MacBook Pro (2013) turns off unexpectedly, full memory

My macbook pro (2013) Retina has full memory. I want to delete stuff to free up my storage but I can't because there a risk of stuck and close. When he tries to turn it on it shows the apple with the loading bar logo and comes only about 1/4 of the way loaded. It then shows a black screen with a circle with a line through it. Can someone please?

Thank you!

    Hello world

I have a brand new MacBook Pro. Specs below:

    El Capitan 10.11.3

MacBook Pro (retina, 13 inches, early 2015)

Processor: Intel Core i5 at 2.9 GHz

    Memory: 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Graphics card: Intel Graphics Iris 6100 1536 MB

I use WiFi when all of a sudden it will slow down my speed to a crawl, then * poof * my WiFi turns off by itself.  I try to go on the menu at the top right to reactivate it, not good. I try to go to system preferences / network to try to turn it back on, even when not go.  I tried to turn off other connections, I tried to add a new location with custom DNS settings (as I read in some articles, such as http://osxdaily.com/2015/10/16/fix-wi-fi-problems-mac-os-x-el-capitan/).  None of that worked, the only way that I can not even WiFi to turn back is to restart my machine.

Elsewhere on this forum that I read that this could be a problem to upgrade, but since this is a brand new machine I don't think that applies to me.  Needless to say that this is a very frustrating issue, and I have yet to see real solutions.  I know other people have experienced the same problem, but has anyone had any solve positive results?   Any help would be appreciated.

MacBook Pro, Macbook and iPhone SE connected to iCloud for the explicit reason for the password in the Keychain Access to the iPhone.

After turning off on the Macbook Pro, all iCloud email on this computer has disappeared. When you try to sign on oCloud it was indeed a waring on the loss of data, but supposed it meant things that had been transferred to iCloud.

  • MacBook pro screen turns off randomly?

My 15 inch Macbook Pro 13 (obtained in new end 14 h & B, started using it at the beginning of the 15) has a screen which turns off at random (dim backlight is - I can see a slight difference when I actually turn off the laptop), in addition to the programs (audio abruptly stops, etc.). The computer is still on 'on' (Hum, backlight on) and it will overheat after a bit. I have to hold the power to restart. Resolutions of potential problems?

    Other things-

    1. It happens in bursts, which happens once and if I do the reboot thing and continue to use it, it will probably happen again in about 10 minutes, and if I continue to do, at some point it will extinguish almost immediately after I connect (but never before!...)

  • MacBook Pro 2013 randomly restart

I own a MacBook Pro 2013. The last 2 months he was randomly restart on me. It is always preceded by a graphic deformation of the screen. Essentially, the Tufts of the vertical lines appear on the screen, the mac freezes for a few seconds and then restarts. My hypothesis is that it is a hardware problem. I have already installed the new RAM bars (apple approved). Note that I started my mac with Windows 10 and this issues occurs if I'm under windows or OS X El Capitan double.

If your MBP is a model 15 "beginning 2013, it may be applicable:

  • MacBook pro emits 3 beeps after upgrade memory

Hello... I am trying to improve my Macbook Pro 4 GB to 8 GB memory, however, when I start the laptop it emits 3 beeps, without loading the operating system and just keep it. I saw that others had the same question, but mine seems to be a little different.

The Macbook I have is a mid-2009 and OSX El Capitan.

I'm sure that's not on the Rams is not inserted properly or dusty slots etc. because when I try one of the new RAMs (4GB) with one of the old RAMs (2 GB), it works fine. In other words, I can pass it to 6 GB. But everytime I try 2 x 4 GB, it fails.

I've tried 2 different sets of 4 GB RAM, a couple was second hand, the other Crucial nine pair. They are 204-pin DDR3 SO-DIMM 1600 (PC3L 12800) Rams, which seems to be the correct type.

I already tried all of the various combinations of these 6 Rams (2 old 2 GB and 4 new 4 GB). The 'old' are still working fine. Any combination of 6 GB, regardless of the RAM use what slot, also works fine. Any combination of 8 GB does not work.

So, I know that the Rams are ok. Slots are okay. How I insert is ok. This machine is supposed to be expandable to 8 GB. I don't know what else can be wrong. When it's 4 GB or 6 GB, it works very well, even if a bit slow since I installed El Capitan, this is why I'm upgrading from memory.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

What is the model number of your system?  Go to Apple, about this Mac menu, more info, report system.  Tell the model identifier.

MacSales.com and crucial.com have to say the exact type you need guides of memory and they will tell you how you can really put in (Apple body tells you what they tested at the design/production, not what post-production has proved to be possible).  EveryMac.com also has lists of very good specifications on Mac.

    Hello untech,.

I see it's been a while since you have posted with us on the HP Forums.  Please, let me take a moment to say "Welcome Back".

I see that you have a problem with the printer l ' auto turn off and not turning it back on.

You happen to have the printer power cable connected to a power strip/bar?  If so, please try to connect the printers power cable directly to a wall outlet.  Here is a document that explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

The printer in the document is a LaserJet printer but this document is intended for HP products in general and only use the LaserJet printers for example.

I'll also include a document indicating when the HP printer will not be running or to respond when the power button is pressed.

  • MacBook Pro 2015 turns on but the screen remains black...

    Hello

Today, I tried to turn on my MacBook Pro, but my screen stays black. When I press the caps lock button, it turns green which I guess means he lit. I've also heard the startup chime it generally makes when you turn on. I already tried to turn it on and off several times and reset the SMC and the LANDAU... The screen is always black.

    Could someone help me please?

Also a few minutes ago the fan has started to make noise in the macbook...

    But the screen remains black.

    Thank you

    Shaynidw

    Hi shaynidw,

From your description, it seems that your MacBook Pro is powered, as soon as you hear the startup chime and see the light on the keyboard.  Thus, it seems that the problem may be with your screen or the video card.

On the screens you see when you start your Mac

    Power on

When you turn on your Mac, display is off (black) and you hear a startup chime. Your Mac Initializes his BootROM and memory (RAM live). It then performs a power - on that self test (POST) and a test of BootROM. If you hear beeps or chimes at this stage, this indicates a possible hardware problem and start stops. If you add memory to your Mac, check that it is installed correctly.

    White screen

After that only walking self-test is completed, your Mac sends a video signal to your connected screens. The screen may appear black or grey at this point in the boot sequence and backlight of the screen should light up. If you do not see the image appears on your screen after a few moments, try increasing the brightness of your screen. If you use an external monitor, make sure it is properly connected and turned on.

shaynidw, if set up the brightness of your screen does not help, you have an external display (computer screen or TV) that you can attach to your MacBook Pro to test?

In addition, you can try to start your computer in safe mode to see if you get different results.

Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

If the problem persists, you may need to take your computer to an Apple Store or service provider authorized Apple , so they can inspect the video card and cables to isolate the problem.

    Take care.

  • How can I update my processing power/RAM on my MacBook Pro 2013?

Let me preface this by saying I know almost nothing about computers so please excuse my terminology.

I have a screen Retina 13 '' MacBook Pro that I bought in 2014 (I think it was the 2013 model). At the time, I didn't need a lot of storage so I bought the less option (8 GB perhaps?). Recently, I changed into a main associated design and have been downloading a lot of different programs. With full download Adobe Creative Suite I have been using SketchUp, Rhino and AutoCAD to name a few.

My projects often require me to work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Rhino at the same time but when I do so my computer is extremely slow and sometimes one or more programs unexpectedly closes.

Given all this information, what are my options to improve the speed and reliability of my MacBook?

Your options are limited. You cannot upgrade RAM or CPU. Theoretically, you could install more storage, but I don't think that's worth it. Given the software that depend on you, I sell the MBP and buy something bigger and faster (not necessarily a Mac).

  • IPod 1A generazione outdo a MacBook Pro 2013 retina

  • Satellite Pro L650 turns off after start; DC In and Power LEDs blink on stop

A friend Satellite Pro L650 having worked well until yesterday, all of a sudden turned itself off. Now, at startup, it lights up normally for about 10-15 seconds before turning off suddenly. Turned off, the DC in white/blue LED and the orange Power LED Flash on a broad set of intervals of approximately one second. This extinction happens if I leave Windows or press F2 to enter the BIOS setup.

I guess this blinking is intended to serve as a kind of diagnostic code, but I have yet to track down what it means. Can anyone help?

To avoid confusion, power without the product stack the same, sudden stop experience, except the two LEDs remain solidly lit this time. With or without battery, trying to turn on again immediately after that a shutdown produced no response at all. Remove the power cable and immediately it reconnect again and turn then produced a brutal power off, but in less than 5 seconds. More wait between attempts to market seems to give a little longer powered on State, but without fault, the machine turns off just suddenly. With its short time 'turned on' we are talking, there cannot be any kind of thermal protection?

I had an old Satellite L450D lying around that uses coincidentally the same AC PA-1750 adapter, but use it made no difference. Of course, the battery does not have the L650!

The only previous numbers, that I am aware of this machine have been intermittent case of Windows reporting "Plugged in, not charging", but as my friend use it exclusively on the network, it was not a problem.

Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated...

    WTF?

    What is an unmoderated forum?

Can someone help with my problem?

  • MacBook Pro (2013) cannot install Windows 10

So today, I'm trying to install windows on my MacBook Pro model 10 (2013). It is on the OS X EL Capitan and seems to be the latest version, there is no update in the app store of any kind. Then I started the installation process 10 windows by downloading a 64-bit version of Windows 10 ISO and then after the download I placed it on my desk. I then proceeded to bootcamp and unticked all options except 'create a later version or Windows 7 installation disk', because that's what I did there are 2 - ish years, when I installed windows 8, (but later uninstalled it due to problems of performance and overall, not like the software). I then continued by choosing my 32 gb lexar usb and my ISO image on the desktop and then received a message saying that Windows 7 or later version is only supported by bootcamp. I then went back and checked the first two options to download the latest software support for windows and always the same problem, also it does not seem that he downloaded anything.
