LR 5 doesn't install my creative cloud
LR 5 doesn't install creative cloud but gives an error message "there are errors during installation (7). I am able to set up the trial version but even during this installation catalog LR 4 update in catalog LR 5 ended with an error message. Hoever the cataloque was OK in LR 5. The only problem was that AI could not license the software creative cloud. Yet the creative cloud recognized the LR 5 and says that the installation was OK. However, I always had to check "keep it going the trial box when starting LR 5. I removed the trial and tried to LR returned five compared to the creative clouds with the same result.

I had a discussion with the Adobe Support and found a solution.
- Sign out of cloud of Adobe
- In Windows, use the command run to run folder
- This will open the temporary folder of Windows
- Delete all files and folders in the temporary folder: there may be some files/folders that cannot be deleted, but do not worry those
- Sign back into the cloud to Adobe
- Install Lightroom and wait for installation to fail
- Use the command run to run folder
- There will be a series of folders with names like {3F3A6C01-A6FA-4261-BD77-B128A5668697}
- Look in these folders until you find the one that contains the Lightroom Installer file
- Run the installation file and the program should install manually
- Once done, you should be able to run Lightroom 5
- Disconnect, then connect cloud to Adobe - Lightroom should appear as installed.

I'm less than 2 weeks in my DW of the trial and I had to restore my computer (PC) due to a software conflict. Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

Step 3:
