  I have an application that displays images. It resizes them based on the rotation of the screen, usually affecting "picwidth = screen.width', where"picwidth"is an attribute associated with the width of each image.

  I have so similar to several functions:

  PicHeight = screen.width * 1.467;

  }

  I also tried to do this with the variable of the object itself:

  protected function changeOrientation(e:StageOrientationEvent):void

  {

  IMG. Width = screen.width;

  IMG. Height = screen.width * 1.467;

  }

  and in the emulator, these functions operate correctly. But on the device, "screen.width" always seems to enter the value before the change of orientation, giving the dimensions that are exactly the opposite of what I needed.

  NOTE: this does not only happen with images, it happens with the Group of containers, TextAreas, something whose dimensions depend on the dimensions of the screen.

  I tried to simply change the values so it gets the values and assigns them to variables against the account of the delay and then, they operate on my device but they are back in the emulator and I'm scared of what other devices work as does the emulator, and it will be broken once more.

  Is it a good solution to this?

  This problem was corrected by:

  change the event listener of:

  stage.addEventListener (StageOrientationEvent.ORIENTATION_CHANGE, changeView);

  TO:

  stage.addEventListener (Event.RESIZE, changeView);

  and by the way of an «event"rather than a"stageOrientationEvent»

  has worked in all cases that I needed. Kindof it's a shame that the only thing that StageOrientationEvent.ORIENTATION_CHANGE is designed to make can be upgraded by a more general function...

  It's always a good idea to save and provide for system backups. All you have to do is pick up your Photoshop preferences. Don't copy a folder no big deal.

  Many queries take less time the second time you run them. After the first performance, there may be many, if not all, lines in the buffer cache. Then the second round will not make any or all e/s physical but will obtain data from the buffer cache.

  Also, you haven't checked that the MV was even used for the second run.

  Drop the MV and make the query several times and means of the time. Then create the MV and do the same thing.

  Before you start the troubleshooting steps, I need the information required.

  What version of the windows operating system do you use?

  Method 1:

  If you are using windows 7, I suggest to perform a disk cleanup and verify.

  If you want to move the pagefile.sys to another drive, follow the steps and check out them.

  Follow these steps to move the pagefile.sys to C: drive on D: drive (if you have the drive D :).

  1, write click on my computer and select Properties.

  2, click on the Advanced tab.

  3, click settings under performance menu.

  4, click on the Advanced tab and click on change.

  5, select letter (C :) and "BOLD" No pagefile then click on Set. )

  6, if you want to configure pagefile.sys in, select drive D: drive letter D: and "BOLD" in the custom size or the size of the system managed , then click on Set. It displays a pop-up message click OK.

  7, again click apply and OK OK.

  8, the system you will be asked to reboot, click on Yes.

  9, after rebooting the system, you can see the pagefile.sys will be moved to D:
