Look guys, I've been a good customer of yours over many, many years. OK I am a private citizen & not worth millions to you but I've been a good customer of your for many years of mny. I have CS 3 design and can't turn it off because the program won't let me ' cos of a system error. I need help, but I don't get it! Talked with your technical staff who told me that they onl deal with CC matters. I tried to use your tips online and support without success! 24 / / 7 chat support is not available, so I appeal to you directly off my CS 3 Design so I can use all the programs on the Vista platform. As a citizen in my mind, I've spent a lot of money on your please help me here if for no other reason than for moral and ethical reasons over the years.
