  This should do the trick,

  • Press windows + R and type "Regedit".
  • Open 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger '.
  • Delete the folder called MSN Messenger

  After this MSN Messenger Live should connect as usual.

  Skype customer service can only be reached via the link that I gave above. Please also note that, the Skype community, is not a branch of the customer service, so we are not able to request that they contact you. In addition, no Skype customer service not will contact you by email in the way which ask you.

  It may be better to try to access support text Chat using a desktop computer, if possible. It can help to solve some problems by temporarily allowing popups on your browser and also turn off (again temporarily) and extension/addons you use, that blocks pop-up windows. The reason is that the chat opens in a pop-up window. If it is blocked, you will not be able to start communicating with them.

  In some cases, it can help you to access Skype service customer using Internet Explorer, even if it's not your usual browser.

  I have updated to iOS 9.2.1 this morning.

  Since then, I've noticed that when I have make or receive a phone call, I hear nothing on the other end.  When I turn on the speakers, I hear noises, but it is extremely "resonant" and I can't have a conversation.

  When I make calls with other applications such as FB Messenger or WhatsApp, they work perfectly.

  Any ideas?  I'm kinda a noob of techno, tried to change back to my old iOS, but for me it's impossible.

  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode.   If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

  You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type sfc in the search box, right-click to SFC. EXE and click run as administrator. Then, from the command prompt type sfc/scannow.

  Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.
