  It's really frustrating.  I have an Officejet J4580 all-in-one device, and I tried to scan documents to PDF files using the HP Document Manager software.  Unfortunately, every time I try, the cultures randomly my documents software, and it is often difficult or even impossible to uncrop manually the.  The solution I found online was to change the scan preferences in the HP Digital Imaging Manager / Director so auto-cropping is disabled.  Unfortunately, while I can choose if the scanned images are automatically straightened, color corrected and adjusted again, auto-cropping is not be a setting that I can control in my version of HP Director (v. 45.4.157.00).

  Updated HP says I have the latest version on all software, but still I wonder if the fix would be to download a newer version, which might give me the option of auto-cropping.  If so, is anyone know where and how I can download and update my version?

  You can create a new 'model' BP for this purpose. Line item type. Then add a line manually with a cost on each code. Then you can use the copy in your BP BA record consolidate the function to copy the line items to the new folder of BP (including all cost codes) into your folder of BA. That is to set up a model record once with all cost codes and then copy consolidate billing it to all lines new record of BA. would this work?

• Display Client 5.0.1 not auto adjust / resize the display resolution

  I read every article I can find on the VDI configuration and configuration of the server connection view to auto setting of the display resolution.  My problem is that the width is auto adjust so I can see black borders on both sides of the screen.  In reading several manuals installation VDI for XP Pro, I have read several methods to set the various parameters and none do not work properly.  I read that while implementing the guest remember to install the VMWare Tools ' before 'to install the Agent, or there may be problems. "  The second trick is to set the prompt on 800 x 600 and PCOIP will automatically adapt to the display resolution the resolution of your computer 'customer '.  The third is the server connection for the value of the high resolution enabled and some articles defined on 2 screens and others say say to max it to 4.   -In the vSphere client, select the ESX/ESXi host,

  -Go to the configuration tab.

  -Select in the software section, the option to start/stop the virtual machine.

  -Click on properties on the right of the screen.

  -Activate the option "allow virtual machines to start and stop automatically with the system."

  -Select the virtual machine and move the virtual computer in the correct startup group.
