    It seems that for some unknown reason the authorization in the licensing folder is deleted. Please try to start one of the applications by right click and select run as administrator, it should solve the problem by doing this.

    In addition to what Shawn said, there should be a key you can hit while the manufacturer of your computer display... before starting windows... To RESET or RESTORE factory.

    More pre-installed machines have a key such as F12 or something to do.

    My HP laptop for example, forces me to hit ESC. It will then display a menu of different options.

    I created two scenerios one that works and is not based on the primary key and foreign key constraints (but one that works is not possible for us because it would mean change design table that we can not do).

    My former of alienware m15x has worked for a long time and recently a program I was running in order to respond and did not close so I shut down my computer and went to look for a snack or something, I'm back with her already turned on but I never turned it on and everything worked out of the screen, it was black and white , but I was actually on the logon screen, do what most people would of done, I rebooted my laptop this time stay in front of her and to my surprise, something that has never happened before, the laptop has attempted to start, the sound of the startup sound knew no more, sounded different and then he moved slowly This has never happened before, and out of nowhere, the 3 locks lights were flashing, at first I thought it was normal until I did some research and discovered it means something, that concerns me a lot, my lights flashed in a sequence of all 3 locks at the same time, so big all the lock 3 lights were flashing at the same time all together. Anyway I tried some things, but none worked, advice? I would really like to help, oh, and there is no warranty left. in any case who all read this thank you very much.

    We're actually after looking into it more and try things, something worked, all I had to do was take off the rear housing of the laptop (even if it is off) and take small battery out for about 5 to 10 minutes, put it back in then it clogs and hope for the best, luckily for me it worked. My dad previously owned the laptop and when he bought it was broken (motherboard) and when he was broken it does exactly the thing mine did recently, maybe his old motherboard just needs a reset of the bios (removal of the battery for a while). anyway thanks for the advice and help. :)

    Safe mode is a diagnostic tool. Your add-ons and some options are
    disabled. If the program runs without failure, but not normal mode that says
    the likely cause is an add-on. Now the hard work begins.

    Launch Firefox in Mode safe
    While you are in safe mode;
    Firefox Options > advanced > General. Find and turn off
    Use hardware acceleration. Now restart.

    If there is still a problem, back in safe mode. Then
    Firefox > Modules > Extensions. Then go through and Disable EVERYTHING
    Add - ons. Stop and try again. Let us know how you do.

    If you read the last section of the web document that you have accessed to very carefully:

    You will notice that it says that the recovery disc will reinstall the operating system and erase all the data on the C: and D: drives.

    Reference is made to the PC, not the printer.

    Maybe you should talk to your system administrator and ask that person if they install the driver and map the DesignJet printer to make it available to users on the network. Instructions on how to do that are on the web document that you accessed.

  • Help, please! CHKDSK stuck at step 4 of 5-6% for more than 90 minutes. If it is frozen? What can I do?

    Not very intuitive with the hard disks, disks, partitions, etc.  A friend told me I should be defragging my computer frequently to help it work better.  Then, I looked at steps to defragment and learned to run chkdsk first before you defragment.  I clicked on properties, tools, scheduled chkdsk for my C drive, checked the boxes ("automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors") and rebooted my computer to run the chkdsk command.

    Here is what my screen said during the last 90 minutes:

    The type of the file system is NTFS.
    volume label is PRESARIO.

    A disk check has been programmed. Windows will now check the disk.

    CHKDSK checks the files (stage 1 of 5)
    (deleted and corrupted files verification of such complete record)
    CHKDSK is checking the indexes (stage 2 of 5)
    (same as step 1... full check)
    CHKDSK is recovering lost files
    CHKDSK checks the security descriptors (stage 3 of 5)
    Security descriptor complete check.
    CHKDSK checks Usn Journal
    Audit of the USN Journal is complete.
    CHKDSK is verifying file data (stage 4 of 5)
    6 percent completed.

    And that's where he lives.  My computer is frozen?  I hear the tour runs every so often, as I work with something, but does not change the 6%.  I'm afraid to turn it off in the middle of DSKCHK but I don't know what else to do.  Help, please!     I read about the removal of the parent.lock. When I try to delete told me "can not delete the file because it is being used.

    You can delete the file immediately after the computer starts?

    Help if you start Windows Explorer as an administrator?

    You can create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problem.

    If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a profile already used in the new profile, but be careful not to copy files corrupted to avoid transporting more problems.
