  Here is the answer to Symantecabout this problem:
  There may be a conflict of schedule when Windows loads. For this reason, it is possible to load ccApp.exe later.

  The ccApp.exe value must be removed from the regedit Editor. Do it on this path:
  1. Select start > run and put regedit inside. Click OK
  2. go in entVersion entVersion\Run in Regedit Editor
  3. on the right window, click ccApp.exe
  4. tap on DELETE and then OK
  5. close the registry editor

  After that ccApp.exe should be added to the Autostart folder.

• Catalogue number after conversion of the LT5 to LTCC

  I have a serious problem with my catalog after the installation of the LTCC.

  After the conversion of catalogue I see more photos in the right direction. When I see my pictures in the library, that everything seems ok, but when I use develop the function my pictures completely change the colors and appearance. Please take a look below.

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.

• Toshiba A60 hard to start

  I bought a Satellite A60. Sometimes it does not start correctly. I see the office, but no icon of the status bar doesn't appear and I can't start anything. When I go to the restart/stop, I'm finishing the program message "" ending EXPLORER. "." EXE"and then"not responding ". Sometimes I have this for LTCC. EXE too. After several reboots, it works again. But then may fail again a day or 2 later. Any ideas on what I could do to get smoother and more reliable results? It is, after all, brand new. Thanks much for any help.

  For that matter, there are a lot of reasons that can be responsible for no message that responded to the questionnaire. I think in your case, this is obviously some application doesn t let explorer.exe completes successfully. It is very interesting that CCAPP. EXE is part of the Norton Antivirus application that must be installed on your device. There must be a link between the two processes running.

  As TOK, you can try reinstalling the unit using the recovery CD. If the laptop is brand new and if you didn t install much software it will be the right solution to the test with the new facility.

• White screen when I turn on the Satellite M50

  I have intermittently just get a white screen when I turn on the computer. Usually, the problem is solved by turning off the computer and try again - but sometimes I get a white screen again.

  It seems to be linked to the use of external devices - can someone give me clear instructions on which expected/doesn't have to be connected when I start and shut down the computer? Or other suggested solutions?

  Believe me; It's not easy to provide an exact solution and that's why we need to study a little ;)

  Have you checked if the graphics card driver update could solve the white screen issue?
  If not, try to download and install the latest graphics driver

  You second question on the laptop stop problems is known to me. Sometimes it happens on my laptop too. The LTCC is a part of the Norton antivirus application, which is still running in the background of the operating system.
  This strange box "close the program" might appear because this context process couldn t be closed automatically and so the operating system can not stop.

  Especially the new application installation might help you. But why don't you use Norton Antivirus? What makes the laptop very slow. I have used this app for a long time but now I use the freeware program called Antivir. Its free and in my opinion much better than the Norton Antivirus.

• Upgrade CC, could not load the installer saying could not access a critical file (error 46). I have used the cleaning tool that removed the CC Office application which could then download showing the same message as before

  I have Windows 7 and CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I closed all Adobe applications before downloading the upgrade. It failed after about 50% and showed error 46 and said that it is impossible to access the critical files/directory. I then used CC Cleaner and it has removed the LTCC which I then started to download. The operation failed at about 50%, citing the same error and the message that I received during the upgrade.

  Please check: cannot install Creative cloud of installation - 46 error code.

  You try to delete the file folder and try to reinstall the application.

  Please open Lightroom and in the library module, click on edit, go to Preferences.

  In preferences, go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.

  Restart Lightroom.

• Can I download Prem Pro 2013?  I need the text parser

  I downloaded 2013 and used once to analyze the text, but the creative cloud automatically updated until 2014 and the text parser is now gone.  I can't 2013 anywhere?

  If you open the LTCC you access the previous Version.

  Select Premiere Pro and install CC (7).

  But you cannot open a project done in CC2014 in CC7.

  You can do ax XML and importing CC7, but you won't get cut clips and transitions. Rest is lost.

  Welcome to the Adobe Forum,

  If the payment went through & in www.creative.adobe.com, you can see the (Subscription) 20 GB / 100GB (Team) individual in the upper right corner (click on the reverse trianlgle).

  And then disconnect & connect again the CCdesktop application, after that try to run any LTCC, click on "buy this software" in the lower left corner of the prompt asking you to buy CC. It will take you to the next page of connection, the subscription must be enabled.

  Incase you still it still does not solve, contact Adobe technical support.

• Impossible to pass to 14.1 14.0 (PSCC)

  I for the life of me can't update 14.1 in the clouds. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the PS and the cloud app, the two nothing will do. Is there a place to download the update manually?

  I would just add response of Romit you can try this & check if it works.

  1 disconnect & reconnect to LTCC (office).

  2 launch any product, it will throw an invitation to renew the subscription at the bottom, a "this software license" option will appear.

  3 Please click on this it will ask you to sign & membership must be activated.

  Note: the process works when the subscription is active & payment transaction is completed.

  Subscriptions are managed through the application manager / LTCC. Log on to creative.adobe.com, download the application, install the product you paid for based on your credentials, i.e. your Adobe ID.

  I want to install Creative cloud on my iMac and Macbook (as per the license agreement).  As I have a connection slow boarding school, I can download the files, copy to the second computer and install on that one?  If so, where are the files?
