  Have you tried to search for pictures on your computer?

  You're out of luck if the image used as the background is the same as that which your resized wife. If resized is in a different place or was named differently, so it has not been overwritten. However, all is not entirely lost.

  If you have Vista Business/Ultimate/Enterprise, you also have the functionality of previous Versions. If you have only Vista Home Basic or Premium, this feature is not available for you. Explorer shadow of third parties may be able to help, however.

  My computer shut down unexpectedly and I ended up doing a restore now all my photos and their records disappeared how do I get back them?

  Reach... Control Panel / folder Options / View tab.
  ... To check "Show the hidden files and folders" / apply / OK.

  Let us know if the files reappear.

• Lost image structure

  Hi all

  I accidentally deleted the original structure of my Lightroom images files so now Lightroom cannot find any image. I still have all my images, but they are in a different structure. I also have a Lightroom Catalog backup file.

  Is it possible that Lightroom can put all those images in my catalog structure? I could do it by hand, but there is a lot of work...

  I would like to stress that Lightroom does backups of your images. LR does not save the images anywhere. You can export images from LR.

  You say that you remove the structure of files of your images, and I assume that all your images. If you did outside LR then all of them must be in either the bin, on a Mac, or the Recycle Bin, Windows. You can restore one of these two places, according to the OS you use, to the original location. That's if you didn't not empty the Recycle Bin or the trash.

  If you did empty the garbage/trash and you do not have a backup of these images, I am sorry to say that they are left.

• I lost image swap feature in CS4, insertion of image object.

  Old site pages still work. The code looks fine. Is there a software switch somewhere that affect the types of images? I am currently using png images. I use an iMac Intel Core i5 to 2.7 GHz with Yosemite and CS4. I reloaded the the latest version of CS4 with no luck and I tried to use a snippet in Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Just does not work.

  I used your advice and ran through an auditor HTML Nu knowledge disp page. She made me pay more attention to the place and I was able to keep the images in a single folder. I renamed the folder and all is well. Thank you for your time and trouble. Great forum.

  I have an original XDCam file which was at one point made/transcoded to a format ProRes file.

  This file has cooked in the loss of images that cause to stutter. First reports the loss of images to import.

  Is it possible, using CC or other applications, to get the list of losses of images to show as markers of the clip? Or even just an impression against timecode?

• Lost images, sides & editing in Lightroom 4.1

  Hi all

  Opening of Lightroom 4.1 apparently began about what it was a few months and so I lost all the pictures, I was working on. On re-import them in Lightroom, this took place quickly as if maybe they are highlighted, but all the sides and the changes remained lost. Do you know if it is possible to recover these?

  Look at the file-menu > open recent element. You can find a few other catalogs

  it.

  Or, search your hard drives for the Lightroom (extension .lrcat) catalog

  files. Open them all, one by one, to see which is the right catalog.
