I run Lightroom on a monitor, the gel that happens after having a web gallery, or help edit in Photoshop, does not happen. However, if I start with just one monitor, use edit in Photoshop, then click to use my second monitor, then frost.
Having 2 monitors is very useful, so having to limit myself to 1 monitor is pretty disappointing, not to mention a waste of investment.
I've been using Lightroom 5 long on this system without these problems.
I installed Lightroom CC as a way to solve my problem.
But there is the same problem with it.
I thought about updating the operating system to 10.11, but I expect to do.
I've read of people having problems with OS 10.11 (El Capitan), and I need to upgrade backup software, if I switch to 10.11.
It seems to me that there may be some type of bug or problem with Lightroom and the Mac OS when it comes to use 2 monitors.
Everyone knows this freeze or lock up Lightroom?
Has anyone else had him freezes related to the use of two monitors?
Can anyone suggest a solution?
A Mac savvy friend suggested that I create a new user account to see if the problem of gel with the second monitor would also with a new user account.
I created a new user account, and Lightroom works fine.
Then, I had to migrate all the settings for the various programs to the new user.
I also decided to improve the operating system of 10.9 Mavericks at El Captian, 10.11.
I also changed 5.7 Lightroom at Lightroom CC 2015.
All these computing has taken a lot of time, but now everything works fine.

Lightroom to crash when running Photoshop?
I need help! I am running Windows 7, 4 GB RAM. When I have the two Photoshop CS4 64 bit and Lightroom 3.3 open 64-bit Lightroom crashes. At the point where I have close Photoshop, Lightroom is very well. This is something that has just begun, I use to work with both of them all the time.
Thanks in advance!
Web-Weaver wrote:
First of all, did you really say PS CS4? Because the PS CS4 and LR 3 are not totally compatible, and you get all the features of LR with CS4.
I don't know if CS4 will cause LR to crash. I worked for a while with CS3 and LR 3 and the two worked, except that CS3 cannot open RAW images processed in LR 3.
WW
It is rather bad information. LR 3 works perfectly well with the CS 4 and CS 3, indeed any version of PS. The only difference between the use of older versions of PS with LR 3 with a CS 5 is that the RAW file must first rendered by LR, rather than be rendered after the CAB using CS5 so that changes made using process 2010 to be embedded in the file. There is no incompatibility once rendered. For the vast majority of users of the order in which the file is returned when opening PS too is irrelevant.
Don't bother reinstalling LR as it not make any difference. Explorer the real causes of the accident, the Task Manager allows to watch what is happening. It is likely that you have too many applications running and not enough available RAM. Get your hard drive configuration sorted can help, but make sure first that you do not have many things running in the background. You have enough free space on your hard drives and they are fragmented. St your swap file on a separate drive on the OS drive, don't let it be handled by windows and attach it to the amount of 1 1/2 times the physical RAM installed.
Set the cache of RAW for the two bridge and LR in the same place, a separate drive him and if possible give a room, 50 GB or more.
Set the catalog on a separate drive fast as well, all will help with performance.
Turn all windows stuff that slowing down things and the causes of the accidents, indexing in disc is a real problem. Make sure your anti-virus software is not check the LR catalog and disable any background incremental backup software you may have running.
Your system will be perfectly adequate to run LR and PS, however, you can only open one file at a time in PS, open files multiply at the same time can be bad news with limited RAM.

Hi sebastiang,.
See the minimum system requirements is 1 024 MB or 1 GB and yours is only 64 MB, which does not meet the minimum system requirements
So to use the graphics card in LR, you will need to buy a better graphics card with a minimum of 1024 MB VRAM or 1 GB

Firefox crashes when I try to use then printer
I did not really see a response to my question, looking at the previous Q & A. So I'll try here. Just from today, every time I try to use my printer with firefox, I get a crash report? When I try to use the printer in another browser, no problem. I tried several times today, to use the printer in firefox, nothing helps. Yet once, each time, I get a crash report. Can anyone help? Yet once again, this was never a problem before with my printer and firefox. Appreciate any help. Thank you.
Rick
It's a problem with the Flash plugin.
You can check the problems caused by a recent update of Flash 11.3 and possibly upgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

When the workload by using biacm, bi_server1 server managed becomes devoid.
Present to the load Plan Generaor, general and SDE gets managed. When he starts to deal with SIL, it crashes. Managed server "bi_server1" becomes as sensitive. Managed server odi_server1 works very well. I have to restart the console server otherwise and em also stops working. I tried several times but same thing happens every time.
Anyone has idea about it.
Concerning
I started the server managed using em instead of startManagedServer.sh bi_server1 and workload is generated successfully.
I learned from someone that it was due to a bug in the JVM.

Want to just clear the values in the command prompt when moving between pages
Hello
I wanted to know if its possible.
I want to erase the prompt value when moving a page to another page in the dashboard is
should show the way it was when displaying arriving first to the page. Is this possible?
The problem is that I have a guest of the region as well as a few other guests of column in page 1
Still in page2, I have even invited to the region and another message from page2 column.
I think that since the same tablename.colname when I select the APAC region is mentioned guest in page1
in page 2 also APAC is selected by default
I want to avoid this?
I use obiee 11g
Thank youJin
have you checked the scope of your prompt? Make a prompt page and it should solve your problem.
