  Noticed the problem on http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/?expandAllOptions=true & Log = 0

  Drop-down lists don't they respond as they did last week - before 36.0.1 update.

  Choose a brand, and then you are supposed to be able to select from a list of models. Is not the case.

  I have several add-ons privacy (see below), but they have not changed with the upgrade (unless they also have been upgraded automatically.)

  FF is becoming less and less pleasant to use as the years go by.

  I can't get my Word generated by RoboHelp 7 docs to look as it does in the WYSWYG:

  I think I understood the problem. When I was setting shaped the sorted list to be a, b, c, I wasn't pressing ENTER to create a new paragraph - I me pressing SHIFT ENTER after the numbers (i.e. 1,2,3), then changing the number format a, b, c. Now when I generate term, it works very well. Thank you!

• Upper and lower filters with Windows 7 (32 bit).

  My Medion compute'rs DVD/CD player continues to try to start when not used. (flashing on it and noise coming from it, but is not).

  Medion support sent me a fix on how to a install and re install upper and lower filters.

  I typed in REGEDIT and followed their instructions until I went into the registry editor and click 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 to select this key, but I don't see the upper and lower filters listed, to remove via the keyboard in the right pane.

  They are listed under a different name. ??

• DotNET application is not

  HI team

  We are trying to control the application in dotnet using Foglight (5.6.4), we deployed the Dotnet 5.6.8 cartridge

  We installed the Manager Agent and deployed the dotnet cartridge and also created the Agent for Dotnet, we are able to see the army under the view domains .net , but the application is listed, or the request it is not true, we couldn't see anyting in the ask .net view

  We configured the agent properties to control the Application and also provided a list of the applications to use the properties by default, but still its not monitored or to its not displayed under the view REQUEST .NET

  We tried several settings as settings of user like True and false always the application management console are not listed

  When I checked for Services on the monitored host, I could see the two Agent Manager and the interception Service are started... I also rebooted the issue of services always the same, so tried to restart IIS by using the settings and also manually, the application always getting are not included.

  I have attached the properties of the Agent and the views of .net for your reference

  In your properties, you have "set up by using the management console (ignore all the settings below)" set to true, can you please try to change it to false and restart the agent?   I suspect that a restart of IIS is also necessary.

  Monitor all brands of web applications specifically defining the list of web applications not required (also your settings for web applications are VERY low (threshold of 0 and 0 sensetivity will be followed MUCH)).

  Long story short, try the following:

  1. power set it up using the GPMC to false.

  2. If you monitor all web applications you need not the list, especially with the thresholds that are weak, if I were you I would try to delete this list and let the 'monitor all web applications' do its thing.

  3. alert threshold of 500ms and sensetivity of 10ms is also low, unless your application is very fast, I would like to change it to alert threshold of 3000 or 5000 ms and sensetivity of 100.

  After these changes, you have to restart the agent and I suspect you will need to restart IIS, and then exercise the application.

• Problems of excessive noise and fan performance.

  (I found a few similar posts, none seem to have any kind of resolution. I already submitted details to the comments for OS - X and MacBook Pro, because I know that Apple doesn't really care these forums.)

  I'm computer LITERATE in a company with more than 40 Macs. Most are 15 "and 13" MacBook Pro retinas, with some older MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and Mac mini. Almost all have had many problems of performance and especially complaints relating to noise fan since the upgrade to El Capitan.

  All Macs seem to rotate at about twice their original fan speed, even at idle with nothing else running in the foreground. If something - it is actually worse with time and not better. Some of them seem to be entering a mode "overheating" and the limitation of the CPU frequently, even with no real warning to the user. We receive complaints from fans go "full throttle" and not something unusual applications of grinding to a halt, while the activity monitor recount. Even these days - I'm writing this, my MacBook Pro runs only Safari and mail and fans just 15 "kicking until probably at 80% for no apparent reason. The CPU load is only about 8% currently according to activity monitor.

  The usual "fix" to a SMC reset and a clean install of the operating system seems to have no effect. We spent a lot of time in recent weeks reset wiping of Macs to try to resolve these problems. They are located on machines that have been almost completely unless they were actually under heavy load (such as virtual computers running or doing graphics/video editing), with the only change being an 'upgrade' to El Capitan.

  New - the same questions and complaints are reported in almost all of our Macs. I noticed similar problems on my MBP of House. I have a Mac Mini in my office who spends just Safari to view a network monitor page. It used to be silent and cycles now the fan and turns off often.

  At least while taking into account what is actually run on them, as well as information from the activity monitor, it does not appear that the CPU is overheating. It seems that something has gone wrong with the heat in recent management, as El Capitan assign a lower threshold than before well. I am everything to keep these systems cool, especially since Mbit/s in particular seem to run pretty hot anyway, but when the noise of the fans like a small jet taking off-it is a problem for many people.

  If anyone has found a solution to this, I'd love to hear it. Otherwise - if you are having similar problems - please send to Apple Feedback then perhaps they will at least look at or respond.

  If you run any antivirus Mac remove the system. A 3rd party cleaning or maintenance or utility network, any 3rd party firewall they are infamous resource pigs and Mac AV is responsible for a good part of mac OS that any other type of software while offering no protection against anything like that.

  systems running 10.11 with 4 GB of RAM or less will spend a good amount of time cached and if this is the case look into upgrading your RAM, if it's an option.

  If this isn't the case reset the SMC (which you did) followed by a PRAM reset as outline in this paper.

• X 1 Pro OneLink docking station and carbon (2014)

  Hello

  I have a X 1 carbon and an among Pro platform. I have it configured with evey thing works, no problem whatsoever.

  My concern is that when the laptop is fully charged when you are connected to the dock, is it possible to switch to the battery while remaining connected to the docking station in order to use the monitor extrnal, ethernet and usb ports etc?

  What I noticed is that even when the battery is charged to 100%, the dock guard charge that the battery does not fall below 100% and in the long term it will reduce the battery life.

  1. go on ThinkVantage Power Manager.

  2. click on the tab of the battery, then battery maintenance.

  3. in the load Mode section select custom load threshold.

  4 set the thresholds to start charging when below for example 40% and stop loading with for example 80%.

  I did it on my X12C with docking station OneL:ink. I know it works because it stops the battery to the superior threhold. Then, I can see the charge decrease slowly over time to the low threshold.

• Reset the shift register according to value

  Hey there ' All, I've been thrown in Labview to work, so I made a few minis and other programs on my own. The last one I wrote is a system of notification by e-mail, because it's something I plan use a lot. The idea is, I have a random number generator that collects a number every 100ms using a timed loop. When a number is greater than a certain threshold, say 0.5, an email is sent and a flag is hoisted. From there on, I don't want to send any other emails until the number is BELOW a certain level, say, 0.3. With what I wrote, I get emails to send no problem and I can't stop them sending (using a combination of Boolean indicator and a shift register), but I can't understand how to to reset the indicator to allow emails as soon as I "roll" a number under my lower threshold.

  Is there a way I can achieve this? I would be deeply obliged for any help. I have attached the VI I did below, apologies, if it is messy and so on.

  Use a Select statement after the structure of the case.  If the reset condition is True, then thread a real constant through the register shift.  If the reset condition is False, then just wire the existing through the register shift.

• Engine using a state machine control logic

  I'm trying to implement motor control using the logic of the state machine. My requirement is simple. I have a voltage from data acquisition value that corresponds to the couple (initial value = 5). I need my feeding motor a positive (right-hand rotation) and negative (counterclockwise rotation) speed depending on whether the value of this tension is between the top (7 V) and the lower thresholds (3 V).

  In other words, the motor starts to turn in a clockwise direction at the outset; the voltage is declining, as soon as we get to <= 3="" v,="" it="" changes="" direction="" and="" moves="" counterclockwise="" till="" it="" hits="">= 7 V, then changes direction again and this repeatedly for, say user-defined number of cycles. I tried to write this logic, and when I run the program it starts well, is to see the first time, entry happens under a low threshold, changes direction but oscillates at the same position. He won't until > = 7 V.

  I enclose the code for your reference. Logical machine state in queue can be of any help? Also, can I present a State in which after that user-defined cycles are more the engine back to a position where the voltage is 5 V.

  Ravens fan is OK.  You need to know which direction you are moving before deciding what to do comparison.  Look at this simple diagram that shows how to use a shift register to keep track of which direct that you use.

• How to program a remote adjustent with a Laser sensor and a pressure valve

  I'm looking for a solution set a monostable pneumatic cylinder via a laser sensor and a pressure valve.

  The Laser sensor and the valve has a domain controller as a signal input/output. The position of the cylinder is controlled by the laser sensor and pressure valve schould adjust pressure as needed to get the cylinder into position.

  Sample:

  The cylinder schould be 5mm extended from the initial position. If a team is on the stem of the actuator pressure valve schould be able to increase the pressure in the cylinder so that the location of Rod 5mm remains approximately constant.

  I guess you could use a system by which the laser sensor output when it receives the laser beam.

  Something like this:

  Laser has detected ==> move in the first direction

  Laser (later) has detected ==> move in the other direction

  Laser (later) has detected ==> move in the first direction

  ..........

  So that it switches between two States.

  Or if it is possible, you could just output intensities different laser to represent different values.

  You could get the signal valve dc, translate to a numeric value, set a threshold (or an upper and lower threshold could be better) where the system is stable and doing some codes to ensure that the valve maintains the pressure inside the threshold.

  The rest I think is too deep, and I guess it's to you from there

  First of all, do not know if this is the right forum, but I can't find a bulletin board for NI Vision issues.

  Here's what I do.  To save time in the inspection process, I extracted my original image inspected a subimage.  I used this subimage of threshold to a very low threshold, which is where I get my time saving, but now I need to back under the image in the original image to the same place (just to put them in a viewer and make customers happy).  How can I do?

• CD/DVD not detected in my computer players

  Hi all!

  I have a problem that seems to be quite common, but cannot find an answer to it.  My problem is for my XP.  I followed all the steps in article 982116 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982116/en-us).  Specifically, the problem is that when I Open regedit and go to the place, there is no upper or lower filters listed.  The article does not provide a solution for this.

  I have install various CD/DVD players, hoping that it will work.  They do not.  BIOS shows install them.  Manager device displays them but with a small exclamation yellow mark.  I even tried my external DVD drive and plugged into a USB on my computer and I had the same problem.

  I can't use my computer because I need to install stuff but can't because I can't get the shoot to work.  I hope someone has a solution.

• Just got a rocket Go 8 - bit problems

  Hi, as the title says.  Just got it out of the box and plugged directly on my computer to charge it up.  It turns on fine, changes in 'Writing' to 'Connected' and yellow signal shows on the load screen, and the battery starts to blink.  After about 30 seconds - 1 minute it stops to load, but the battery indicator shows only 3/4 full.

  My other question is, is the wheel means to feel really fragile and loose.  My girlfriend had an e200 some time ago and this wheel was nice and tight, and click when you the activated.

  Compared to the series e200, which have a mechanical wiper for the scroll wheel, the Marshall and the view have a scroll wheel more sweet, which is a combination scroll 'rocker' to the four functions of the home button.  It feels more flexible, because it must turn and allow to toggle to the functions of the buttons.

  The charge function is interesting.  Do not forget that processor of the "rocket of" Treaty of communications and battery management, and if there is a problem with data, the processor can be diverted to charge.

  The more robust communication mode is MSC, in which the Sansa is seen by the computer as a flash drive.  MTP, or Media Transfer Protocol, is a method that requires Windows Media Player 10 or later, in which the Sansa is considered a media device.

  In both modes, you can see if load is progressing normally in looking at the battery icon.  When you reload, you will see connected logo and rolling, or with the latest version of the firmware, the four color logo sansa scroll arrows.  As the battery charges, the lightning bolt, as well as the Green battery starts flashing.  Once complete, you will have a solid green battery.

  If the computer does not supply enough current to the device, or communication session breaks, loading may be interrupted.

  If the device is plugged in, you can open Device Manager in one of the many ways, either through the control panel > system > Hardware tab > Device Manager, or by starting with the shortcut [Windows key] + [Pause/break] can follow the same line.

  If the Sansa is connected in MTP mode, you will see listed under portable devices, or in any case (including the MSC) it is usually as one low devices listed in Bus USB controllers, as one of the hubs.  Look for any wee yellow triangles, which means that there is a communication problem with the device.

  Often, the USB ports on front-of-PC are connected with a wire to the cheese and will not provide the necessary current to the Sansa.  You can try to use one of the ports mounted at the rear.

• LaserJet MFP M177fw Pro: Pro LaserJet MFP M177fw can't print in color

  I recently bought a new printer and decided to go for the color option. I am wanting to set up so it appears only in black because I only print in color occasionally! I've changed all the settings that I can see and put them in black and white, but always through a program called bistrack, which he still print in color! I've even increased the low threshold of are color cartridges and said to the printer to print in black when the threshold is reached... but still, it prints in color through a program.

  PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!

  I understand that you have problems with printing in black only from your printer Laserjet M177fw range when you use Bistrack. The printer works properly black from other programs, the problem is with Bistrack. I suggest you contact their support solve your problem.

  Either way, I'll mention that the printer still uses a little color when printing in black as a base to give your impressions the sharp looking you would expect from a Laserjet. If the printer gives you a warning that you are very low on a color toner, replace it. This time will keep your bright impressions and will prevent the printer to get damaged.

• HP 3520 E does not illuminate

  Initial installation on the new printer worked fine.

  When used a few days later, the printer lights not unless unplugged, re-connected and put power on button pressed for a few seconds.

  I loaded the latest updates on the printer as suggested on similar positions, but the problem persists. Auto power off is disabled.

  Any suggestions as to what can be done?

  You have the latest firmware installed on your device? its version is STP1FN1351AR. If it can has not updated via a connection wireless, and you will see a lower version listed, a USB to printer temporary use udate.
