Lines and comic forms are transparent, more background image problem!

Hey everyone, great novice here.  I'm doing a flyer in inDesign and for the background image, I copied a picture that I converted mainly to "bluescale" in Illustrator by changing the colors.  Now when I try to draw a line or shape above, they all show transparent (see attached image), instead of being informed.  When delete or toggle the visibility of the image, all right.  How can I get the lines or solidly filled in forms?

A line at random, I'm drawing, for example.  Does not appear in the dark.

  • How to draw a straight line and write on areas colored with Photoshop?

    I need to be able to draw a straight line and write about areas that I colored. I could do in PhotoStudio, but I don't know how to do in Photoshop.

    Use layers.  Text for writing on areas layers.  They can be changed.  You can change the text, font, size, color, Position, fusion and opacity and a layer style can be added.

    To draw the limes add a blank layer.  Select a brush and the color.  Left-click on one end of the line you want to draw. So without and the button to move the cursor to the other end of the line and press SHIFT + left.  Photoshop will draw the straight line between the two points that you clicked on.

  • Gradient background Image problem

    I created a gradient (a gray color that goes blank) and I use it as a background image. Everything is great, except for one page, which is very long. On this page, the gradient looks terrible b/c he jumps abruptly from white to dark gray.

    You can see what I'm talking about here: http://www.realestatepartnersadvantage.com/test/investorsearch.php
    (Choose 'National' in the drop down below and you will see how the gradient looks like once the search results are displayed.)

    How can I solve this problem? Do I have to make the gradient image as long as the length of the page? Or y at - it an easier way to handle this?

    1, your gradient is repeated. Assign the no repetition.

    2nd set the page background color for the background color of the
    gradient.

  • The table cell background image problem-

    I'm sure it's something super simple, but I can't see what it is. I'm working in Dreamweaver CS3, but having to modify the code by hand, because the code is not validated I fight to clean up the last error on this page before applying the model it is based on the rest of my site...

    This page was based on the original model: http://jpcltdservices.com/template-page.html

    As you can see by the w3C validator, it had a number of problems with the tags for the table background image:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?URI=http%3A%2f%2Fjpcltdservices.com%2Ftemplate-page.html & cha rset = (detect + automatically) & doctype = Inline & group = 0 & verbose = 1 & st = 1 & user-agent = W3C_Validator %2F1.606

    I cleaned up by adding the table background image css to my stylesheet main and changed the code in the page for suggested type reference.

    http://jpcltdservices.com/Alternate_template_page.html

    W3C validator shows now only 1 error:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?URI=http%3A%2f%2Fjpcltdservices.com%2FAlternate_template_pag.html & charset = (detect + automatically) & doctype = Inline & group = 0 & verbose = 1 & st = 1 & = _Validator%2F1.606 W3C user agent

    The problem is, if I replace the background = "Images/CellBG1sm.jpg td' on line 34 with style ="background-image"td tag that works on line 27, the background image disappears completely from the whole table!"

    I'm sure it's something super simple, but I can't see it. I'm working in Dreamweaver CS3, but having to modify the code by hand, because the code it generates does not validate in many cases.

    You seem to be sensational. The CSS validator is another object of value
    tool: http://jigsaw.w3.org . I suspect this first error to main.css is
    the incorrect syntax used here:

    background-image: {"url... / Images/CellBG1sm.jpg";}
    ' background-repeat: repeat;
    }

    Go ahead and remove this rule completely.

    For an inline style, try this:

    But it might be better to remove all those inline styles and use your
    external main.CSS. For example, you are not currently using. MainContent,
    so maybe it's a good place:

    . MainContent {}
    do-family: Arial, Helvetica, without-serif, Tahoma;
    color: #3F3F61;
    do-size: 100%;
    background-image: URL("Images/CellBG1sm.jpg");
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 0;
    Width: 790px;
    }

    Then, in the table cell or appropriate:

  • If Acrobat can copy and paste form areas of check boxes with NO link...?

    Greetings,

    In the last v of Acrobat Pro, is this still the case then copy and paste the form and the fields. Al., that one must go through and rename all the boxes to check newly glued or fields so that they are no longer bound?

    If so... why is this the default? Why in the world I would like 10 checkboxes newly glued to check when I click on one of the 10 original? that is when I check the original number 1, glued number 1 controls too? Or if I type the text specific to the field of origin 1, pasted field 1 Gets the same text. If there is an advantage to that, please share.

    Sorry if I seem t - ed, but I'm about to copy 50 check boxes and glue them 5 times and do not savor the idea of having to rename 250 check boxes.

    Come on Adobe, you can do better! You shouldn't have a neandrethal like me to report.

  • objects (lines) and text boxes are not able to make larger or smaller

    first: for no reason at all, all my text boxes are now implemented in the text block.  I don't know how that lit.  When I go to 'type '.

    and try to choose "threaded text" it won't allow me to select - it is not highlighted.  So I have no idea

    How to disable this option.  Now, I can't stretch my text boxes depending on what is in them - IE: make bigger or smaller, that is to say: there's only two boxes hanging out - one on each side of the text box and they allow me to drag to enlarge the box - only to move the whole box (before there were 4 boxes to manipulate the size of the text box - a on every corner - now, there only two) and this seems to apply

    in many other objects now.  When I draw a line, I have to make sure that the line is the exact right size because once I have draw - it will not allow me to make it larger or smaller - it only allows me to move it to a different location - I don't understand what's going on

    I don't know how to explain it, but if you look at my site http://www.tlmgoldman.com/index.html and you press a link in the menu spry you see something moving. Ive checked the images are the same size. Can you help me to explain what I can do to stop this?

    Kind regards Brian

    Zodiac,

    As noted already, the background is not mobile.  It's just that you have a vertical scroll bar appearing on the pages of some but not all.  To resolve this problem, add the following to your stylesheet CSS code:

    / * Add the vertical scroll bar to all pages * /.

    HTML, body {height: 100.2%; margin-bottom: 1px}

    Also, line 31, my score is used with a local index and E-lines and A-lines are correct, but the index takes 02:33 minutes to get a 8758 ranks who seems to be excessive. EC which could I check/do to reduce it?

    Hello

    (1) for a significant query, it is rare that the optimizer obtains all right cardinalities
    (2) but normally, it is not really necessary, in most cases just to be in the right ballpark (1-2 orders of magnitude)
    (3) as others already said, the optimizer in your case does that 1 error - in step 1, when evaluating a cardinality of a hash of several columns, the steps join upward simply reproduce this error over and over
    (4) rethink the cardinality of the join is always difficult, and especially when it comes to columns multiple joins because you have several possibilities made a mistake in the selectivity of unique columns, but also because there is a chance that there is a correlation between the columns attached; also, the optimizer uses many settings, called 'mental health controls', which does not make things more simple
    (5) you can try to create statistics on a column in the joined columns group for a more accurate forecast of join cardinality
    (6) there again, get all the cardinalities right does not guarantee that you will get a good plan - for example, you may be limited by the lack of an appropriate index
    (7) sometimes, and more feedback of cardinality (or even instead) it is better to tackle the problem from a different angle: see what operations are ineffective (e.g. rejection lines after spending a lot of e/s on their acquisition), see http://savvinov.com/2013/01/28/efficiency-based-sql-tuning/
    (8) in your case, you have noticed that you: step

    |* 31 |              TABLE ACCESS BY LOCAL INDEX ROWID| FAC_DAILY_TRANS_PERFORM   |   8758 |      1 |   8631 |00:02:33.18 |   80816 |  37669 |      0 |       |       |          |

    is the biggest problem for this plan, even if the cardinality estimate of it's very precise
    (9) you can fix the problem by extending the IDX3_FAC_DAY_TRAN_PERF index to the REPORTING_DATE column: If you do this, then you won't need to 63 k logical reads to return lines k 103 just to reject 90% of them - you will reject them at an earlier stage (INDEX RANGE SCAN) and only need to at most 8 k readings to acquire the filtered lines by table rowid

    Best regards
    Nikolai

  • Lines and points on screen

    It seems that I still have a problem after another, recently I noticed the lines and points on my screen, I noticed this problem more on gradients.
    Here is a picture of example of what I'm talking about:
    The image is the background in my Steam client (it is not only case to steam), notice the points a little above the middle of the image and the horizontal lines.
    My monitor is a BenQ E2420HD connected by HDMI, I use a Nvidia GTX 580 with the latest drivers installed, I tried to reinstall my graphics drivers, but it made no difference.
    Thank you

    Hi Daniel,.

    Method 1:
    I suggest you to check if the problem occurs on an external monitor. If the problem occurs, the external monitor, it could be a problem with the monitor.

    Method 2:
    If the problem does not occur on an external monitor, I suggest you try the procedure described in the article and see if it helps.

    Note: Applies to Windows 7.

  • Stealthily white path lines and compound

    I would appreciate a quick response to this if its possible that I have to send it to print very soon!

    I am trying to create a compound path to hide certain pieces and create letters, but there seems to be some kind of overlap with his leaving a white line where there shouldn't be one. Its all set up for magnetism and both forms are perfectly in line, but his leaving this white border.

    Capture.JPGCapture2.JPG

    The upper part of each letter is basically just 2 circles of semi, the diameter being where is the white line. I hope that the lines are still visible on the screens low resolution...

    Anyone know how to get rid of this line or whether it will still be printing?

    See you soon

    Adam

    What Scott says.

    And then, you would like to do some Pathfinder unite to join paths and to simplify things.

    There seems to be no reason to have these joints out there.

  • Difference between a Web application and a form online?

    I create a page that allows users to download images and their description, I want to know what should be used in this case thus specifying the difference.

    Hello.

    Regarding the compariosn a web app and web form are totally different things.

    A web form is a form that you can build to connect the person and all custom data information that you create in the Business Catalyst CRM. The person is created if new or existing information of this form attached to this person. The information on this form is stored in a case agaisnt this person. Web Forms can be used to sign people to secure the areas, set people like wholesalers, place them on a list of campaign, fill out the custom CRM and more.

    A web application is a custom web application. If you want to build something of a list of the information that has a detailed page of this House, to the testimonies of what you want. With the release of the layout options and custom fields, you can create you can build all sorts of things. Know something like jQuery very well and you can build some really cool things.

    It is a way out of a large number of data elements would highlight.

    A web application also has the ability for users to add items and edit items associated with them, IF you configure these features of the web application when you create recorded. A public profile for example this person can change or submit.

    Information created as web app items are not part of CRM, if you mentioned users uplading images and a description, element of web app information, it is not stored agaisnt the person in the CRM.
