Feed in the paper with new, upside down. Experience with plain paper first to make sure that everything is the tail as you wish.

Today, I checked and gift cards have been consolidated (yay!), so I looked to the top of the quote to complete the purchase. He had nowhere to enter the gift card and apply it towards balance. The only mention of gift cards, I could find was in relationship with (and with) a financing statement. I didn't sign up for an account, but the word "gift" is not even on other pages until the final payment button.

  Thanks for the reply, Lorna. In fact, I was able to get back in touch with the sales team and make the purchase by phone with no problems. Don't know what was going on with the purchase online, but the problem was solved in another way.

  Looks like this read-only status has been added when you wrote the data on the CD.

  You can optionally change the status read-only on a CD - R once data is written on this subject.

  However, you can copy the contents of the CD, save it to your drive and try to change the attributes.

  Method 1: Remove the read-only file attribute in the file properties

  To change a read-only file:

  1. right click on the file and then click Properties.

  2. in the Properties dialog box, click the general tab, and then select the read-only check box.

  3. to make changes to a read-only file, clear the read-only check box, or save the file under a different name.
