  After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

• Not able to access another program with Windows Management Framework Core

  Original title: what is Windows Management Framework Core, do I need?

  I am not able to access another program because of the 33 sidebyside error.  The problem seems to relate to Microsoft.VC80.MFC according to the detailed event log message.  When I try to launch my accounting software, it indicates the activation context generation failed.  The only other thing that I have to go on is the date Management Framework Core has been installed and when I could access is no longer my other program.

  I was able to locate a system preparation tool KB947821 to Microsoft Downloads. It is a solution for x 86, x 64 and other operating systems for downloading updates.  After I installed it I went to the Panel of control under programs, put my software disc in the drive, it said to fix it himself and it now works like a charm!  I strongly recommend to anyone with this problem after installing updates get this program.

• Virus problem? -Unable to access many programs, Windows Components, System Restore

  I am reasonably confident that the issue I'm having is the direct result of a virus. The first sign was after recording in the other day, a message popped up that says that my copy of Windows is not valid. After re - validate, I am still not able to access many programs, System Restore, components - run Windows, Control Panel, Defender etc. I already ran several scans-MalwareBytes, Hijackthis, AVG, ZoneAlarm, SuperAnti-SpyWare, Avira, Emsisoft, etc.. Still nothing.

  1. don't you make changes before the show?
  2 are you able to access the programs in another user account?
  3. that you get this error message when tried to access all programs?
   
  We recommend first to restore the security settings the default settings and try to access the programs. To do this, visit the following link, the download and run them Microsoft fix:

  We recommend that you also cross check if the problem continues in a new user account.
  1. open user accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking user accounts and family safety, then clicking on user accounts.

  3. click on create a new account.
  4. type the name you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click on create an account.
  5. connect the new user account and try to access the programs.

  As they are registry patches, make a restore point before you start, if you can.

  Or maybe first try to create a new user account if it will always be you allow, log-on via that. If this new account to work properly, then COPY your data (documents, photos, etc.) across and start using this account. Once you are satisfied that the new account is as desired, then consider deleting the old original account.

  It seems that for some unknown reason the authorization in the licensing folder is deleted. Please try to start one of the applications by right click and select run as administrator, it should solve the problem by doing this.

• Creative support of Cloud for Photoshop asking for Validation of the series. Cannot access the program.

  I bought a simple-app membership cloud creative for Photoshop and downloaded and installed, but whenever I try to open the application a window opens asking serial number validation. If I click on validate it says it can not connect to the internet, but my computer is connected. If I click on "Connect later" he charge for a brief moment and then brings back me to the series posting form. I can't enter the program of photoshop at all.   This has nothing to do with Office for Mac... In fact, Access Manager is a feature of Internet Explorer, which is a browser of Windows operating system.

  If this is a feature of Mac you are referring, apparently logged as something other than an administrator. There must be at least an administrator account for which a person should know the password for the connection. • cannot access the programs seen in drive c or contraol black Desktop Panel, help?

  My computer was working fine Thursday evening.  Friday morning, I saw that my office as usual sent an email to my work.  Shutting down my computer took a shower.   Booted back up and... Black desktop recycle bin showing only.  Went to start and no programs list.

  However, the "c" drive is showing all my programs.   Control Panel shows all my programs.  Tried to clean and still a problem.  It seems to be a Trojan horse from what I've read online.  I don't know how but I managed to download a firefox browser and I use internet.  But I still want access to my programs and all my favorites.

  Can someone give a help?

• Difficulty accessing basic programs

  I have problems to access the Basic programs, such as accessories, in the start menu. When I click on start > all programs > Accessories > entertainment, for example, I get "(empty)." Even for Microsoft Office > Microsoft Word. But if I search the programs individually through start > search function, I can open programs like that.

  Not sure how this happened? I would like to find a way to put all these programs back on my Start menu. Any help would be appreciated.
