  Hi everyone, this is my first post.

  Here's my problem: horizontal lines appear and disappear quickly across the screen. It's happened only twice, and lasts for a few seconds, but as I understand it, it could get worse. I have also connected to an external monitor to my laptop and I encountered the same problem (on the external monitor this time).

  Like you are getting lines on the external screen too... its seems to be a hardware problem (graphics card). I would ask to call HP support for repair.

  I understand that you have a problem with the display, but if you change the position of the screen, it disappears.

  Here is a link to the display quality problems that can help.

  As you said it disappears when you reposition the screen, that the connection cable can become loose or damaged opening and closing the display.

  Whenever I open my Lock jacquard P780, there seems to be a line in the left side of the screen and then disappears after 2 seconds. I know it's a minor problem, but still I need to solve this problem. Can someone help me remove this line? Thank you

  IM really sorry, but there is no question in my phone. I have by mistake as a problem, identify the line that im talking about was part of the lock screen.

  Hi, I bought this laptop 10 months ago and its been great until about a month ago. A month ago the hard drive doesn't work faster (Super slow r/w) and is noisy. 2 days ago a horizontal line at the top of the screen started flashing when I started the PC. Then I rebooted a few times and nothing. I finally found it flashes only when the pc is unplugged. I loaded 100% and it continues to blink. Update my display drivers did not help either.

  Hi, a yellow line appeared in the corner at the top right of my screen.  It is about 20mm long and about 3 mm wide.  It is not a straight line.  I want to send to Sony for repair under warranty but don't want to use the excuse that the phone fell as this is what was implied when I talked to customer support.  The phone has never been dropped or had a bang. I tried the software reset.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I hear the notification sound and the screen lights up to show my wallpaper, but the banner of notification never appears. I have colleagues who have exactly the same problem.   So I have a very strange problem that I couldn't really get on Google.

  My iPhone doesn't come 5, after going to sleep, using the power button (my home button does not work). It will randomly start being sensitive, sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after a few hours.

  By reading your post I was stuck on hardware failure, perhaps the LCD screen or logic board and then you wrote this. Please you elaberate on what you mean by "it is as if I just hooked it up". Actually connect? Does it make the chimes as you he plugged in even if you don't have?

  I understand that you want to end a phone call without having to unlock your iPhone and open the phone application. Next time, try to press the sleep/wake button and that should do the trick.
