Lost my icon to send new messages in mail (appears in the toolbar, but not active). Can not send a new message in the drop-down list box. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? I tried to use the toolbar Customize to drag an icon to the toolbar.

  Correction on wireless W8.1 as follows,

  Find/locate connection network in "charms."

  Right click on Wi Fi - select DISABLE-wait a minute then

  RT click on Wi - Fi to ACTIVATE.

  Connect to your internet service provider when you see your SSID.

  Also a note if your printer or the wireless on cpu receiver

  Activate Bluetooth.

  There may be a problem with one of the files which stores details of the installed extensions. Try to delete these files as described in the section "Corrupt extension files" of this link - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons

  Although this article is not specifically about your problem, the method indicated in the corrupted files extension section can help. When you restart Firefox after you delete these files, the list of installed extensions is rebuilt and cela hopefully solve your problem.
