  I was hoping that someone could help me. I recently bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite C50D - A00L that came with Windows 8 is installed.

  I have trouble with the loss of the laptop battery power when it is turned off.

  I have a DMA2200.  We were making out and everything was fine, except when playing DVD.  We would receive the error that 'due to copyright"etc... they couldn't play it full quality.  I hunted around online and found that some people had corrected it by going into a HDMI cable.  I went out and bought one.

  We hung out and it worked very well.  Part of Media Center works great with a nice clean image and sound.

  However on the side of the DVD, no sound now when using "reading of the disc.

  I have firmware 1.1.0 (I know I should try check updates up-to-date, but according to many sources online, he needs a wired connection to make silly then.)

  5.1 is enabled (not set in stereo), and the other option is the internal value (don't remember the exact name)

  I tried external and I even tried stereo mode.  Nothing works!

  Well as it turns out, the update of the firmware fixed it!

  I was hesitant to try it because there is no TV near my router, but I lived with it.  Navigate the menu using the remote control with the only front and managed to get updated to Firmware 1.1.6.
