English/Korean keyboards are available on any portable Toshiba laptop?

    Hello

Well, I m not 100% sure, but I think that if you buy the Toshiba laptop in Korea, in this case, this laptop should have an English/Korean keyboard layout.
But I don t think you can buy it in other countries.

  • How to install a Korean keyboard.

original title: adding a new keyboard.

I am trying to add a new Korean keyboard. Using Control Panel, I managed to add the new Korean option in the menu bar below. Switch between English and Korean however makes no difference. How to make this work?  It is a HP computer newly purchased with Windows 7 Home Premium. Help!

That is expected, computers in Korea use the same keyboard layout as those supplied with the keyboards of the English language.  Note that changing the keyboard layout affects only the physical layout of the keys (what order they are arranged in) and does not affect the language that appears when you type.  To change the language itself, you can buy a Microsoft Windows or the language pack Korean language edition if you have the Ultimate edition.

I have a PC laptop toshiba Satellite A500-025 and I had a bit of water splashed on keyboard and some keys are no longer works. I was going to replace the keyboard. Mine was purchased in the Canada and has a bilingual English/french keyboard.

I was wondering if I can order a keyboard only English bilinguals are harder to find.
Also if anyone can suggest a site to the order of which is reasonably priced.
    Thank you.

Less expensive keyboard, you can find it on eBay. I ordered two English keyboards for Satellite P300 and L300.
I paid 15 euros for a keyboard. It is not expensive.

  • With the help of Spanish language with external keyboard

I have to write three different languages, when I use my iPad - English, Spanish and Portuguese. I work well with the soft keyboard, but I can't use an external keyboard (English Apple Bluetooth keyboard regular) and Spanish. I explain:

    • When I type in Portuguese, I go to the setting of the iOS and set up the layout of the keyboard at the United States International and I use this keyboard as if I was typing on a Mac.
    • When I'm in Spanish, however, iOS does not allow me to choose the United States International and, therefore, because the keyboard is available in English, I can not type accents correctly. The solution is simple: to make the United States available when International Spanish language is selected.

    Is it possible to do?

Of course you can.  Just use the standard shortcuts Mac key option:

  • How can I get foreign accents on the iPad keyboard Smart Pro?

How can I get foreign accents on the iPad keyboard Smart Pro?

First of all, make sure that you have the right setting.  Keyboard keyboard-settings-material and for each software keyboard you have, make sure you select English hardware keyboard, allows you to have the dictionary for the language you want to use, but the keyboard like the physical keyboard layout.

Second, when writing, select the language that you need to write with accents and use "option + e + vowel" for this accents (a, e, i, o, u).  For this same result, you can use the button next to return + vowel.

    Lovely + key next to return + vowel will give you that (a, e, i, o, u)

    Option + N will give you N

These are ones I've found so far and it's more than I need for Spanish, keep trying combinations that make little sense for the language you write and see what works.

  • Properties of the keyboard input language

I have Windows 7 Ultimate and have added Korean via Windows Update.  I also added Korean as an input language, but when I display the properties of the keyboard, it shows the US English provision.  When I switch between them the Korean show language bar but sill make English characters on the screen.  I tried to delete the input languages and uninstall the language pack and reinsert.  I think that the problem is with the properties of the Korean keyboard properties.  How can I fix it?

I agree, but you need to use Windows Update to install the language adds on.

As the Korean language pack is apparently installed, this leaves Windows Update out of the picture.

If you have changed the display in Korean language, you should not allow the entry of Korean language. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972813 or http://www.webtlk.com/2009/05/29/how-to-change-language-in-windows-7/

    Hello Drew Park,

Thank you for visiting the website of Microsoft Windows Vista Community.

Try the rest of the stage in this article:

To install the Korean IME on Windows Vista, start by opening the control panel.

Click the Start button and choose Control Panel, then click on the option "clock, language, and regional.

You should then see the regional and Language Options option, as shown below. Under regional and Language Options point select Change keyboards or other input methods.

You may need to put your CD of Windows Vista in the CD player, so that the files can be copied anywhere on your hard drive. NOTE: You cannot install the IME without the CD (please do not email me to ask..!).

That's all. You should now see the IME icon in your taskbar which has a Korean option when clicked... like this:

How to use the Korean IME?

Once you have select KO (Korean) in the menu of EMI the task bar task bar,

Other options of the EMI and be displayed by clicking on the small arrow to the right of the floating IME toolbar.

If you click on the element software keyboard soft keyboard icon will appear in the floating toolbar cela this:

If it's a click on a Korean/Hangul software floating keyboard will appear:

And the other option is the IME Pad, which includes handwriting recognition:

With the handwriting recognition you can draw just the hangul Word, you want to insert, and then select the correct hangul in the choice of the right.

  • Phonetic Korean entry

This issue has been marked as "answered", but he received no response. The authors of response did not understand the question and therefore did not provide a relevant answer (see my response on this page for more details).

    The question is:

How does a Korean of entry phonetically?

The option is readily available on other operating systems, and many people have suggested that there are in Windows. I can't seem to find it on Win7, but...

    Thank you.

    Edit:
My answer on the other issue will be stuck here for convenience:

' KenT50 is not asking questions on how to activate the Korean entry. (S) he is ALREADY entered in Korean. The problem is that the key provision is bad - it is stuck on the Korean keyboard (which is not AZERTY), rather than use an English QWERTY layout that corresponds to Korean alphabet phonetically.

In the first example, typing 'AL' reveals the Korean symbol "Mi". (S) he wants to make type 'MI' actually made appear the Korean symbol "Mi". '
