• I want to set a default "home page" for new tabs

  It * is * that when I open a new tab, the "default home page" (the page that is displayed when I first launch Firefox) would be displayed in the new tab. No more. Looks like you guys that changed.   Yes. You can write the processAction logic. The code in my previous post (content-disposition, attachment) will force the browser to open the file save/open dialog box. If you need example code to download the file, you can see this example .

  You are prompted because the server uses the SSL certificate by default demo. The demo cert is issued by VMWare, this transmitter is not approved by your browser if you receive the certificate error message when you try to access the page.

  If you use Firefox, you can add the certificate as an exception by selecting the drop down menu "I understand the risks", "Add Exception".

  If you use IE you can continue to the Web site, and then select the "certificate error" warning message in the address bar (assuming that you have IE 7/8) and by adding the exception it (view certificate > install the certificate).

  Beyond the options above to add the certification to your browsers trust certificate store, you can download a new web SSL certificate on your server issued by a common approved issuer (i.e. VeriSign, or your own approved Cert authority internal).

  Looks like you can use an add-on that is either disabled or is not compatible with Firefox 8.

  If you go to tools-> Addons, then look in the 'Extensions' list, are there who are disabled?

  If you find that it is an addon that is not compatible, more information is available here: reactivate the modules that have been disabled when upgrading from Firefox.
