found that my answer will try immediately, thank you very much.

Hi Nojo63,
Goto Control Panel > accessibility > easy downtown access and from there u Select the ones that you want to disable in this case narrator and Magnifier.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Go to > Panel > and look below the Select icon of accessibility
> Optimize display Visiual > a called screen to count more easy to see
will go up.
> Scroll to the magnifying glass and "uncheck" the selection of the magnifying glass
Then the button "click on the application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Go to > Panel > and look below for ease of access, then, under explore all parameters, click on the computer
> without screen. There is a checkbox in there to activate the narrator and click Save.

You can also try the steps below:
Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, then start the 'Task Manager '. Select the "Processes" tab, locate and select the process Magnifier.exe and narrator.exe, then click on the button "complete the process". This will remove the magnifying glass on the screen, without changing settings

Thank you
Melanie
