  If you have IE11,

  If you still can't Windows 10 app, download the ISO 29 and upgrade your system to use it.

• G62 won't charger / battery icon does not open!

  About 3 months ago I bought a laptop G62 PC world, before I have the headache of taking it back, I want to see if there is something I can do.

  It's probably not what you want to hear, but the fact that you have to wiggle the plug adapter seems to indicate a hardware problem and I do not think there is a software solution to this problem - I would really recommend get it fixed by the retailer, while your machine is under warranty.
