Live photos in video

I don't know when this happened, possibly after the most recent update, but most of my Live Photos made of short clips of second 3. Nobody knows how to solve this problem/restore clips in photos? Remember to turn off the live Webcam photo for the moment, so that can't see all photos. Not sure if this question is limited to certain devices, but I use an iPhone more than 6 s and a MacBook Air.

In fact, this is what live Photos. Depending on how you import pictures on how they are read on the computer. I don't use a Mac, but I know that that's how it is on my Windows computer. There is only one image and then the short video. Someone who knows more about the Mac and their photo apps could explain better.

  • Live photos became videos

    Hello

I have an iPhone 6 s (which can take direct pictures) and an iPad 2 (both running iOS 9.2.1), as well as an iMac running OS X 10.11.3 and Photos 1.3.

I noticed that some of my live (all older) photos became videos. For each, I get a completely still image and a long video of then three seconds, rather than a single direct photo.

As I iCloud library enabled, it is replicated on all my devices.

I have not touched the files.

Other (newer) live photos appear as photos live, in line with expectations.

Is it possible to fix this? In other words, can I change the image + video direct to photo combo?

    Thank you.

    I still have this problem.

Progress only I did are finding another thread where users have the same problem. It does not, for the moment, seems to be a solution for this bug.

I accidentally pulled a bunch of live photos and want to create still photos of them.  When you attempt to change the live photo, you receive an error message, "does not have video support, there was an error loading this video."  What can I do?  I read that you can edit the live pictures to create a picture, but for some reason any I encounter this error.  Help, please!

I also had this problem with my live photos. It tries to load the live photo, but then he'll give me a «!» Error message. I have it turned off, until a hard reset and nothing. I hope someone has a solution for this.

  • "Import pictures and videos using Windows Live Photo Gallery" option is missing from AutoPlay in Windows 7 64 bit

but I think I have a more serious problem. In Windows 7 RC, when I plugged in my camera or insert a memory card, I could choose "import pictures and videos using Windows Live Photo Gallery", but in my new installation of Windows 7 RTM, on which I have installed Windows Live Photo Gallery, there is no "Import pictures and videos using Windows Live Photo Gallery" option allotted me in the list of Control Panel AutoPlay or on the AutoPlay pop-up that appears when I plug in a camera.

How can I get that back? Without this option, I have to go through the manual steps tedious to execute WLPG and manually choose to import from there and say what is my camera. It was much better under Vista and Win7RC when I had the simple auto play option.

My PC is running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, but I also installed WLPG on two new computers Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit my parents, and they have exactly the same problem. Is this a known bug? Is there a solution?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

  • Code received the error 80004005 When you try to import photos and video from the camera in Windows Live Photo Gallery.

Spent several hours in technical support with gun tries to resolve to not be able to download pictures from the camera to my Win XP computer.   Usually the computer detects the camera and demand "How would you import pictures?" and the list of shows in one window.   We don't get any list in this window, but only managed to fill the window briefly for WLPG to detect the photos and video, but when we went to import, we received the 8004005 error.   Thereafter, things have regressed, and we're back to not get any answer computer saying that it detects pictures or video - nothing.   But back to square one.

There are two issues here - likely related: unable to import photos and videos and the 80004005 error.   Who came first and is there cause and effect here, and which way should we go?  Inquiring minds want to know - and being able to import photos and video of the camera Canon Powershot A3100IS again.

After hours Technical Support Canon was completely blocked and indicated that it was probably an OS problem with my computer.

Thanks for all your great suggestions.    I finally solve the problem, but I don't know exactly what fixed it.   I ended up running CCleaner (latest version) and make a 'windows', 'applications' and cleaning of "registry".   This needed a re-boot, and when I rebooted, it's when I could finally download the pictures from the camera.    Not exactly what fixed the problem, but there may be here spirits who may be able to say, ' Yes, with blah, blah, blah, you did...» ».

As far as I know that is a lot of sterile technical support hours and re - install the software and then, finally, runing CCleaner paid off.    I will record your information in case I need it in the future... Thanks again.
