• Problem too Long way destination - Item not found to rename folders

  I searched an answer in the world to this question and it seems that none of the '' correction '' that people have had success with worked for me, so I write my own question in the hope that someone can help me, and in turn anyone who stumbles on this problem will find this thread and be helped as well.

  My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

  Here's the problem:
  For a few months now, I was not able to make a new folder and rename it with windows Explorer (I have to go to the command prompt and do it this way)
  It gave me errors "Destination path too Long", despite the path doesn't exceed NOT the limit of 260 characters. Even if I rename the folder '1' or 'a' it gives the error. I have files that were created before the problem that are fine, but they can't really be renamed with windows Explorer.

  It also gives me the 'path of destination too long' error when you move files in other folders, thus making the Organization of difficult cases.

  I tried to uninstall the update "kb980408" as other threads have said... and it did nothing for me. I tried to delete the reg files as indicated on multiple threads to try to solve the problem that some people had success with... I have not the case.

  I ran chkdsk, several malware scans and viruses which did nothing.

  I had not initially installed SP1, so I tried to see if it changed anything. He did. Instead of the "destination path too long" error, I then go "object not found" when you try to rename a file or move a folder to another folder. If I hit "try again" on this box, then it would actually rename the folder or move the folder successfully. Well, not being able to live with the stupid error that appears when I want to simply create and rename a folder, I searched for a way to get rid of THIS problem that brought me to remove these registry keys once more. After reboot, back to the error "destination path too long" and not rename/move the files once more.

  Anyone had any experience with this problem and you can guide me in a solution that does not involve a clean install?

  I'm having a problem with an app that I built for one of the College campus, that I work. The application is a queue system where there are stations for students to access your room, admin stations where staff can see these students and "call", and displays outside every office employee that shows the student who was called. There are about 20 of the latter type of billboards. I have the following code in my footer to query the DB for most recent students called for a specific room:

  The process of OnDemand, F_NEXT_STUDENT executes the query and returns the result:

  However, when all these display panels is turned on (and I use the code as follows in the other pages for similar purposes) the application become slow and eventually unresponsive. As a first step, we have the application running a box with Oracle XE. Finally, we have migrated to a full blown installation 11g with APEX listener and GlassFish. My DBA said everything looks ok on the side of the DB, so I tried to dig into other areas to see where the bottleneck can be. After inspecting the report of Active Sessions in the APEX, I noticed that there are a ton of connections being generated (> 30 000). This is not a good thing for me and I try to understand what I am doing wrong.
  
  At first I used $. post() instead of $. get (). I was also using setInterval() instead of a setTimeout() loop. However, none of these changes really seem to help the situation. I am at a loss to know how else to improve the performance of this application. Any suggestions on what I can try?

  are you sure that each AJAX request generates a new APEX session? Because it is based on your downloaded app all right. You can check that by running the following query. It will also show you how long it took APEX to meet your demand for AJAX (elapsed_time). I think that the elapsed time will be the key to find out why your application becomes unresponsive if too many customers are returning. The goal should be that the AJAX request ends as soon as possible. For example 1 sec would be for many, because if you have 20 parallel AJAX requests at the same time, this could have an impact on your DB. You can share your average time?

  I don't know how much data is stored in the ONESTOP_QUEUE table, but it may be useful to adjust your statement used in F_NEXT_STUDENT. • Scratch the disc problems - too much hard disk space?

  Now, here's a question for scratch disk problems. My photoshop (7) used to work (on my old computer), now I have re-installed and it says there are windows paging at the same location and I can not open it because "zero disks are full." I know there are a lot of questions like this, but this one is special. I think the problem is that I have 1.5 TB of free disk space, which apparently is too strong and cause problems (?). In any case, I would like to change the location of drive working but I can't open photoshop to do this. Any suggestions?

  Change the location, do nothing or will reset preferences (sorry Manish Sharma). You really need to physically reduce the partition to be below or around the ceiling of 500 GB. It is inevitable that this is inherent in the old file API of e/s who use these programs. Changing the location of scratch disk would do nothing until the partition of the program is stil great lthat and get the program in a loop. Open your drivemanagemnt using the my computer right click-->--> Manage--> disk management and split the partition or whatever.

• Beginner problem - too cache media files

  I started to edit files .m2ts with 12 EP on a 8.1 Windows laptop with a hard drive into 2 partitions.

  I make a film with an expected 110 minutes and right now almost half length is. I divided it into 11 smaller projects, with an average length of 10 minutes. I mean, I intend to create 11 files which I can join in a separate project, because the laptop is not powerful enough to handle everything in a single project.

  Has anyone else seen a problem like this using UPS?  I have reported the inverter problem, don't know if Apple cares.

  I had this problem too, but my problem is my phone bouncing from ZhengZhou to Incheon and then shipment of ZhengZhou again. After contacting UPS they said that the cause of this is that they have logic of expedition of the paths they update your account with.   I recently downloaded all my iBook (files PDF and epub files) on the iCloud / iDrive with the iBook on my iPad app. Many worked for awhile, but when I tried to use iBooks after a few weeks of inactivity, none of my downloaded iBooks were visible in iBooks. I looked in the iDrive and there is a section of iBooks, that seems to have all my old iBook (15 GB) files, but each file appears as "Encrypted File". I have no idea on how to decrypt these files so that I can use them again.

  The iBooks interface displays only the empty shelves.

  I don't know what triggered this loss of all my books. Anyone have an idea how I could recover my books?

  Overall, I must say that I am very disappointed with the whole iCloud / iDrive system. It took an eternity to download files, the data transfer is extremely slow and I'm not even able to download iBooks from my PC to the iCloud. I have much better experiences with Google Drive or Dropbox, which operate in a transparent way through everything, platform. I guess that the iCloud / iDrive works only in an all-Apple configuration

  I have the same problem too, all my files epub in the ibooks app disappeared after I have sync my iphone on icloud drive and when I checked the ibooks on my icloud storage it appears as "encrypted file.

• Problem with Windows Media Player Audio sync DivX playback in full screen

  I have found lately that when playing videos on Windows Media Player divx mode full screen audio is out of sync.  If the video is played in window mode, there is no problem.  I had no such problem in the past, but now for about 1 month or so, I have this problem.

  I have fitted iq508a to vista 64-bit, with the latest drivers delivered HP installed (using the HP update utility)-does anyone else have this same problem too?

  I can't believe! I solved the problem with this problem of video audio sync during playback in full screen!

  While watching the Pineapple Express, I thought WTF I'll take another closer look at this, and while they were smashimg their cell phones so that they could not be found by triangulation, (don't ask - u just I have to watch - stoner movie )...

  in any case, I looked under tools options in WMP.  I unchecked the option on the performance tab "use video smoothing"-the video as reloaded and bingo! everything in harmony!

  BTW, I checked my another PC running Vista 32 bit and the option ' use video smoothing ' also exists and it is checked if this seems to be a problem with WMP works on Vista 64 bit or running desktop Touchsmart of WMP... In case I am much happier now...

  Hi, so it confused me for a long time now. I have this problem where my backlight ISN'T want to change to any other color but BLUE and its only the right side of the keyboard. The Start button / stop and the speakers are an exception to this decision apparently. I don't know exactly when it happened, but it has affected my computer for a while now. At this point im thinking a factory reset might do the trick, but I don't want to go through the long fight to take back to his feet. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? I would be grateful helps it a lot because I love the ability to color, but I'm limited its use. If necessary I will add a picture of this. • 14 H closing random Qosmio X 500 problem

  My laptop is almost 2 years old and I have had this problem for a few months. I thought that this is due to overheating which usually used to happen when I play games that require high performance and when I touch the upper part of the keyboard under the screen, it gets really hot. However, lately this shutdown problem became even more strange and confusing. Now, it stops completely at random with no warning it just cuts the power all of a sudden.

  Normally when I play the sims 3, which is a game that requires all at the same time I want to say, the ram, processor, graphics... and I've never had my fans cleaned or got a thermal paste, the basic form since I bought my laptop. So, I thought after almost 2 years, overheating was pretty normal since I use my laptop for most in my room which is a very great place to collect dust easily. But I guess the problem is deepr than that.

  Lately my laptop stops randomly even 'without' overheating while playing games, watching movies.
  In the example,.

  -Once I download something, no application was working, I was in the office, everything was cool, then it suddenly stopped.

  -Sometimes I can play a game for hours without any problem, but sometimes after playing like a few minutes (the same game) it stops.

  -Finally, today, I got a new game ("lucius" lol) that works perfectly on the laptop of my brother (not a toshiba) but on my laptop, it stops right after the video intro without exception every time that I start the game.

  In all cases when it stops, I can easily restart without any problem right after. Of course, this issue is very very annoying and no matter what I did I couldn't fix it. I reinstalled windows, bios update, update my driver nvidia, no difference. Also no sign of a virus or anything as that can cause that.
  I'm afraid I might have to consider for the service I want even if it is still under warranty. The problem is I don't know how long it will take for toshiba to fix and they will provide me with a temporary portable while mine is far away? You know, some car insurance companies provide such a service when your car is destroyed, they give you another car so that they are fixed. Wandering just something like that would be possible... Well well... probably not.

  I put t know how you use Notepad, but DON T use in bed or place it on your knees. You must ensure that the vents placed downstairs are always free. The unit has to breathe and the fresh air should flow correctly. If this isn't the case, the system would be closed to prevent the equipment from damage

  You also said you never cleaned the vents. This should be done. I m using the jet of compressed air to remove dust, you can try this tool too. Otherwise if you n t have too much experience, I recommend to ask someone who knows what to do

  Have you tried to recover the laptop in the past? Its worth a system try corrupted can cause these problems too using the Toshiba Recovery disk would fix the unit to the factory settings.
