• The Sidebar gadgets have reproduced themselves, and when I try to close or click on them they freeze the computer.

  On Monday, March 22, I clicked the x by one of the gadgets, and instead close gadgets, it reproduces a calendar that wasn't on the desk 5 times.  I tried to close it and it did not close.  It makes a beep and then froze the computer.  I can run my computer now as long as I don't have to do anything to the sidebar, but I'd like to solve this problem.

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

• The objects will not retain any color defined when the surrounding objects have their color changed

  Just Illustrator CC 19.0.0 was downloaded to me. When I place a line and then set its color, close objects can also have their color changed. This includes the items in the file of until I added the line, not on the same map-art objects. It is not universal, nor is it compatible. Objects already in the file are perhaps there for months, but a change is close will change their.

  The Illustrator files can still be an earlier version, and there were a number of illustrations that had black lines and text to white turned a few months back.   You must update to 19.1 (or 19.1.1 for Windows) or 19.2 (lattethe has some problems, then you can start with the former).

  If 19.1 (or 19.2) does not appear, disconnect and then reconnect the creative cloud application. After that, the 19.1 update must be visible in the creative application of Cloud.

• My hard drive crashed and I can't get in touch with Microsoft because they want a product id and the number I have is not working. Help!

  I've had my laptop for several years and a week ago, the hard drive crashed. So, although I had all my photos and movies and other saved, I lost Vista. This wouldn't be a problem if I could find the disks that came with the computer at the beginning, but I've moved several times in recent years (college) and I can't find them. Anyway, I'm now trying to get in touch with Microsoft to get a new drive, but they won't talk to you unless you can provide a product key.

  There is a product key on the back of my laptop, but their system apparently doesn't like it and so they're going to make me pay $ 50 just to send someone. Someone knows how to bypass the product key thing, so I can get a customer support?

  as vista came preinstalled Microsoft do not offer FREE support for this issue of yours. That is why the price of $50.

  your support is the manufacturer of your laptop; but feel free to ask questions on these Forums

  to reinstall vista:

  Contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it

  they do it for a nominal cost of $

  or borrow a vista microsoft dvd; not a HP, Acer recovery disk etc

  Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer

  they contain all versions of vista

• Question of CSS on the heights of the sidebar

  Just return to a site I started some time ago and I'm going to pages with a central part and two side bars - but don't think I don't know about the best way to ensure that the sidebars and main content have the same height.

• BT Yahoo mail will not switch to the new style when using Firefox

  I had to do a re - install under the motherboard has failed. I use BT Yahoo email. On the home page, I get a link "switch to the new BT Yahoo! Mail". That is the link allows to set up the new style and I can then do what the home page and opening in the new style every time. In Firefox help happens nothing other than 'click' navigation and a brief glow and I am still on the old.

  I was very used to having F9 on every platform to open | close the sidebar.
  As I am a keyboard people, the by clicking the icon to the sidebar is not a perfect solution. You had the shortcut and it has now disappeared.

  COR - el gave a clue. It could be the responsibility of the developer who creates content for the sidebar to have a shortcut to open | close the content itself... So I'll ask the people delicious to help me in this direction.

• How to organize the sidebar in Photos?

  In iPhoto, my albums were always arranged in chronological order from oldest to most recent.  I found it very useful.  Now in the Photos, the albums are willing just randomly and so very difficult to locate.  The only option I can find is an alphabetical arrangement which I find it very useful.  How can I organize once again to the albums in the sidebar in alphabetical order?  Note the same random arrangement seems to unfold in the albums main screen pane, but I find it much more quickly and efficiently to scroll through a list than to have to page down through all the pictures.

  What version of Photos you have?

  In Photo 1.3 under MacOS X 10.11.2 El Capitan ctrl, you can click a folder with albums inside in the sidebar and have the sort options:

  

  The sidebar is a lot easier to manage if you group related albums in folders. This way you can reduce the subfolders and get a lot of albums from the road with a single click.  I use folders for groups of ten albums and inside a folder for each year.

• I can't delete cookies after update from version 9.0.1, also the opening, I have 2 new cookie files that disappear at the close of FF.

  I have uninstalled/reinstalled 9.0.1, is the same thing. Check my profile, cookies.sqlite is if FF is closed or uninstalled. When installed and opened, I have 2 new files, wal - cookies.sqlite and cookies.sqlite - shm, as well as of cookies.sqlite. Is this the reason why I can't delete cookies? Also, I and enabled AdBlock Plus and the navigation of private life. After update, I can't post anything in support of FF (this is my 4th attempt, Safari finally used to post) and files under Tools, as clear history are accessible, I shouldn't have a history to remove.

  Ok. I reinstalled FF 9.0.1 Safari, but not directly from Mozilla. I used CNet, now things work as they should. I have no cookies listed, except those I want. Private browsing does not work correctly. However, I still have these 2 additional cookie files; -wal-shm.

  I spoke too soon. After accessing sites that I frequent, the 'ad' cookies are back (adbright, realmedia, 247realmedia) and cookies from the site are eliminated, only not here, spent. Now I can't connect to anything and am back to Safari to access the Support Forum of FF. Have I not a bug? Someone please help, I'm desperate, I hate IE, Safari, Chrome, etc. They have neither the level of ad and pop elimination - up that Firefox has; and they don't have the level of customization that Firefox has. 2 additional cookie - wal-shm files, are always there when FF is open and disappeared again the closure of FF. One last thing, I noticed, I have a request of support for Chrome file in my library. The cookie file Chrome could interfere with the FF cookies? I do not think, I have Safari, as well, and no browser has ever interfaced with each other before.

  I have uninstalled/reinstalled FF, all my modules and also tried to delete the cookies.sqlite document in the FF profile file, nothing happens. I counted, there are 14 sites listed in preferences > privacy > pane show Cookies (no pun intended) and they are all sites of "ad". These sites are also listed as sites blocked in Adblock Plus. Until a person pick up, I give up, I don't know what else to do. He there was that the only time that cookies were gone pane show Cookies, every other time I have uninstalled/reinstalled anything, they were still there. So, until someone can help me, I'm stuck. The only thing I did is removed altogether-profile file. It's the last thing I want to do, unless I can save my favorites somewhere to return after reinstalling. If this is not corrected in the next few days, I can just try, too.

  I think I solved my problem. I activated the safemode, then activated each Add on, one at a time, reboot FF between each activation. I don't have the add-on TACO. I hope this is the end. Thank you for your response. I appreciate it.

  Little puzzle, this particular post was not the first in which I posted this question. However, it is the only one that I thought was actually posted on the forum. The first two attempts, I thought had not displayed. Today, there are all the posts with the same problem. So, I really thank Mozilla for their patience and all the people who have taken the time to read this and the other two positions. I apologize for the repeated messages. I really didn't know that they had been posted because I couldn't find their afterwords to edit with my attempts to fix this problem.

  Whenever I click on the link "online help for event log" of event viewer for further help on an error, it returns the page not found on TechNet. Why? If Microsoft has moved the page, or something, why has he not updated the links in this application? I use Windows 8 (upgrade of Windows 7) and all applied Windows updates.

  I have developed a (popup) online help CHM file for integration in a desktop application. The help does not open when you first click the 'HELP' button in the application. When you click on it a second time, it opens as expected.

  If the CHM works as expected, the problem is in the way in which your application invokes help. Your developers will need to consider the question.
