  I created my masterpage with a basic at the top menu. It has two States. The 1st State is normal and State 2 is a simple rollover behavior, just a different color.

  Why my menu would work perfectly on the page ' 01', but then the reversal function does not work for other pages? (portfolio 03 etc.). She has just the hoverover slider and the link, but the color does not change.

  If you want to update the PL/SQL item values, you must use the apex_util.set_session_state API

  Syntax: apex_util.set_session_state (item, value)

• Help! Siri randomly does not work

  I recently updated my iPhone of 6 (iOS 9.2) 6 s and restored from a backup to iCloud. Everything came smoothly.

  My problem is Siri.

  When I give the simple voice commands; as 'Call my wife', 'which is my brother address', "which is phone number (name)" or "launch Facebook." Siri said something like she can't help you now. Queries like present or the current temperature or the work "who is Rihanna?" very well. It seems to be a problem of access to things on the phone itself. In settings of Siri switching off / on does not work. A temporary solution restarts the phone itself, Siri works for about a day and then the problems start again.

  Does anyone else know this? I'd appreciate any help.

  Just had exactly the same thing happens to me. I could solve the problem by resetting all parameters. This can be found in settings > General > reset > reset all settings. After restarting my iPhone I tried Siri immediately and she was back to her old self.

  Note: This will not remove any content or media, but you will need to login to iCloud and iTunes, as well as re-setup a few things like TouchID, access code and location Services. Basically any parameter, which was not in a "factory" condition

  If your microphone is sounding restless that you save (rather), there is problem on your Windows sound settings. As Steve G suggested it sounds like a form of blocking to reduce the noise. I don't know if this is an effect that Windows 8.1 can do to the incoming audio signal. If you find a way to turn it off.
