Logic & Numerology?

one last question for The Art Of Sound

I see that you also use numerology. How do you use it with logic? How to connect together the two apps?

Thank you!

No problem...

You can use the Numerology as a standalone application that is synchronized to the logic, but I do not use this way.

I use the version of the Midi FX of Numo 4 Pro plugin and use it inside the logic itself in several tracks...

Click on the button FX Midi in a software Instrument track or external Strip...

and then use the MXAU version to send data to a software Instrument Plugin or external Hardware synth etc...

  • Logic Pro vs Sierra-accidents

I say to that I've only been live with Sierra for a few days so that the latter can get repaired soon (I hope), BUT now I get a whole bunch of accidents. After the initial load. Most of them seem to occur when the logic is trying to load some programs IE. Native Instruments and music of Air technology-Xpand.

After a couple of accidents because she looking a few guitars of its wide who were not there, I found that there was an orphan prefs file, so once that was taken out of the picture, it worked but I always these accidents because of the OR & Air which I have not yet been resolved.

  • Logic pro built in instruments

Hello, I'm an indie game developer and I'm looking for a music software with a small budget and space since it's my first game I intend to publish I don't really have the opportunity to have a defined heck appropriate music that I did not even a microphone

so I was wondering if I can use logic pro x without instruments, if it has a built in instruments such as garage band, otherwise it is very good...

Logical X has a wide range of integrated instruments, better than Garageband.

There is also a wide range of instruments and effects plug-ins free-buy music electronic magazine, many come with a wide range of free downloads, samples and real plug-ins (e.g. Computer Music magazine). They are usually VST, but many are THE (compatible logic) too.

  • Is compatible with Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra) with Logic Pro 10.2.4 and the iMac (21.5 inch mid 2011)

Is compatible with Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra) with Logic Pro 10.2.4 and the iMac (21.5 inch mid 2011)?  I contemplate moving to Sierra, but not if it comes into conflict with Logic Pro.  Can someone advise?

    Thank you!

    Matt

It was reported a number of not being able to save or to new projects with the title of the Sierra.

I would conclude some time if I were you, especially if everything is working well at the moment.

  • Logic Pro 9 unexpected leave after updating Mac OS Sierra

Here's a new update of Mac OS installed and new problems with Logic Pro (9). While working, I can't open any save / open / export popup - no matter what, this finder calls - logical popup just closes in a second. Never have met this funny on thank you Mac os, so I think that it is somehow connected with the new Mac operating system.

See plug-ins or something unrelated. Have no idea what it could be. But now, it is impossible to work.

Many people having exactly the same problem with no fix yet. As Logic 9 is old now (Apple it have not supported for years), it'll be lucky if it is fixed in an additional OS updated.

The safest to do thing is to go back to your old system of your backup job.

  • How can I make the noise of Logic Pro come out in mono?

I'll use a cube mixture Avantone, alone, connected to the left or right of my interface.

I need to hear the mix in mono but I hear only one side.

any advice welcome?  do I need a cable special split and use both outputs or y at - it a mono button in the logic?

'go' throw a plugin of gain on the stereo output channel strip and configure the plugin to gain in mono.

Make sure that it is the "last" channel strip plugin if you have more used inserts.

  • Logic not able to load old libraries of Alchemy - Setup does not properly

I have Alchemy for a while - long before it was incorporated into the logic. I bought the full version and a few Camel Audio sound libraries while it still existed. When moving to a new computer and run the installer for the plug-in, it is unable to find my sound libraries, even if they are in the right place. Any ideas? Very frustrating.

I used the AlchemyMac-1-55 - 0.pkg to run the installer.

All libraries and presets are MacHD - Library - Application Support - Camel Audio Alchemy.

Also tried MacHD - user - Music - Audio-Music applications - plug in support - Alchemy. But in vain.

    Any help appreciated,

    Thank you

    Kazatron

If you are running a version of Logic Pro X that has integrated Alchemy, I remember some problem with running in Alchemy is the old standalone product.

  • Logic pro 9 crashes bouncing

Yesterday, I upgraded to Sierra and since then I can't bounce to mp3, wav, or more. I click on bounce and logical crashes and that's it.

I run an iMac (retina 5K, 27 inches, end of 2014) with 16 GB of memory, and so far, I'm always happy with Logic 9. (9.1.8 - 32 bit)

I can restart the program and the project is it stil.

Anyone out there who knows a solution?

    Erik

Maybe the Sierra has problem with 32-bit applications? I have your place I'd try running it in 64-bit. If this does not help, I would delete the preferences. If all that didn't make a difference then I create a new user account, log in to it and see if it works. If this does not help, I would return to El Capitan. Generally, it is not a good idea to upgrade to a version.0 of a new Mac OS X when you work with advanced programs of pro.

  • I don't hear Roland 501 Piano during playback when recorded in Logic Pro.

When I record my 501 Piano from Roland in Logic Pro, I do not have the piano through my speakers to read.

    Create an external midi track

When you reproduce the track it is routed to the 501.

If you don't hear it - make sure that Roland is configured to accept midi in reading

  • MacBook pro late 2011 glitches after logic board replacement

    Hi all!

I end 2011 macbook pro in April 2015, I got free logic board replacement because of glitches of gpu (http://www.apple.com/support/macbookpro-videoissues/) but now I'm having the same problem again. my macbook showing pink lines on startup apple logo and does not start.

Can I replace my logic board again (it will be 2nd time) this program?

Depending on which country you are (United States I guess) you should actually be covered under various consumer protection regulations and must now insist on a replacement machine. This defect is a manufacturing defect and that you already had a repair that did not set you have the legal right to a replacement. That said I should advise that Apple do not tend to stick to their legal obligations in this case (I know I have a macbook 13-inch pro who had questions on the first day and despite extensive repairs Apple still refuse to replace - although clearly indicated their own conditions of sale & the law here) He should have).  On another front repairs performed on any product should work properly for a "reasonable" period Again the definition depends on what country you are but in Europe, which is usually recognized only 6 years old at best. Good luck!

  • Compatible logic for iMac G4 800 mhz 15 '' advice

I have a model of non-working iMac G4 15 ", 800 mhz, 256 MB, 60HDD that I acquired recently. The seller said the power supply to the motherboard and the power are bad, but everything else is fine including the 15 "lcd monitor. There are various imac models g4 and I was wondering which are compatible with mine. A 17 "/ 800 mhz will work?" A 700 mhz/15 "will probably work? What the 1 GHz/17 model "?"

You will appreciate all help. Thank you.

Unfortunately, these are among the most notoriously difficult to replace logic boards.    Other problems include the fact there is a factory specific tool that's hard to find to adjust adjustable chrome stand the LCD is connected to and it is very difficult to put back together without fraying the wires in this pass, or make sure that the neck becomes too loose.    Mentions not there is a balance of cooling gel, and existing buffers that can if installed wrong can lead to overheating of the machine.    The only motherboard model, that can work, is simultaneously published 700 Mhz model.  The CPU on this model is too slow to use the iDVD delivered versions were compatible with the model, if the DVD drive would be probably better served by a CD - RW drive at 800 Mhz instead, or Combo drive unless all you want is to burn data DVDs and not to make your own movies.  http://www.lowendmac.com/ and http://www.ifixit.com/ have a lot of relevant information as well as http://www.everymac.com/
