  I searched using keywords and it seems that it is a subject unanswered. I went from Outlook Express to Windows Live Mail (copyright Microsoft) and follow the instructions available for importing messages. I have a large number of messages, duplicate messages, which appear as "Message cannot be found.". The contents of this message cannot be found. "I expect that the index of messages must rebuild. However, I can't find any reference to an "index" in itself. I see discussion based on messages and can locate this file. Before you delete a file and hope that WLM it will rebuild, I would like more confirmation that these are the correct procedure to follow. Can someone who has really developed WLM provide some sort of support for the right way to fix everything that is causing these error messages?

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  Just to understand it

  I had to change smapi.dll

  Current version on the computer: 15.4.3538.513

  I searched the Internet and found an another smapi.dll versioned 14.0.8117.416

  Replaced original smapi.dll in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Windows Live\Mail\ and everything started working. not sure if this is a bug in the most recent version of the dll, but it works with the older ones.

  Do you have MS Outlook installed on your computer?

  Windows mail import and export opportunities are limited to an Outlook .pst file or an Exchange Server mailbox. They are available only if MS Outlook is installed.
  If MS Outlook is not installed and you start an import or export action, the necessary support files are not present for Windows mail complete the operation. Then I suggest you to install Outlook temporarily and see if the problem is resolved.

  Follow the instructions below and check if the problem is resolved.

  1. reboot your computer, and then start Windows Mail.
  2. on the Tools menu, click Options.
  3. in the connection tab, click on edit to open the Internet Properties dialog box.
  4. in the tab programs, click on an application other than Windows mail e-mail in the e-mail list. Click on apply and then click OK.
  5. click OK again to close the Options dialog box.
  6. exit Windows mail and restart Windows mail.

  You use Windows Live Mail in Win7 or you hack into Windows Mail (Vista) in there?

  This is for Outlook Express cutter works with all three e-mail clients although some terms may differ. (e.g. vs. Address Book Contacts list).

  To use the functionality of the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), in a new message window, click View | All headers and type the addresses separated by a; Or: Click the button to. You will see your list of contacts and the choice to put them in the To, CC, or BCC field. Click on an address, and then click BCC to add it. Repeat for all of the contacts you want. (Note: most of the providers have limits as to how many messages you can send both a. 25 is common, but it varies).

  They are not deleted.  While in the Inbox: see tab | Message Filter button. Check to show all Messages, not Hide the Read Messages.
