  I tried clicking on the checkbox "check spelling as I type" tab "Firefox", but I don't always get spellchecker on my email Office 365. (I'm here as I type, however, and also when I type in the text box on Google, for example.) I don't understand why Firefox is not also spell my email. I have spell check on my e-mail account Office 365 with Safari, but I love Firefox so much better. I'd appreciate any help you could give me. Thank you!!!

  Thanks for posting your concern here at the Microsoft Community forum. I would be grateful if you could answer the following questions:

  1. You use software like Windows mail client live mail?

  2. Remember to make changes on the computer before the show?

  3. What is the exact error / popup you get when you open the mail application?

  If you cannot open Internet Explorer or if it opens briefly and then closes, the problem may be caused by lack of memory, or corrupted or missing system files. Reboot your PC to erase the memory and then open Internet Explorer by itself.

  Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder. Go to Library/Containers/com.apple.mail.  Move the folder com.apple.mail on your desktop. You must move the entire folder, not just the content.

• Windows 8 Mail application crashes

  Using Outlook on my Surface program has been crashing spontaneously on a daily basis, every time I try to write an email or transfer a...   I had the same problem with my Windows 8, which has developed after choosing the prospects of the original Hotmail/Windows Live installation. On the Windows Welcome screen, I uninstalled the original mail app by clicking the tile and choose uninstall. I then reinstalled the app from the store Windows. The messaging application now opens successfully.

  I recently bought a 2 Surface Pro, who is in charge of the application of 8.1 to Windows Mail.  I have linked my email account successfully, and this has of worked for a few days before I downloaded Office 2013 for small businesses and then configured and started using Outlook 2013.  The process of setting up Outlook 2013 I had to open a new Office 365 account and my ISP had to transfer my e-mail domains to the new account, which is now done thing and work and all the emails are received to this new account and report to my Outlook 2013.  However, the Mail App wiped and will no longer synchronize with my main account (i.e. the accounts under the new Office 365 account).

  How can I get the Mail App to sync with Outlook 21013 / Office 365

  Thanks a lot for the suggestions.  I found that the solution is to uninstall the Mail application, and then reinstall it.  Its not now market again.

• BlackBerry BB Z10 Z10 - stopped contacts synchronization with Office 365 - calendar and emails are always fine synchronization

  I got my Z10 BB for over a month and email, calendar, and contacts were great my Office 365 account synchronization. E-mail and calendar always sync but I lost all connectivity to the contacts. Nothing appears from Office 365 (my other contacts appear ok to LinkedIn, etc.).

  Help because it is a critical feature on my phone. I can't call or email someone if I don't have their contact information.

  Our company has about 120 users. All users are Office 365 cloud identity using Windows computers 10. We don't currently have a Windows domain. All users authenticate to their Office 365 account. It is today.

  We now want to set up a Windows domain on award-winning local, with local domain controllers. We would like to migrate the identities of Cloud Office 365 120 or so to our NEW on-prem Windows domain. We'll keep our Office 365 services, if we want to enable federated identity then the Office 365 user accounts and local domain users accounts are synchronized and also use SSO.

  According to this link (Azure Connect UserWriteBack?), Microsoft removed the 'User write-back' feature in the tool MS Azure Active Directory Connect that seems to have been what we must perform this function.

  Is there currently a supported migration method to reach our goal?

• Video application crashes at startup

  Using Surface Pro 3 with the latest updates. The video application crashes at launch.  I have two accounts on the machine, on the other account, video application works very well.  I also noticed the same phenomenon occurs on other machines under my account!

  I tried to uninstall and install without help.

  I tried all methods of diagnosis published such as: using the app troubleshooting tool, and then synchronize the licenses of app.

  In the AppData\Local\Packages\ * ZuneVideo * folder, there is only a single file c:\settings.dat under the folder settings. All other folders are empty.

  Can you help me diagnose the problem?

  Thanks for posting your question on the forum.

  According to the description of the problem, the video application crashes under your account and works very well under a different account on the same machine. You also mentioned that the same issue occur on a different machine under your account.

  This means that the problem is with your account only. So, the workaround I suggest you to reset the password for the account and check if this brings any difference.

  You should be able to print to the Adobe PDF printer with v. 9 (I think 9.5.5 is later). However, c. 9 is not compatible with OFFICE 365, and that's why you have no PDF Maker. The alternative to OFFICE 365 is to use the built in MS PDF creator (usually in save them to PDF or XPS). With OFFICE 365, this should be part of the package. With earlier versions, it's an add-on. When you select the record, there is a box of options to enable saving of bookmarks and others.

• I forgot to disable the subscription to Office 365 from the old account. Now the key cannot be used.

  I bought the Acer Aspire 10 Switch (SW5 - 012) on 13.07.2015 and indicés to Microsoft Office 365, that was in the box with the tablet. I have been indicés with the e-mail I deleted later. While 2 disabling month worked, I used Office with my new account. Old account has been deleted completely last weekend and Office stopped working both Tablet and PC. I realized that I forgot to unregister it from the old account. Key does not work on a new account now. Is there a chanse to do the key work? I feel really stupid right now. Help, please!

  PS I spoke with Microsoft, they said I should talk with the company that made my tablet.
