  If your system is still frozen, you can try to use that equipment reset pinhole on your tablet, to see if it will allow your system to boot.

  Given that this problem is only a few hours ago, please do a system restore.

  Choose a date where you did NOT have this problem as your restore point.

  Restore explorer.exe

  Press CTRL + Alt + Delete... Task Manager... Processes tab... Right-click on explorer.exe... click on end process... Applications tab... New task... in the Open box, type explorer.exe ... OK when finished.

• Creative cloud (Mac) cannot complete construction

  Tried several times on Mac (10.6.8) with Cloud creative to create a new Package but stopped at the last moment. It seemed that all packages are downloaded, but cannot complete the construction. The console messages were:

  Cloud creative dmg package is run from office. Any help would be most appreciated.

  Please go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall all Adobe products.

  Manually clean folders of Adobe since the mentioned location:

  1 / Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename it to Adobe.old

  / Applications/Adobe and rename it to Adobe.old

  Applications/Utilities and remove all folders of Adobe

  ~/Library/application support/Adobe and rename Adobe.old

  ~/Library/preferences and remove all preferences of adobe.

  Enable the root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and try to install again.

  If no joy, hold the power button up to a quarter of a minute of power off.

  When restart safari, hold the SHIFT key to prevent the re-opening of old windows.

  These tend to be interminable javascripts running on a web page or in an advertisement. Nothings changes on your machine and version Elcapitan 10.11.4 is supposed to have a fix for the latter.

  Too bad... Press the CENTRAL BUTTON and POWER at the same time for about 20 seconds. That reset.

  Disconnect the power adapter. Press the power button and hold the button for more than four seconds. Who must stop it.

  Failure to close down, remove the battery and then hold the power button for at least four seconds. This shutdown procedure has always worked for me.

• Creative cloud will be not updated on Mac (0% complete)

  I'm unable to update applications Cloud Creative Lightroom and Photoshop on my Mac running Yosemite.  When I select update, a progress bar appears and remains stuck at 0% forever.  I tried to kill all Adobe processes and restarting and I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem persists.

  I dug around in some of the Adobe log files that are updated during this period and I found a few errors in DLM_Native.log:

  Well in this case I would advise you to contact the customer service where the agent can remotely connect to your computer and help you solve the problem.

• Send renerdings from a Mac for completion on a PC

  I have a Mac and use CS4, the other editor has a PC and use CS3.  When I send a .mov, .flv, and .f4v she can't open them or she gets a blank film.  I have not tried .mp4 yet.  Is there a solution to this.  Is this a problem of Mac/PC or CS3/4.

  You just need to make a codec that is installed on both machines. Sequences of images are probably the easiest. Animation codec or Jpeg Quicktimes will work also.

• Mac recovering completely after a low battery

  My macbook Pro 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 works on 10.9.5. I use this machine for work / home.

  The problem is that, once my battery is low, and the system shuts down, all my data is lost. After that I plugged in power, he did not awake from sleep, it simply restarts instead. This is very problematic, as I have for 6-12 months I've lost important data.

  Once restarted, it re-opens all the apps that were open before sleeping, but absolutely noting is saved.

  This is my 3rd macbook Pro over the years, and I've never had this problem. If my battery died before, I have just connected the power and resumed normally.

  If you have an Apple store near you, make an appointment and take the MBP for evaluation.   You may need a new battery.

  First was driving me crazy with this. I hit the play button on a 1080 p mp4 file and the video freezes on an image and the audio just continues to play while the image is stuck. Aaaaaaargh. I closed and reopened first, even reinstalled, no luck. 

  My system stats (I would be happy to provide more if necessary. I'll come later with screenshots, because I just restarted the project and it now says media pending.)

  I have two videos in the project, the two 1080 p. The smaller works perfectly (this is more than 3 minutes, I think?) and this is the big (over 2 hours 40 minutes) that is upward.

  My Google Chrome has suddenly stopped working and I got a message from zz - mcure.in telling me that my Apple computer has been blocked and call Apple to 1-855-686-7867 to restore my computer. I didn't think it was a legitimate number so has not called. I cannot leave Google Chrome nor can I shut down my computer. Everything is frozen. However, I am able to connect to other programs as well as Safari. Maybe, I had a virus even though I am running Avast and it did not pick up. Can someone help with this problem?

  It is a SCAM!  By calling do not, you have made the right choice.  Delete history in Chrome and you should be OK.

  Also remove AVAST.  AV for Macs are completely non-essential and can do more harm than good.  Please read this:
