• A GeoRaster tablespace transported fall

  I have a tablespace that has successfully created in an another Oracle instantiated (the factory), exported as a transportable and imported tablespace in my instance of database warehouse. I have now created an updated version of this tablespace and trying to drop the tablespace in the warehouse so that I can replace it.
  
  There is no index persistent, constraints or other outside references tablespace (I removed those) but I have yet to drop the tablespace because triggers DML GeoRaster (which cannot be removed according to ORA-13391). I have no problem dropping the tablespace in the case of the factory, but once I ran SDO_GEOR.validateGeoraster in the warehouse, I'll have these problems with DML triggers. I can see SDO_GEOR_UTL.createDMLTrigger but no corresponding .dropDMLTrigger.
  
  Now I'll have to delete all tables of GeoRaster layer first and then I can drop the tablespace but it takes a while when I want to just do is to drop the tablespace including contents.
  
  Is there a way to safely deposit the DMLTriggers? Or can you give some advice on the "most effective" way to get rid of a large GeoRaster layer tablespace.
  
  Perhaps more generally, is there a way to UNREGISTER a GeoRaster layer. And if not is there?

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

• DLL, interfacing with which coexist value and reference types

  Currently, I'm working with a supplied DLL.

  I have header files and everything and the DLL import wizard does a decent job of importing DLL functions but there are certain types of data that cannot simply be dealt with.

  The DLL requires the use of a data type that is a structure with data reference and value types.  I could theoretically replace the references by simple U32s, but much of the information required in the data is in the data referenced by the pointers structures.

  How can I do to implement this light how do I have to be able to transmit data to the DLL in its original form (value and reference types).

  I have something like the following:

  * Previous item

  * Data Datastruct

  }

  I downloaded the Microsoft WDK, CVI and Visual Studio 2008 available.  I'm not very experienced in this end of things...   I will dispose of Structs with pure value types, but how do I get the data in reference types?

  It's always a problem when you use a DLL.

  If you do not have the sources of the DLL, you must trust the description of it.

  (Or you will have to disassemble to be sure, which is forbidden in most cases )

  If (in your case), the linked list is handled elsewhere than your Labview code, you will get in trouble. (Added, deleted, or modified items)

  I don't know your DLL. But usually the data is stored inside the DLL. For example, I have a DLL function that reads a counter from a DAQ hardware. If I reset it (on its reset settings), it sends back the nuber of counted events. This DLL must not be initalized.

  Other hardware DAQ I use must be initalized using its DLLS before you read all the values.

  It all depends on the implementation of your DLL.

  I configured a physical database maximum Performance, accelerated failover mode standby. I set FastStartFailoverLagLimit to 3 hours (10800 seconds).

  If I understand the Oracle documentation, Fast-Start failover should work with Max Performance, as long the Transport timeout is whithin the FastStartFailoverLagLimit.

  
  So I started a few scripts, generated some loading, so I have a Transport and apply the shift of 3-4 Minutes.
  Then I killed pmon to cause an automatic failover.

  Failover failed with ORA-16798.

  I know, there is Note 846087.1 , which describes the problem, but I thought that automatic failover should work in this configuration.
  Is this a bug or am I wrong?

  It's Ben of Typekit. You can use Typekit fonts in Microsoft apps as well. Fonts Typekit will work with any application that uses the file system for the fonts menu fonts.

  Error 205 is a validation for the Segment failure while downloading the file from the Adobe server.

  See link above and try with recommendations:

  -Disable anti-virus and firewall temporarily and try to download.

  -Check the Hosts file and see if there are all the entries in Adobe, if so remove.

  -If you use a connection without wire/Wifi, try with wired Ethernet, wireless connections are nonlinear and often the question failed Validation of Segment, due to the decline of network signals.

  -C' is maybe not the possible solution: If you already use Ethernet connection cables try different Internet connection with the ISP company.

  -If you are connected to the corporate network or behind proxy, make sure that Adobe ports are on a white list or allowed on the network firewall.
