Mac says that my account already exists

I use a MacBook Air 13' with OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 and Mail does not work well.
I'm not able to add my account e-mail, because every time I type my data in, it indicates that this particular account already exists. This account does not exist because if I could use it.

First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.
From the Mail menu bar, you select
▹ Connection Doctor window
In the window that opens, look for an SMTP (outgoing mail) account with a name that corresponds to the account that you are trying to add. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. Click the sign button less to remove the corresponding one, and then click OK.
Try to add the email account again. If you still can not, log off or restart the computer, and then open the preferences window accounts Internet and check if the account is displayed.

My email says my email account already exists, but it will not be displayed
I just upgraded to El Capitan and the e-mail program has deleted one of my emails. Yahoo email is there but is not that of Cox. He directs me to iCloud, but I can't find anything wrong. The settings for Cox look right and I can send Cox and get it... I just can't get anything.

I've recently updated for Acrobat Standard 10 to Acrobat Pro DC. I installed this on my laptop - running Windows 10 MMR just improved to 8.1 Pro - without problem.

On the desktop, the installation of Acrobat Pro DC failed. The failure occurs when you try to uninstall Acrobat 10, and the error is "Error 1316: specified account already exists." I tried several times. I also have:
