Mac Pro freezes on the screen saver 10.11.5
Have a Mac Pro and have a problem when the system freezes and locks up and must power cycle back. He had related app so tested, but also happens with no apps running third and now thinking seems to be related screensaver. I have turned off the screen saver and will see what happens now. However, someone else has the issue of the screensaver crashing the OS X on a Mac Pro to 10.11.5?
No, I have not heard of this.
You do not all apps of third parties running in the foreground, but can still cause the problem. Boot in safe mode (hold down the SHIFT key when starting) and see if the problem persists when the screen saver is used.

Windows 7 freezes after the awakening of the screen saver.
Windows 7 has recently been gel after the awakening of the screen saver that works all night. This does not happen after shorter periods, to be in screen saver mode.
I use a (empty) delivered screensaver. When he wakes up I can open the Control Panel, but I can't open anything else. If I try to open a Web browser first browser does not open and I can't open the Panel configuration or any other application. I can't even restart the computer without hitting the power button.
This is a new Windows machine and it worked fine for several months. It is a series of of CM5571 ASUS desktop PCs. Pentium E5400 Dual Core CPU. 6 GB of ram 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.
In the event logs, I see errors repeated for SideBySide and volmgr.
My advice is that you should update the BIOS and motherboard drivers:
http://support.ASUS.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
Have you tried updating the BIOS yet? 'freeze upwards after the awakening of the screen saver'-c' is very similar to a problem faced by Vista users with motherboards Asus 2/3 years ago:
Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell

Palm Treo Pro trouble: Windows media player passes each time the screen saver updated
The treo Pro is an excellent application of low power consumption screensaver that displays date, time and info missed calls. However, the disappointment is that when you listen to music while in screen saver mode, windows media player ignores all the minutes when the clock on the screen saver updates / refreshes.
Since the clock updates every minute, the player skips a beat with unerring accuracy.
It's the solution to this problem. Please, do not respond to a 'solution' to disable the screen saver. I who have already tested and am aware of it. I don't want to disable the default screen saver.
Agree. I discovered that letting Windows media player running on the screen prevents the screen saver from kicking in (which she does if the phone is on the screen today). The screen always shows the player running but will drive according to the configuration.
With that, the problem is solved when I play music in a car, but it will be a pain when walking or jogging.
So I guess the only solution is to disable the screen saver with a single operation... desire, I had an app for that!

Satellite Pro 6000 freezes and the screen is weird random pattern
Hello
I recently bought a SP6000 second-hand advertised as having "graphics problems". After 10 minutes or use the laptop freezes and the screen has a strange random pattern all acorss it. The speakers are also a strange hum. I have to stop the laptop and restart.
I've updated the bios and drivers for card video from the toshiba site, but he always does. Can anyone help?
Hello
It's not easy to say why this problem occurs. You have purchased a second hand unit. It is possible that your device has a hardware malfunction, but I can't give you an answer why it is happening. I suppose that temperature increases after 10 min of use.
Maybe this could be a problem. It could also be a fault of the motherboard. But these are just suggestions. In my opinion, you should ask the service for detailed information. -

Satellite C660D-102 blocks when past to the screen saver
Hello
I have a Toshiba Satellite C660D-102 of Windows 7 OS. Basically, if my computer is left unattended, and goes to the screen saver, it freezes and has to be restarted by holding down the power button. If I'm listening to the music, makes a loud noise when it does this until it is turned off.
Anyone has any ideas of what could be the cause?
Thanks, Matt+ The message was edited: changed name of the laptop.
Hi Matt
To be honest, this laptop T series is unclear to me. What is the correct model name or model number?
Are you using the original pre-installed OS?
Have you noticed this problem since the day where we?
Do you use the standard Windows screensaver?
Did you install additional software that is running in the background?Sorry for these questions but it is not easy to give you simple answer and specifies what may be the problem.

Satellite L405D-11V - freezes and the screen goes black when you watch the video
OK, so I have the Toshiba Satellite L405D-11V, I had a breakdown, basically, the computer freezes at any time and the screen would go black, with the fan and lights still ongoing, this could be at the start, or a few hours using the laptop, so I decided to ring Toshiba technology support and they arranged for my laptop to collect and be expelled for repairs.
I was able to track repairs online via the tracking service and was able to see what they were doing to my laptop, he said that they have ordered a part, it was underway and the repairs are completed.
However, I got the laptop back today, I turn it on, all right, I start using the cell phone that everything is fine, so I decide to watch a video on youtube, and it freezes again, so I turned off now pressed the power button, hoping he wasn't that a large, I turn back to and load the video once again it freezes and the screen goes black again, after that whenever I am watching a video or a game, it causes the computer to crash and freeze as before the repairs. So there is always a mistake, but I'm not sure what to do
Its still under warranty, I bought the laptop from the Comet, but I really don't want to send the laptop for repairs again and find it comes back with the same fault, is it interesting sending distributed, maybe see if the comet will replace the laptop as its still less than a year to buy the laptop, or it'll just be useful to save all the hassle and buy a new laptop? If this fault happened to someone else, I could use you some help, and if someone could shed some light regarding what could be bad?
Thank you
Hey Buddy,
You changed something on the configuration after you got your notebook back from repair? You update a driver, or something else?
What operating system you use on your L405D satellite? To be honest it is really hard to say why it happens because technicians test to check if your laptop is running correctly.
In my opinion you should try to update the display driver. Maybe it's the origin of the problem of s
If this isn't the case, I recommend installing Windows from Toshiba Recovery disk to restore to factory settings. These parameters are pre-tested by Toshiba and should work.If you still have the problem, you must contact the technicians again. I mean you could track the online repair and according to your assignment, everything worked well during repair, so in my opinion he should t be a problem to contact guys exactly.
Explain your very detailed problem. I think that everything can be clarified then. :) -
How to disable the screen saver when you watch videos in full screen in firefox?
This only happens with Firefox, other browsers videos play normally and without interruption. I want to keep my window screen saver by default but not when watching full-screen mode.
The Flash Player plugin must normally block the system to go to sleep, reduce the brightness of the display or go to the screen saver when you are using full-screen. It is strange that you have this problem with Flash.
There are workaround solutions such as the use of an add-on or an external program that simulates the movement of your mouse, but those who really shouldn't be necessary.
VLC, I don't know.
Furthermore, you closed and restarted Windows because this problem first occurred? Just in case where some component shared Windows crashed.

HP 15 ba-015na with Windows 10: Customizing the screen saver
Hi, I would like to customize the screensaver of my brand new HP 15 ba-015na that came with Windows 10.
Problem is when I go to the screen saver settings all I have is the screen savers (no more six screensavers of Win10) and the selection button is not highlighted. I tried the mwnu of customization, but there is nothing that I see that would help. OD did I miss something?
Screen saver of my laptop Toshiba Satellite old made default to the photos on the laptop and they arose at random, which is what I would have on my new HP.
Grateful for any help. TIA.
Hello
You can do the following.
Right-click on an empty area of the desktop and select Personalize.
In the next window, select the screen lock in the left pane, then scroll and select the screen saver settings.
In the next window, select Photos in the menu drop-down, then click on apply to save the change.
If you want to change the location of the images are selected, click on the button to the right of the drop down - menu parameters here, you can also select the slideshow speed or activate random playback.
Kind regards

Re: Satellite A200-1BQ, does not not after the screen saver
Hi, I have a Satellite A200, 32-bit Windows 7 OS. When you use the screensaver to the PC stop responding. Have to spend because no response.
If you have a report some problem send it please.
Hello
This means that Windows 7 hangs and does not answer only when the screen saver has been activated?
Have you noticed the same problem with Win XP or Win Vista? If not then this behavior of the laptop could be related only to Win 7 and I think that it might be caused by the graphic card driver
Remove the graphics driver that you have installed and test the screen saver using the common windows driver 7
It would be interesting to know what is happening

My offices are reorganizing after that the screen saver is running
Hi all
I encountered a problem with El Capitan that I lived for a while and don't have only recently started to nail. Every once in a while (and), my virtual workstations will reorganize. I have three desktops that I keep open at work all the time. Office 1 has applications assigned to him, and the other two do not. However, Desktop 2 and 3 office often get switched. It seems to happen after the screen saver has run for a bit, and as far as I know, I do anything to make it. I know that you can drag - move desktop to manually reorder, but this is not what is the cause.
Someone would have seen this happen before, and to know what anyone? Or have I met an unknown problem?
Thanks for the help!
