Note that I'm an old customer who buys exclusively HP, a couple dozen ccomputers over the years for the company, self and family members. Many printers and some digital cameras from HP. In general, I had a few very good experiences with technical support and some impressive bargins. * (The last printer I bought a HP Office Jet Pro 8600 as 1/2 price).
