  I currently have an iMac 21.5 "4 k (end of 2015) with SSD and a 3 TB eternal desktop hard drive allows you to store my media (music, movies, photos, etc.).

  I am looking to buy a Capsule 2 TB to save my iMac and my MBA. The TC would very probably connected to the iMac to help speed.

  My questions are:

  (1) if I used the only time Capsule for backup using Time Machine would I be able to plug my external hard drive on the TC and use it as a NAS? Mainly, I just want to be able to access my files from hard drive on my MBA and another windows PC wireless.

  (2) If, by connecting an external hard drive TB would be catalogues Lightroom is more recognized? (Ive heard that Lightroom will not access Lightroom catalogs if they are on the NAS, or the fact that the TC is Wi - Fi and wouldn't change that?)

  The TC is one extreme with a hard drive inside... It is not and will never be a SIN. (which means that it is far from even the most basic models specifications.)

  Sorry, but you're better off buying another big fast USB drive and use it for backups.

  You can use your Mac media. There is no need to use a TC.

  Yes, you can... but you can already do this... plugged into the Mac HD.

  You simply need to open the share for the right folders... and make sure the files you share live in these records.

  I can't answer this one... but I can tell you that any network drive is identical to any other network drive... A NAS is a network drive... is a TC... The wired wireless vs makes no difference whatsoever... If lightroom will not work on a NAS, it won't work on a TC.

  There are other big issues... it will be slower and it will be not possible to backup... and it will be less reliable and more expensive...

  ... Ultimately, your iMac is a desktop computer so you can connect a stack of disks inside... USB3 is 5 x faster than gigabit...

  And will work much better.

  Just to let you know, I started in 1969 and got a job at a TV station and first camera was a Leica, needless to say that I would never buy one but I have a few Nikon.

  So, I got a Canon 60 d, which in my personal opinion, too many things. But I use only what I need.

  But... I had the hardest time with the timer, the directions are not quite right, who I see a lot of instructions that sounds like a robot. It is said to press disc button, select and update while keeping a finger loose on the shutter button. Press down harder and the timer starts. But it is rarely done for me.

  So finally, I realize it takes to focus with your finger loosely on the button until you press the Open button. And run quickly to the postion and click!

  But what happens if I want to put on the picture? It seems that I can only slowly, press then focus, then press the button until the update is ready. . And in the position I want to be in. So, it seems the update is necessary to get the timer on time.

  Is there a simpler way?

  Thanks, I guess I'm just whining for the 'old days '.  I have great visual acuity, but try to see this tiny icon takes awhile.

  I have a question about the most efficient way to perform the following task:

  I create a page that contains several DVT components to display data based on specific requests.  Top of page I am hoping to have a drop down menu (selectOneChoice) that contains dates different and based on what the user selects (i.e. 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, etc.), this will update the query in the view object of some (i.s. WHERE Date = '2011', or WHERE Date = 2013"), and then you view the appropriate data in the DVT.  What is the best way to do this - from a point of view bean managed / page, as well as the View object?  Advice/documentation would be appreciated.

  Hello. On December 2, 2013, I backed up my instance of database with RMAN with Oracle Linux 5 HRCS90. the backup of the database to run correctly. 2 files 'full_0doqhbqc_13_1' and 'full_0eoqhce9_14_1' are saved in the /backup_database_instance_HRCS90 directory.

  
  Because my HRCS90 database has been damaged, I need to restore the database to HRCS90 until the time 02-Dec_13 when it is saved. I have run the commands below:

  RMAN > RUN {SET until TIME ' to_date (February 12, 2013: 00:04:56 ',' DD-MM-YYYY: HH24:MI:SS') ";} RESTORE THE DATABASE ;}

  Its release: complete the restore to February 11, 14.

  SQL > alter drop database datafile offline 121;

  Its release: alter database.

  SQL > alter database open resetlogs;

  Its release: alter database.

  SQL > shutdown immediate;

  SQL > startup;

  Its release: mounted database. Open database.

  
  So I can execute select * TableName off HRCS90 the database successfully.

  Because the HRCS90 database is corrupted again, I need to restore it again on December 2, 2013. I have run the commands below:

  RMAN-20207: until the RECOVERY WINDOW, which was before the RESETLOGS.

  My questions are:

  Is that mean 'UNTIL TIME' before the RESETLOGS? How to solve the problem to restore the HRCS90 database?

  Most often when a device does not work, it is because the driver is damaged.  Re-install a new copy should help

  Try the following.

  First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your desktop.

  Flash Player Uninstaller.

  Once the download is complete, close all browser windows and start the program uninstaller.  Once done, restart the laptop.

  Then, download and install Firefox , then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before download. 

  Close all browser windows before you run the installer of Flash.

  Start Firefox and see if the video play Ok in this browser - if they do, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same link Adobe Flash above to get a command prompt to install the ActiveX component.  Once completed, restart Internet Explorer.

  I just bought a Tour 9630.  I use Desktop Manager 5.0.0.11 and Lotus Notes 7.0.

  When I goto the intellisync configuration, I only receive options to ASCII or Yahoo syncs.  I need to sync with Notes.  Can someone help me with this?

  You check one time only. Acceptance makes you eligible for a serial number.

  To re - install after that, you install the software and enter your serial number.

  Make sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements to run CS6.

• WatchOS3 - Mickey will not tell the time

  I read that with the new OS Watch, tapping on Mickey or Minnie will launch a saying of the time in their voices.  So far, I have not been able to get them to tell the time by pressing.  I have a first generation Watch (pre-series 1), who had no prior problems with operating system updates.  To resolve this problem, I have:

  • Removed and re added the dial of the watch and attempted some Mickey and Minnie.
  • Ensure that the 'Tap to talk Time' is enabled.
  • Made sure the silent mode on the watch.
  • Turned the alert Volume all the way up to maximum.
  • Ensure that other alerts work - who they are.  Mail alerts, messages, calendar entries and Facebook all sounds off.
  • Operated as a Single, double-tapped and triple-operated by trying to make them say both.
  • Restarted the watch and tried all the steps again.

  I'm puzzled.  Anyone else having this problem?  What is only an option for the 2 series watch?  All of the suggestions that I have not yet tried?
