• First Pro CC2015 update: no reading and the program hangs at the end

  I just updated my first Pro CC2015.  I can't get any video for playback at all within the program, and when I eventually leave the program it just freezes and I have to force to leave.  I use an end of 2013 Mac Pro, 3.7 GHz, 32 GB of Ram.

  So I am using FCP for 2 weeks or more and I have been editing videos without problem but today something super odd happened. After editing as I like, I saw the video and it's suuuuuper laggy/choppy but the sound was perfect (in quality and timing). When I stop the video for a few seconds, although the video can be synchronized back but then return to be lag after a few seconds. I tried exporting it in the hope that maybe once it has exported it's going to work, but not luck. The entire video is not even to export. The video is about 4 minutes would export long and only 01:30. I am really confused and frustrated and hope someone can help!

  Also, I imported the original footage on an external hard drive if my computer would have more space. Not sure if that makes a difference, but I thought I should add that just in case.

  Theres not enough info here to diagnose the problem. The issue started when you copied data to another drive? In general, you want the media on a single disc and the application on another.

  I am aware of the dimension "xyz not reading first. Here is my contribution.

  I'm working on a feature film, several TB of data loaded at a time. Things have smoothly past the last few months. Director turned by circuit day Friday on Sony cameras, I brought the images and less than an hour the timeline stops playing. In fact all the clips in the timeline or in the preview stop playing.

  I organized the project as individual scenes that are nested within a single master sequence. Not using 'Embed clips', but slide it / drop the sequence on the main sequence, as I would a clip.

  I usually, restart, clear the cache, delete preferences.

  What seemed to the kind of work was import the entire project into a new project. Play the individual clips and sequences would play. I even managed to get my sequence nested and master to play a little and then it will stop randomly.

  All other projects of play it fine. Images loading off the same playing discs very well in other projects. It seems that there is something screwy with this project in particular, but not sure what...

  I wonder if XAVC or MXF plugins break reading, because it was going well until I loaded the images of Sony in. All other sequences are pro-res or h264.

  UPDATE * removed the XAVC clips last night, project now load and play properly.

  Adobe, is the broken XAVC plugin?

• How to fix a lag issue GRAVE for Acrobat and Reader on a Macbook Pro for forms? Please, I beg you.

  The two software adobe reader 9 and 10 so that Acrobat 10 are INCREDIBLY slow on my brand new Macbook Pro when I am trying to fill out the forms.

  It laggs like crazy. I can't believe still is the slowness.

  I have 2 GB of RAM available, so this isn't the problem.

  I also use the latest version on lion 10.7.2 I think

  The solution to my problem and lying around Reader and Acrobat have been solved by following the link above. The only difference was that I was not able to exclude RightZoom Adobe app, so rather than allow a/exclude this one. I have excluded all / only allow these. If you have installed on your MAC (regardless of the version of the operating system that you use) of RIghtZoom application this correction work. After 9 months of fustrations, problem solved.

• Acer W4 W3 bluetooth keyboard lag / stuck key

  Hey everybody,

  Everyone has noticed that there are problems with the Acer Iconia W4 with keyboard?  I have used with the W3 and had no problem at all, but now that I use on the W4, I often get massive lags (2 + seconds) between when I type something and show on screen.  He also picks up a character ('stuck' key) very often, with something like 20 or so repeating characters.  It's really annoying because not only what I need to remove super long chain of repeated characters, but the delete key gets stuck too and deletes everything I typed.  And this only happens when there is WiFi traffic, with the fact that it is the worst when I'm loading/downloading on the FTP servers in the back while typing... looks like the WiFi signal is ruin the BT signal.

  When I get on the W3, no problem.  I also changed the battery, just in case, without success.  Mouse Bluetooth has no problem but... Although I've read elsewhere here of people with mouse lag.

• HP Pavilion Notebook N5R46UA #A: game lag spikes

  I've had this laptop for 7 months now. A few crashes here and there since security_kernal, a couple of other reasons. And I was glad because it doesn't bother me that much. But when my gaming laptop is inable to work when I play a game and causes severe performance problems which should not happen, so I'm frustrated and angry at something that should not happen. I am in possession of a (number of product here) N5R46UA #ABA and I'm tired of what's going on. Example of my problem, I played a plethera of common games that defies material this laptop and have been very well for the majority of my time.

  I get in the new Overwatch game recently and have come to really appreciate the gameplay it offers. I did have a problem playing Overwatch until recently however. I noticed that when I play there sometimes a point of massive lag caused by my cpu on slow program. I have the impression that this has something to do with the graphics card, but my guess may be as good as yours. I doubt that this question has nothing to do with the game. I think it has more to do with the material.

  It turns out that I was using the charger of my mother for his little computer from Hewlett packard. Problem solved. Please do not respond to one thing (sarcasm).

• Problems on iPad after updating iOS 10, departure lack & no ID of TOUCH!

  I use and iPad 2 and just put Air updated to iOS 10 a few moments ago. Two problems:

  (1) when I start my iPad, the screen displays the logo of apple for a good 3-4 minutes, then it goes to lock the screen massive lag!

  (2) my iPad does not recognize touch ID! I get an error indicating that Touch ID is not available on the iPad.

  On all the sleep button has slowed too since the update and the device shows a lot of lag. I have problems with the application of music on my iPhone after as the updat as it does not work.

  It's quite frustrating and if anyone can help me on my multiple problems that had to be great.

• Major Frame Drops after 5-10 minutes

  I'm really frustrated here, I'm a game developer, and I use the GPU in almost all cases, from Photoshop to unity still play games myself. Since the last update 10.11.4 I have this huge problem , and everything I do will not disappear.

  Whenever I run an application / game that rotates with GPU I get spikes massive lag and thus Frame Drops, they last about 1 seconds but they occur every 30 seconds - 1 minute, this is a huge deal for me and I can't really work like that. Of course, I put photoshop to the CPU usage for now and no problems. But I really need to work efficiently and without Frame Drops.

  I run at El Capitan with a Macbook Pro LATE 2013 10.11.4 @.

  1. the present proceedings is a diagnostic test. It doesn't change anything for the better or worse and therefore, by itself, will not solve the problem. But with the help of the results of the tests, the solution may take a few minutes, instead of hours or days.

  The test works on OS X 10.8 ("Mountain Lion") and later versions. I do not recommend running it on older versions of Mac OS X. It will do no harm, but it will not do not much good.

  10. the test may take a few minutes to run, depending on the number of files you have and the speed of the computer. A computer that is abnormally slow may take more time to run the test. During execution, a series of lines is displayed in the Terminal window like this:

      The test results are on the Clipboard.

      Please close this window.

  The intervals between the parties will not be exactly the same, but they give an approximate indication of progress.

  Wait for the final message "Please close this window" appear - again, usually within a few minutes. If you don't see this message in about 30 minutes, the test probably won't be completed within a reasonable time. In this case, press the Ctrl + C key combination or the point command to stop it. Then go to the next step. You will have incomplete results, but still something.

  In order to get results, the test should be allowed to perform or be stopped manually as shown above. If you close the window of the Terminal, while the test is still running, the partial results will not be saved.

  11. when the test is completed, or if you manually stopped, leaving the Terminal. The results have been saved to the Clipboard automatically. They do not appear in the Terminal window. • Urgent: need help on problems on the iPhone after updating iOS 10 6s

  Hey there! It's my third post about the problems Ive been face on my devices after 10 updated iOS. Initially, after that I've updated, the music app was not running on my phone-all I could see was an empty screen and the APP crashed and I was redirected to the homepage in a few seconds. Tired to restart the phone, deleting and then adding the app back, nothing worked. Not at all. So I tried to restore my phone, save all content via icloud. Followed all the steps and after the restoration of the aircraft of other problems surfaced, BUT the music app still does not work.

  Now, not only the app does not work, I can no longer sync my iPhone with iTunes. Whenever I try, I get the following errors:

  (1) itunes cannot sync the iPhone connection has been reset

  (2) iTunes sync session could start.

  IF PLEASE NOTE, BEFOR RESTORE IPHONE I COULD ALWAYS SYNCHRONIZE WITH ITUNES EVEN AFTER IOS UPDATE 10 AND TRANSFER THE MUSIC ETC, BUT JUST COULDN'T NOT OPEN MUSIC APP TO PHONE-NOW I CAN'T DO EITHER!

  I have tried pretty much everything, restart both phone & iTunes, reset the network settings on my iphone, reset itunes sync history, by removing the lockdown folder, running iTunes as administrator on my PC, change my USB in corduroy, update iTunes, reinstall iTunes on PC-nothing seems to work AT ALL. And it's extremely frustrating. I can sync music/documents on my iPad after update of the device and the restaurant then (iPad also has major problems) and then play the music on it but just isn't my phone can be synchronized. It is a function important and if I can't synchronize my device is a sitting duck.

  The new update of iOS also gave my massive lag of phone. Screen freezes, apps for time-consuming, HDR photos take longer to be broken. It is just too heavy to wear.

  CCAN anyone help me please with my iTunes sync + music matters app... I really regret updating to the new iOS. Please help me.

  If you are on Windows, uninstall iTunes, uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. Once both are uninstalled, reinstall itunes, see if it syncs with itunes then.

• SVCHOST eats RAM and the CPU load

  Greetings! I have problems with this thing. Svchost, I did a lot of research and it is not fixed...
  It is somehow overloading CPU to 100% and eats RAM. If I kill the process that's somehow affects the sound and the windows theme, it makes them bounce like classic Windows. I really want to re install Windows, I am currently using Windows XP. While I play WoW, and I get massive lag. I check the Task Manager and I see that SVCHOST is the higher usage of memory and cpu. It goes like 600 000 K + and if I do not cancel the process computer slows down as turtle.

  Any ideas how to solve this problem? Please be specific, I can't find good resource for this cataclysmic problem :/

  Svchost.exe is an application used by various applications. Usually, the problem isn't with svchost.exe but with the application that is running the service that is using svchost.exe. At any time, you can have a number any process ongoing svchost.exe to run and you have to identify who it is that is causing the problem. The process PID number is no help as it changes from one computer to another and each time that you start the computer. The constants are the command line and there are about 10 commonly used. You can't see them using the Task Manager. You need Process Explorer (freeware from Microsoft).

  You will see what copy of svchost.exe is more active, and if you right click on the process, you will see a list of services that use this particular process. Svchost.exe - k netsvc is an example of a command line. Uses a number of services and often causing the problems of this group is wuaserv, which relates to Windows Update. I'm looking for viruses with McAfee Microsoft essentials and Ad-ware antivirus and removed all threats. I clean my computer with CCleaner and Advanced system of care. I scanned for spyware with spybot S & D, Superantispyware. I checked for maleware with Malewarebytes. But the problem is not resolved. I really need help. If you want me to download something to scan my computer I'm for her, because currently, I'm desperate.

• First Pro CC do not play videos smoothly for me

  So a laptop powerful enough, no reason for first pro to be trolling to me.
  My problem is that I am to change a video in 4 k of my phone. but my reading on screen is 1/8 quality. (I accelerated video in some parts of 1000%)
  But it plays very well, but that once he plays this part of the video which the rest begins to lag and I have to stop reading, the reading head 2 cut back and watch it again hoping that it keeps jumping on me once again.

  UPDATE: I found out what was causing my stuttering.
  I recently changed to Adobe CC and in the older package, it's the back button that made the entire timeline for playback.

When I try to export my InDesign document available fixed epub (do every thing that anne-Marie said to do), the epub comes out like a big nasty huge letters... overlapping jumble few by page. I've tried everything. I tried with different documents. I created other InDesign documents to use as a test for epub documents. I get the same results: Massive letters, overlapping so you can't read them. I tried and tried and tried. Why won't it work? I'm a user of InDesign and have for years. Help, please!
