• Several questionnaires in a single project in Captivate 5

  Hello

  I am creating a project in Captivate 5, in which case there are different test after each chapter.

  For example, there are 6 chapters and after each chapter, I want a short (5 or 6 questions) control of knowledge. If this completes successfully then the learner can continue to Chapter 2 and so on.

  Saw that one chapter that works fine, but when I put a second series of questions after the second chapter I lose the ability to redirect the learner if they fail the verification of knowledge.

  I searched through the forums without success and I was wondering if anyone had any experience to do?

  I tried to give to each question (6 for 6 chapters) hen an ID separated, but quiz preferences allows only this to be changed globally within the project, making the quiz a single entity.

  The help document has a piece very briefly about this where he talks about master of trivia and quiz sub but gives all the details on how this is possible.

  There is really not much to the use of Multi-SCORM Packager.  If you have created your individual modules for your courses SCORM files zip, then all you have to do is shoot them in the links Manager, make sure they are in the right order and create a package with an appropriate name, usually the name of your course.  Then, you can download this package into your LMS in Multi-SCO zip file.  The LMS should be able to read the imsmanifest.xml file that creates Packager and see all the components.  The LMS SCORM player usually lists the modules as hyperlinks that the user clicks to launch each of them.

  There is some basic information on the use of SCORM Packager in the Adobe Captivate help files.

  With regard to the objective ID and ID of Interaction... I just has a unique Interaction ID to ensure that each course module is rising inside Captivate with its own unique objective ID (usually a short form of the name of module) and each quiz question or an interactive component scored in the lesson.  Again, it is easy to do with just a short form of the name of module as a prefix.   Captivate adds a unique number after this prefix.

  In most cases, what if all you're after is pass/fail scoring, the objective ID and Interaction ID doesn't really matter too much. However, if your LMS allows you to dig into the interactive elements to see what the user replied, and then having significant IDs is a great help to know which module and what you look at.

• Keyboard shortcut for the Guides of the master in Keynote

  Is there a way to define a keyboard shortcut to show / hide the master Guides in Keynote? Get to the subsection of a subsection of the menu command is a bit of a pain when you have to do a lot.

  Or is it at least possible to include the command in the toolbar when you customize it? I can do that for the normal guides, but not for the master Guides...

  You have recently allowed the preference of the opening > advanced: create new versions adjustments?

  The opening will create a new version whenever you adjust your image.  With this preference is disabled, all changes will be stacked on the current version without creating new versions.

  You can stack the new versions automatically if you use "opening > General > stacking new versions automatically.

  But there is no option to avoid the multiple versions of a photo in the browser, as far as I know, so the battery version is open.  You can stack several version and keep the closed stack or refrain from creating new versions for each change.

  The master password in Thunderbird protects passwords stored in Thunderbird. It prevents anyone from reading mail already downloaded on your computer.
  FYI: this is a public forum and view passwords lets everyone with your wife know what it is. Not very smart.

  I have no problem entering my main password for each session. However, the prompt to the unpredictable times, sometimes I'm in the process of typing something else (IE a URL).

  Thank you FredMcD for your time and effort. I spent all morning going through the number of entries in the link you provided. Unfortunately, none of them could solve the problem--directly.

  However...

  I learned so much about all the obscure and esoteric settings available and how to handle that I was able to synthesize a solution intuitively:

  • First of all, I carefully removed all traces of Tor with an advanced uninstaller.
  • After reinstalling, the browser made his usual routine of Premiere and opened.
  • An information bar first time upward offered access to privacy and security.
  • I AGREED and unchecked the first box (disabling Private Browsing).
  • The program itself given running and I was able to set my master password.

  Private browsing, but also permanent Private Browsing, can be manipulated, turn it back on, then back to the convenience of the user, according to the needs of any particular situation. Note, however, that, under any form of PB, storage and use of password is removed.

  Note that I did all the steps above (and many other things) throughout my diagnosis, but only AFTER I had already started using the browser (by playing and by checking the various options), which I think automatically some of my preferences of profile defined until I could do it manually.   A search for Tor showed very little data and nothing similar to my case. By its very nature, a software like Tor would naturally by default an option like private browsing. But how many people know that it kills so the ability to use passwords? Even if the Tor Project is based on the Mozilla engine, I think that the people who run the project should be implemented their own support system or lend a hand here and may not return the ball to well-intentioned donors like you and your employees.

  But in any case - problem solved, thanks to you and those who, as lend you time and advice to a complete stranger.
