  I had the partner Toshiba Stor.e 2.5 "external hard drive USB3 for about 5 months and couldn't be happier... until tonight.

  I have it plugged into my laptop Satellite Pro and nothing happened. It seems that the fault is where the cable connects to the device. If I pull the cable up the light blue lights and voltage of my hard drive, when I let go the power ceases.

  It seems that the connection of the device is quite fragile and I can move it up and down easily.

  You you connected this external USB HDD two USB ports on your laptop?
  I think that you must use a USB cable to Y that allows to connect the HARD drive to two USB ports, because this HARD drive needs 900mA.

  The common standard USB 2.0 port (I guess that your laptop supports only USB 2.0) provides 500mA and usually is not enough for the USB 3.0 HARD drive.

  Another solution could be the use of the USB hub using an external power supply.

  Add just like a new data store.

  Login to your web access, select your host (not the virtual machines) in the left menu.

  You should see a link on the right side with "Add data store", give it a name of store and add the directory.

  Now, you can add a virtual machine to this place.

  I try to install my new partner of Toshiba Stor.e 1 TB on my Windows Vista computer and the installation, it asks me a Nero BackItUp 12 Essentials serial number to validate.

  I assumed it would be the serial number on the bottom of the HARD drive and the packaging, but it does not work. He is not on any of the leaflets that came with it and cannot find any info on the user guide.

  Our users have the E: drive mapped to one place. But I need a scheduled task in order to use the E: drive to point to a different location at the same time, without affecting the mapping of moose for logged in users.

  There is no work around this need of ours. This is because users are working 24 X 7 update of our data files on the E: drive, and a log file is made. We plan prevent users for a minute every night while move us / save the log file and then allow users of the resume and allow a new log file to create. Then take the saved log file and apply it to a real set of monthly backup of data files, so the backup files will be ready for a recovery after disaster. The program that applies the transactions recorded in the data files is able to apply operations to files that are considered as being in the same exact location.

  I know that's not possible without resorting to the application logs a set of files on a completely different machine. But I ask.

  Could be that a person is reset using the mechanisms you configured and have not changed (or they have configured to send emails besides as well.)

It was suggested to specify a different location for the second image... but when I run the process of backup image... first a screen shows my external drive where the image will be stored... but then the screens seem to just continue to do a backup. It keeps on the re-write on the last saved... image I think that maybe you can change the location of the regular backups... but not for the image file... its on another screen or buried somewhere... the help screen with "attention, images can be replaced" is meaningless for me...
