Lock button on the Curve 9380 blackBerry Smartphones

I hope someone can help.  My Blackberry as has recently developed it a problem where the bolt touches the habit ' work.

I tried several resets masters by removing the battery and the SIM one frame and then leave.

This looks like what I've seen several times on a device with moisture damage.

    If the problem persists after reloading or upgrade, contact the vendor of wireless services for repair options or replacement should the smartphone BlackBerry still fall under the warranty coverage.
