• BlackBerry Q5 Cant find a way to get out of the App like Twitter

  I just got my new Q5 (traded in curve) \i figured out most of the phones, but have not been able to figure out how to get out of the App like Twitter or browser once applications \i am in there.  I used to have the nice little 'back button' on the curve, but no more button on it Ive tried swipping return all over the place, but in bulk with no luck.  Even when I'm in my photos, I can understand how to return to the main menu (other than to turn the phone off and turn it back on) is there a previous button somewhere or my phone just doesn't work well.  Help, please

• Slow... Right out of the box - HP ENVY 15t, w7 pro

  I've had this laptop since end of August 2014. He soon right out of the box. Technical support has been of little help and suggested that I needed a HP service called Smart Friends. At a cost that is an option I did not wish to engage with a laptop that was only 3 weeks at the time. I called tech support twice on this slow condition, they escape to the frustrating and boring.

  I created an operating system/repair disk and restore as one point of my first orders of operations by getting this laptop. Those who have not helped. The purpose of this laptop is strictly for use when travelling to which I've not yet done. I guess I could have a total of 5-6 hours of use on this computer. My HP desktop computer is my main computer.

  For example, in MS config I have which where only 3 vital elements are checked and it still takes 75 to 80 seconds of power to display the windows desktop. It takes 40 seconds to load control panel if you click on it, I get the blue wheel. I created a unique 26KO word doc. When I click to open, I get the blue wheel that is opening the document. It is simply not true. I spent more time troubleshooting this new laptop to use it for its intended purpose.

  I thought about safe mode or a clean boot. I don't have to. I did a system restore and a clean install once already.

  Schedules:

  -Microsoft Security Essentials

  -Office 2010 about 6 weeks after taking possession.

  -Malware Bytes

  Again, it was slow, until I loaded one of these three programs on this laptop.

  It's with or without being connected to the internet.

  I need an original system disk if all the one I created is just a mirror of what can happen?

  Clues that performance results did not appear my search on?

• iPhone 6s Won't turn off/exit out of the app

  So I was in the Twitter app and I got a text from my friend. I tried to open the text, but he wouldn't let me out of the Twitter app. I pressed the home button, and it would leave the application yet. I have locked my phone and then tried to unlock but now it won't turn on unless I repeadtedly press the side button, then the Twitter app will automatically return, it does not even show the lock screen to unlock. I tried to turn off my phone, but no matter how long I pressed the lock button, it does not turn off. It won't let me even open the calculator or the timer when I slide to the top of that little thing of menu. This phone is not even a week. Help, please! He refuses to go on anything except Twitter and turn off at all. Can I still use Twitter normally, however.

  Is it possible to get win7 to stop launching applications offscreen if my laptop is disconnected, or to make them return to the screen?

  To make an app open on the laptop screen: before departure, move the window of the app to the laptop screen and the release of the app.

  To move the window of an application running on the screen missing at the laptop screen:

  1. place the mouse on the icon in the taskbar.
  2 go to the overview of the application window.
  3. right click on the preview, then click move .
  4 press and hold the appropriate direction to move the application window from the screen missing at the laptop screen.
  5. press enter .

  I have an infinite loop of music and I try to have the btn_start to trigger a fade on the music as well as its origin gotoAndPlay.

  I have two scenes, 'opening' and 'animation '. btn_start and the following code are in the stage of "openness".

  the fade out will play as well as the first couple of "animation" seconds since the gotoAndPlay connects to frame 1 of the 'animation '.

• Apple TV Remote broke right out of the box

  So I get all excited on my new apple TV.  While I'm implementing on the ground plug control box I put the remote on a chair next to me and hit the Chair and the remote hit the ground.  It had never been used and is now cracked.  How can we if fragile a remote control and how can a remote be half the cost of all the Apple TV system.  Just doesn't seem fair.  Guess I'm $ 70 for a new remote.  Is there another remote solution out there?  Is there a way to protect the remote control?  Could you please add a warning on the package so that people are aware of the fragility of this unit is?

  I see now after researching the topic that I'm not the first to this experience.  Please let me know if Apple will provide some form of compensation for this kind of accident.

  We are users like you here, for the most part, not Apple.

  You've been unlucky I'm afraid and there is really no different from a new iPhone drops and it cracking if you think about it - at least in this sense is not Apple fault so naturally, you don't want to drop a phone new or old for that same reason.

  I would be surprised if Apple would compensate you for being clumsy - I do mean that badly - I dropped my remote Siri repeatedly and were probably lucky that it won't break.

  Are you sure that the remote control has not been damaged before he fell?

  You can use an old silver AppleTV remote but it would not have the touch surface.

• I can listen to music when I play the DVD, but not what the people say.

  I'm running an Inspiron 1525 with Vista. When I put the DVD to play in Windows Media Player, I can hear the music on the DVD, but nothing that people say. I tried to plug in headphones and readjust the speakers, but I can still hear nothing but the music. This happens on every DVD, but I have no problem with the CD.

• Refurb Yoga 11... does not not right out of the box!

  So I bought a Yoga 11 when they were on sale about 2 weeks ago. When I turned on the device the first time, everything seemed to work EXCEPT the touch screen. in any case, I left the camera for a while and trying to resolve the unit. I did a reboot and then on the device. Before it restarted, he began to make a few updates. He then returned and I see the sign of Lenovo and under the sign, it says "Please wait while we install an update of the system". He remained there for some time (like 1 hr) and nothing. I then power off and it fed up. He did the samething. It began with the updates and then returned to this screen. Anyway about this? win. No idea what happened?

  I have been using more Creative CS5 for 5 years and never really gave me any problems. Its working on my system almost perfectly and the ONLY reason I chose to bite the bullet and download the CC was because I was looking to buy Red Giant plugins. These plugins are more supported at the level of CS5.  Since the download and use of CC last Thursday (today is Saturday) I still have the second error messages the software has been opened. The LAG in Premiere Pro is so bad its unusable (same project in CS5 works perfectly and a new project to create CC has the same problems with lag, Audio and video clock synchronization error Messages)

  
  

  
  

  After effects continues to plant, launch error messages and close without warning. I get the error messages for the fonts that are not yet on my system.   I spent several hours today only reading the forums and realizing I'm not the only customer to have questions and problems with the CC are very deep. At one point AE could not create a single solid layer without crashing.  Ive rebooted a dozen times and check updates, reinstalled software twice, makes no difference.  Its just taken space upward on my system at this time.

  
  

  If my CS5 works without a hitch, I expect to do the same CC. I'm not a fan, I produce for a living, and so far I've lost my weekend by ensuring that this forum works for Monday morning. Frankly, I'm on the point that I do with CS5 and not even give CC a thought.

  I NEED to hear back from an official of Adobe to get as this resolved quickly with a patch of any shape, or refund for my purchase.

  It ended in a session long frustrating distance of 4.5 hours on my system, then a full refund of the amounts spent on CC. Adobe has not given a cr * p on the hours I lost production during the last 5 days. Shame on them. I will not continue or recommend their products more, and I'll look for alternative software that works.

  When sometimes I want to get out of the app I can't because there is no tool for this... You must fix this too.

  Also, Firefox is designed according to the platform of Google a newer version of Android. Users can press the icon to the right of the home of the device icon to display a list of running applications, and then drag an application out of the list to close it.
