  Update from the upgrade - two different animals.  Updates the software that they update.  Upgrades of Adobe products do not need previous versions.

  Improved versions are better off removed before installing updates.  There are occasions where different versions share a file where deleting an older version after installing the newest one can delete a necessary file.

  When Lightroom is opened, a lock file is created to prevent third parties to access the catalogue.   Using the Explorer/Finder, navigate to the folder that contains your catalog.

  I am running Windows XP. After updating to Firefox6.02 a second tab was there after my 'Google' default tag.   It is possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.

  %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ (regardless of the folder appears)

  It seems that it is access read and write on the folder you need to do.

  Try to change the Destination folder, or give read and write access to the folder selected in the destination from the Finder Panel.
