• How to fill a field based on a menu drop-down select in another area?

  Here's what I'm trying to do:

  1 field is a drop down selection menu that requires a user make a mandatory selection that is in this case a list of apartment complexes. What I'm trying to accomplish, is once the user makes a selection in the drop-down list (field1) that it will fill the standard box 2 (txt) with the corresponding address of apartment complexes.

  So I seek Talan field 1 apartments, it could fill with Talan apartments address 2 field. I tried messing around with the calculation scripts, but I'm a fight lost here. Little help would be greatly appreciated!

  You can add items to the list in a specific order, which would be to load the elements in an array, sorting and then load in the dropdown list drop-down list.  This would be in the click event of the button Add.

  Create a table to hold all the list items, table drop-down list contains objects with a property 'displayItem' and 'value '.

• Is there an extension that will show you the list drop down bookmarks in the location bar?

  I wish the menu drop-down arrow in the address bar to show my favorites instead of show what I typed recently. I use the menu drop-down to go to my most visited sites, so this would be the prefect. Is there an extension that will do this, or something similar?

  You can change a setting: Options > privacy > section of the address bar, change of "bookmarks"; which will display only your bookmarks.

• How to fill two text fields based on a simple drop down list

  I'm trying to set up a form so that the two text fields will fill with a text by default (separate for each text field) at the same time.

  Here is a screenshot of the fields.

  Strings must be enclosed in quotation marks. So change your code:

  If it works, then you can use code similar to your other field.

• List drop-down selection trigger change in the text field

  I'm hit a roadblock here. I'm on Adobe Acrobat XI and here's the scenario: I have a list box and a text box.

  Drop-down menu field has 3 caps (A, B, C).

  If A is selected, the text box = 15 default, but has the ability to change in the text box.

  If B or C is selected, the text box = 0 or "by default, but it has the ability to change in the text box.

  If I use an if/then with a .value, I'll be able to get the numbers to work, but do not have the ability to edit and keep them there. If I enter another number in another area, the JavaScript code will run and change the text box to 0 or 15.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Instead to use script logic for the text field, use the drop-down validation script. In this way, that it only will be triggered when you change the value in the drop-down list field, not when you change any field in the file (as the calculation script).

  u can not get the value of this way, becz you try to get the value of the original Version which is used for bean of choice message, to get the value selected in this field of choicebean message, you must get the VO initialized for this page, both would be different VO, you can opt for the following approach

  (1.) an another VO wiil be there in your page get implemented to capture the data on this page, the attribute of this VO would be added to your field of beans of choice, need to understand that VO and and capture your selected value.

• Meta Refresh does not refresh the menu drop-down select options but don't check the boxes... IE works without error (Max FF issue)

  Drop-down list not update even if the html code was changed using the meta refresh tag. The problem has been resolved by deleting the name of the list in the html code in the part of my page refresh. It's a php script, so I can do but with html directly, I don't see a way to solve the problem for others finding this a problem, FF should not do this.

  Example:

  I have a dropdown menu, with several options, I want it so that when the user selects one of them, I am able to move them to the correct screen. The problem is that I can get the index, they take and convert it into an object, but I can't understand how to check that this object matches a given string. My code is below:

  The evidence label is just here to try to prove when it works, but it always shows :/

  I have being debugged when I get it activity is equal to something else, but it still shows the label.

  still no luck...

  Sorry I don't think we have enough here to really fix your code, so let go us with a little theory, since it seems not t be a confusion.

  You did this:

  Go.setChangeListener (goListener);

  When the Go field changes, the listener will be called.  In your case, the field going is a ButtonField, so that the listener is called when a user presses the button.

  ' Public Sub fieldChanged (field field, int context) {.}

  will be called.  The context, you can ignore for now, but you wil notice that there is a defined in the JavaDoc, and allows you to distinguish the user changes, you do.  Not really applicable for a button, but for other fields, very useful.

  When fieldChanged (field, the field passed in will be the area that has changed, so in your case will be the way of the ButtonField.  You can see, in this case, it is probably unnecessary.

  You have this:

  that seems redundant - what else is he going to be?  What is the purpose of this statement?

  I've recently upgraded to Office 2016 from 2013 and since then my Snipping Tool will not work correctly. I can always capture what I want except for the drop down menus. Eight other users are connected to my network of the company; all Windows 7, all Office 2016 and it works on all the computer but mine. I opened the Snipping Tool, click Cancel (tried to escape, too), and then open the menu drop down, press Ctrl + print screen and nothing happens. Can someone help me?

  I just thought of it myself. Used to work in previous versions using the Esc, then press Ctrl + print screen. Now, it's a little different.

  1. Your screen are preparing to capture you want, with the exception of the drop down.
  2. Open the capture tool and choose the type of capture you want (I use the Rectangle) and now the new part... Choose a delay for however many seconds you have to when you press New when you can open the drop desired down.
  3. Click new. (The capture tool will activate not to but the number of seconds you have chosen late.)
  4. Open your drop desired down and wait for the tool.
  5. Proceed as usual.

• X 220 very slow fill in the list of programs in the control panel

  I have 3 thinkpads to home, 1 T420, 1 X 200 and 1 X 220, who happens to have the highest spec (maxed out, i7, Intel SSD 320, 8 GB ram). All are running Win7 X 64, but strangely X 220 is very slow fill the program list when I select panel-> uninstall a program. The two other machine can finish populating the list in less than 3 seconds, while X 220 sometims needs more than 30 seconds to fill completely the list.

  The number of programs installed in X 220 97, how many not much more than the other two. I'm very * beep * on my X 220 and has the latest drivers of Lenovo.

  Other than this issue, the laptop is majorly without problem. Not sure, it's software or hardware problem.

  Someone has an idea of what went wrong or have similar problem?

  Thanks for all the answers. It turns out that this has something to do with group policy that applies to all computers in the company, others in our society have the same problem of population slow list.

  The reason that our home computers do not have this problem is because they are not imposed to politics.
