Looking for an AC adapter and power cord for a HP Pavilion 2 p-1105, PN:QW819AA. Parts order fiasco.

Not my computer, but my father, apparently he has lost the power adapter and power cord before he surrendered.

I have never had a difficult experience find a part, it's like the HP support site is this circular black hole. I understand that this isn't a standard power supply, but HP power cord... Seriously, why the specifications list and the list is not part numbers.

Call the customer support isn't much better, was routed from the line parts store to the HP Shopping, back to the parts store channel. Each single representative that I spoke too cannot identify this part.

a guy tried to tell me everything that I needed was a rope, according to the installation instructions, is not correct.

At this point, I'm extremely frustrated and very unlikely never recommend or buy an HP product again.

Here are the specifications of the desktop HP Pavilion p2-1105. According to the specifications of the computer, this model requires an external power supply with the following features;

External 90W power supply (100V-240V)

Total wattage: 90W

Input voltage:

100-127V/3A (50-60 Hz)

200-240 v/2A (50-60 Hz)

Output voltage: 19V

Based on the HP part Surfer parts list for the product number: QW819AA - model name: desktop HP PAVILION P2 - 1105, the following seem to be what you are looking for.

HP P/N 213349-001 - cord (black) - three sons, 3.0 m (9.8 ft) long - right taken C5 (F) (Canada and United States)
HP P/N 619752-001 - food - Ext AC Adpt Lolonis-r RT Angle Connector 90W

HP P/N 695835-001 - 90W square EPS (Domino) 3 p (which seems to be an alternative to the HP P/N 619752-001)

Please send Bravo

  • Looking for a way to programmatically set the visible front part when opens a Subvi

I'm looking for a way to programmatically set the visible portion of the front panel, when a Subvi opens.  Did not find all the messages that are related, but I do not know how to ask the right question.  To be clear, I want to write a VI assistance programme through a list of subVIs to ensure that background images are all in the same place when to open their respective subVIs.  I hate to play manually with scroll bars before I save each of the screws...  I'm thinking I need to find the top/left of the background image location (know already do) and then to set a property of the VI FP some offset or these values, but I can't find the corresponding property. FP:run - timeposition:custom looked promising, but only affects the location of the window, and not the area of the front panel displays the window.

I should have added that the idea of using the background image does NOT change the origin.  Therefore, always be close enough, as your controls and indicators won't move, just the image.

I personally use the OpenG VI and the open method of front panel, when I am in your situation.

    Hello:

The video controller in your model is not entirely Vista or W7 capable.

Here is a driver that will allow you to change the resolution of the screen and have the graphics acceleration, but you don't have Windows Aero (one of the reasons that the gpu is not quite capable of running W7).

Download and run this graphics driver.  You will probably get an error of unsupported operating system.

    Conclusion of any windows error.

Go to Device Manager and click on the video controller needing drivers.  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp34749.  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected, and the driver should install.  Then restart.

Audio.  Use the support page for your laptop XP driver.  You may need to install manually too. I forgot.

    Wireless:

Download and unzip the first driver in a folder...

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/download/15798/Intel-Pro-wireless-drivers-only-for-Windows-Vista-

Manually install the driver as you did the graphics driver... just browse the driver folder you have unzipped and the driver should install.

  • HP Pavilion 500-164: the upgrade of the graphics card and power supply on a HP Pavilion 500-164

I'll be upgrading my HP pavilions integrated HD graphics 8570 D a STRIX ASUS GeForce GTX overclocked 2 GB DDR5 128 - bit DisplayPort HDMI 1 750TI. 4 a/DVI-I graphics card. With that I also improve my diet to a Thermaltake TR2 500W 240 pins power power TR-500. I was wondering if it of ok to do on the computer and will not damage it. It is extra steps when I install these. Initially, I got the PC with windows 8 but have upgraded to windows 10.

    Hello

If the ASUS 750 TI requires a 6-pin auxiliary power connector and your computer is running a version of HP 8 BIOS then you should be OK.  Open your PC and measure to make sure that graphics card fits.  In addition, open the command RUN and enter: MSINFO32

Your computer is running a version of HP 8 BIOS?  If so, and if it is possible to install the graphics card then go ahead. Find out what the return policy is before you buy.

Thanks for posting on the forum.

  • looking for a HP Pavilion p7-1045-compatible graphics card

Hello, is there good compatible with my HP Pavilion p7-1045 graphics cards? last time I installed a graphics card (which was a 750 GTX), the computer freezes at the blue HP screen and starts to beep 5 times only and turns off. power was not a problem, since I managed has replaced my power of 250w with a 600w.

then there all graphics cards right? my budget is about $150 (in Canadian dollars). Thanks in advance

You are right.  The VBIOS hybrid will work with a standard BIOS and UEFI.  However, the length of the card is 9.84 ".  I am not sure that it will not go in the space provided with good air circulation.  You can make a model of the size of the card to see if it will fit.  I would like to apprceciate hear the result.

You need to replace the A300 adapter & power cord. I live in the United Kingdom. Do you know if the Toshiba ASP at the United Kingdom replace these components? Can I order directly from Toshiba? I looked on Amazon, but most of them seem not real!

    Thank you all!

    Hi Susan,

Normally you can order the adapter AC and power cord of each authorized service provider.

Just give them a call or email. I m sure that they can send you a new adapter. :)

  • Power cord power supply and adapters for series nr9700

I would like to buy a replacement power supply cord and possibly an adapter for my laptop nr9700.  passing by the parts store is quite expensive but I think 11.25 in freight for a power cord is outrageous.213349 - 001 is the part number for the power supply cord and 432309-001 for the adapter.  Is there something else comparable for the power cord?

I have a wireless connection and want to move the laptop from one room to the other without constantly by unplugging and plugging it in.

Or you could just buy it here to 63.99 USD (sale today) - includes sector and power cord adapter and it comes with a 1 year warranty.

  • Difficulty in the light on the AC adapter and the power light power on after connect you to the laptop

HP Pavilion dv3t notebook. Each time get adapter connect to the laptop, it takes at least 10 minutes to get the AC adapter and power indicator light on. Sometimes it does not light on all day.  It always happens any with the battery or not.

If I start the laptop with the light on the AC adapter and the power light, no matter how I move the power cord, it maintains support, works very well.

But if I start the laptop without the light on the AC adapter and the power led on even with the, i.e. start with the battery as power, no matter how I move the power cord, the led on the AC adapter and the light, i.e. no charge. He stops until the battery drain.

I believe that the AC adapter is good. But I have no idea why he has trouble in the light on the AC adapter and the power light on after to connect to the laptop.

Dv6 had a somewhat similar problem that was treated with a BIOS upgrade. I watched the latest BIOS for your laptop and there is nothing about a problem of load, however. If it works very well and also a long time that you turn it on with the AC plugged in but only has a problem with loading when you connect the adapter Windows runs, I'm tempted to say that it is a software problem as a problem with Windows power management. Maybe if you remove the hard drive, power supply, switch it on with battery only, then plug the adapter when you run in a pre-Windows environment, we can see if the same problem occurs. If it was my cell phone, I would also like to do the update BIOS level, just to see if maybe it would affect something. I could also try to run it from a Linux Live disc any and see if the same problem occurs in another operating system. Last resort I would begin focusing on the issues of possible material, as a module of taking bad AC, which is an other replaceable part that requires no welding.

Try these steps and check if that helps:

** Turn it back on. Sometimes a reboot will solve this problem.* *.

    1. close all programs and stop the laptop.

    2. remove all power supplies (battery and power cord)

    3. empty the remaining power by pressing the power on button for 30 seconds (even if you have no power).

    4. put the battery back and start the computer

    5. once fully loaded, right-click on the system tray and select Properties.

    6. This will bring to the top of the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" dialog box. The "Notification area" tab.

    7. at the bottom of the tab, is the area 'icons systems. " There is a checkbox for "Power". "check" the box and click on apply or OK.

Also update your graphics card drivers.

It works! Tanks a lot Johnny D.81!

  • Looking for a power cord EU for iMac.

Hello, I am a technician in the Air Force, stationed in Belgium and as most know, the power cords are different here. I'm simply looking for the European version of iMac use power cord then here to do not to damage my computer. I went up to visit the Apple Store in Brussels and they couldn't help me either. If anyone knows of a place I can order one, one I can buy or any help, please let me know. Thank you.      TSgt Brandon Pettersen

I am shocked that the Apple local store could not help. They should have at hand the power cords. The link below will take you to an Apple kit for adapters that work around the world. In addition, do a simple Google search for something like "Apple cords European." You will see all sorts of opportunities for Walmart to Ebay at local computer stores.

  • OfficeJet 8600 more: power cord with adapter for Officejet 8600 set more lost

Lost my power cord complete with adapter. Can I use a power cord generic Office Depot, without the 'square' on the wire? Or is it necessary to have the power cord with the adapter, as it was originally? It will damage my 8600 more to use a power cord without this "square" in the annex on my more than 8600 all-in-One? Thank you.

    Hello @DB2,

I understand that you have lost the power cord for your HP Officejet Pro 8600 more e-all-in-one printer and you want to replace it. I would like to help you to solve this problem today. The HP Officejet 8600 more only comes with a power cord. The adapter is built into the back of your printer. You have to unscrew the back of your machine in order to access it. Therefore, if you buy a spare power cord it should work perfectly for you.

The power requirements for this machine are:

    • Power: Universal power adapter (external)
    • Power consumption: Input voltage: 100 to 240 VAC (± 10%), 50/60 Hz (± 3 Hz)

    Output voltage: + 32V / + 12V to 1095 mA/170 my

    • Consumption: 30 watt impression (project Quick Mode); 32 watts copy (Fast draft Mode)

    Hello

If the instructions that you need a cable then you need a cable. On several printers now, you don't need USB cable for Setup (that's why many boxes do not have) and you can run the installation on your computer or a button on the printer.

    Kind regards.

    Hi all

I have a HP envy 17 "J020dx, and now I'm in Australia, where I couldn't use the previous/power cord, and the problem is I could not find the adapter Plug and will be stuck in this situation for a while.

I managed to find another power cord that fits into my diet, but said cord 2. 5A / 250v while the previous cord was 7 a/125 v, Australia 240V voltage.

Sorry, I could not remember the requirement of entry written on my power adater ampere, but the voltage is 100-240v.

It is, it will work cord aussie safely? Thank you very much!

    Hello

Your question gave me a chance to look at my laptop at home now. %0% of them use 2. 5A - 240V cords others use a 5, 7. 5a and 10 to the cords. I also turned my HP Envy 17 t loan charger and requires 1.5 a entry. What I see: 2.5 a input cord 1. 5A charger is ok.
